- Tenday (8/5): - Located on al haram road nearby makkah bus
- hammad (2/5): - I booked this hotel because it showed online that check-in was at 2 PM. However, upon arrival, they couldn’t find my reservation. To make things worse, the receptionist didn’t understand English. After a long and exhausting conversation, she finally located my booking. But the issues didn’t stop there — I was told no rooms were available, and I had to wait in a long queue. Eventually, I left my luggage in the lobby and went for Umrah. When I returned, I was given a 2-bed room despite booking a 3-bed. The room was extremely run-down — dirty beds, no towels, filthy carpet, and a leaking bathroom. Not recommended at all.
- Iram (4/5): - Language was one of the big barriers as the staff would only speak Arabic and no English what so ever. Rooms were dirty with cockroaches and in my 2 week stay rooms were not cleaned not even once. No towels or the toiletries provided. Very far from haram, had to take taxi.
- rehan (10/5): - A very good location for a person's needs during umrah, hajj or just a leisure trip. Resturants, superstores, pharmacies, transport, etc. are at the doorstep. Free buses to haram available at a walk of just 1000m from the hotel.
- Abu (2/5): - I paid £243 for 6 nights and I did not check in because the place is far away from the Haram and I was to call them and discuss the issue but they don’t have any contact information
