• Véronique (8/5): Emplacement+ logement confortable - L’emplacement de l’appartement est très bien desservi en bus. La place peut être bruyante lors de fête du village. Siggiewi reste un endroit central pour visiter toute l’île. L’hote est très sympathique et disponible. La superficie est appréciable. Les cloches de l’église donnent un charme à cette place. Je recommande ce choix. L’adresse sur Booking n’est pas conforme ce qui est dommageable pour le trajet avec la valise et le sac à dos. La fête pour les élections politiques très suivies par les locaux, jusqu'à point d’heure et, le lendemain à l’aube le personnel en charge du démontage des scènes et autres installations pour remise en circulation de la place qui est un lieu de passage. Cela n’est pas de la responsabilité l’hôte. S’informer en amont des événements prévus peut-être. Impossible de préparer un "petit repas".Pas de micro-ondes, d’évier, produit vaisselle. Sont fournis : torchon,frigo,bouilloire,tasses,verres, assiettes, couverts et Sticks café,thé, sucre.. disponibles pour préparer une boisson chaude seulement. Un peu dommage.

• Omar (8/5): Authentic unforgettable experience. - The place is excellent. The view is a proper Malta experience. Siggiewi generally is a lovely town. The residence is luxurious, authentic and cozy. It’s basically a home turned into a hosting house. The balcony is the nicest element of the whole experience. Bus connections are excellent, drops you to the three main places you need: Valletta, Mdina & Ghar Lapsi. I really enjoyed that experience. There’s no terrace/ roof you can access. Even though advertised differently.

Beschikt over een groot dakterras dat uitkijkt over het plein. Er was van alles aanwezig om zelf te eten. Tevens een klein koelkastje. Goed geïsoleerd en een airco. De host was erg vriendelijk. Wij hadden een late vlucht ,23:00 uur, maar hij bleef op om ons te ontvangen. Hij was uiterst vriendelijk en konden hem via WhatsApp bereiken. Schone handdoeken op verzoek. Eetgelegenheid aan de overkant voor weinig geld. Winkel om de hoek voor vers brood. Bed is wat smal 1,40 . Douche zat wat schimmel op de naden en kitranden. Miste een koffiezetapparaat,

To łóżko bym zabrała chętnie ze sobą do domu :). Bardzo dobry standard w stosunku do ceny. Spokój i piękny widok z okna był dodatkowym atutem. Miły i pomocny gospodarz. Polecam wszystkim!

• Hannes (9/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit riesiger Terrasse und tollem Ausblick. - Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt im Ortskern. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit riesiger Terrasse auf dem Dach. Der Ausblick zum Sonnenaufgang und -untergang ist wunderbar. Das Zimmer selbst ist gut eingerichtet und hat ein schönes Bad.Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super einfach, sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Bei kälteren Außentemperaturen hatte das oberste Zimmer an einigen Stellen ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Aber das ist nicht stark störend.
• Karen (10/5): Second time staying in room 300 and we will be returning in October - Location is perfect for us as it is around the corner from my Sons apartment. Room has access to a rooftop terrace which is a real sun trap in the afternoons, you have a beautiful view of the church and the statue, there is a lovely coffee shop just by the church. There is nothing not to like about this accommodation. Joseph is such a nice host and makes sure that everything is perfect.

• phil (10/5): Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Great value! - Absolutely highly recommended, beautifully renovated property done with love and a detail to attention by the owner. The room was large with all facilities needed and a fantastic balcony overlooking The Square and church. Near to restaurants and bars and a great central location for the island with a busy bar and restaurant across the square where you get a 10% discount if staying at number 10. Spotlessly clean, air conditioning and an outdoor terrace top floor room with seating and views. Absolutely nothing!

• Mihai (1/5): Overall, my stay felt cold, unpleasant, and marked by a level of indifference from the host that I found truly unaccepta - I liked that the area was quiet, with plenty of parking spaces, and the location was fairly close to the city What I strongly disliked was that the place was extremely cold — almost as cold as the host’s attitude. I informed the host that I had a death in the family, yet he refused to even discuss the possibility of a refund. I understood that a refund might not have been possible, but the fact that he didn’t even bother to reply after clearly reading my message was incredibly disappointing and downright disrespectful. This level of indifference toward guests’ situations is unacceptable and left a very unpleasant impression
• Becca (9/5): Wonderful stay in Siggiewi - Siggiewi is small village with so much culture and a big church. We preferred staying here over St Julian or the capital as it was quiet but still surrounded by culture and herritage. The couple that run this place are super friendly and helpful with lots of tips. The pillows and bed weren't the comfiest for our preference.

Der Blick vom Balkon auf den kleinen Platz und auf die großartige Kirche waren jeden Tag eine Augenweide. Joseph unser Gastgeber war sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch die Empfehlung für das Restaurant in der Stadt war bestens. Danke nochmals für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Busverbindung direkt vor der Haustür.

While the room was nice, it was disappointing that the bathroom needed attention … mould in the shower, shower tiles need cleaning and also the sink was not very clean.

Easy to find parking for car and close to airport. I highly recommend this place and will surely book it again on my next trip. The owner is very friendly and helpful, provide you with lots of useful information and tips. If you open the balcony door or window during night, you hear bells 🔔 from church nearby every hour. If you prefer to use air conditioning, they you need to close the balcony window and door, then the noise from church bells is negligible.

• Cristina (9/5): Superb - The host was so kind and the room exceded all of our expectations. Everything was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. We also recommend going to the restaurant near the hotel (Papa’s), the food there is amazing. Take into consideration that the hotel is pretty far away from the center. You’ll need to take a bus that takes around 30-40 minutes and they are not the most punctual. It’s very likely that you will need to wait for them for around 10 to 15 minutes.

• Stephanie (10/5): Nice room overlooking the square - Nice balcony overlooking the square. A fridge and kettle and some basic dishes were provided for tea and coffee. The Christmas music playing in the square started at 8:15am and went to about 11am and then started again at 3pm to 8pm. You could hear it in the room with the balcony door closed. If you are a light sleeper like me, bring earplugs in December

The room is big, comfortable, unpeccably clean and beautifully furnished, with all the necessary facilities- up to the highest standard. The location is the best possible- at the main square, the local transport hub, close to the restaurants. The cherry on top is the breathtaking view from the balcony over the magnificent church and the statue of St. Nicolas! I hugely appreciated a very kind reception by the host, who gave me lots of helpful advice and information and let me leave my luggage in the house after the check-out. No such thing!

There was a fridge provided and a table with sufficient crockery etc to be able to have breakfast in the room. The stairs were a little difficult for me.

We loved the position, small & quiet village just few meters away from a bus station for the center or airport and also a super nice restaurant Papas. We loved how the host Mr.Joseph treated us and make this trip one of the most memorable of all!! Definitely i recommend to stay at N.10 in Siggiewi you won’t be disappointed and definitely we will come back again!!! • Mariia (9/5): Great hotel, clean rooms, distant location from the Malta beaches - We stayed at the Siggiewi Suites for 5 days in July this year. The room was on the first floor, with a view to the cathedral. The room was spacious and clean, as on the photos. All the amenities were also present. The host Joseph was very kind and helpful, answered all the messages in WhatsApp immediately. The place is 10 minutes by car from the airport and 20 minutes by car from the capital city of Valletta, it is relatively further from the beaches of Malta, but as the island is not very big, the max time by car you would need to reach the other end is 30 minutes from the Suites. It is not related to the hotel itself, but important to note about its location. If you plan to rent a car, this is a nice variant in a quite city, far from the noise of the capital and easy to get around. If you want to use the public transport, as we did, this makes all the trips to be around 2h one way. First, you get a bus 62 to get to the Valletta city (around 40-50 minutes) and then you take a bus to, for example, the Golden Bay (around 1 hour) or the Ghadira Bay (around 1h10m). We had a problem with buses only on our last day there, all the other times they were coming by the schedule. To conclude, the place itself is great, clean, and quite, but with a car rented your experience will be better.

Fresh towels were provided, shower gel and shampoo were present, tea and instant coffee, an electric kettle for boiling water, a mini fridge with a small freezer compartment and air conditioning. The bed was also nice and spacious enough for two people and had a night stand on each side of the bed. There was also a closet in the room with enough space for luggage and clothing. The owner was very nice and professional. The price was great, especially when compared to similar offers on booking. Everything was great, no complaints at all.

• Pier (10/5): Best holiday ever - We were looking for a place to stay in Malta, where our friends and relatives live.This surprising hotel is brand new, stylish and very clean. It is located in the main square of Siggiewi, in the South-West of the island, a very quiet village, full of folklore: the best choice if you want to live a true Maltese experience. The host has been very kind and helpful to us. The bus stop is just in front of the main door and you can easily reach all the tourist attractions. We hope to come back soon. Highly recommended!

• Piotr (10/5): Great stay in the location that I could honestly recommend - Flat is located in atmospheric, old but beautifully renovated tenement house. The location is calm and quiet comparing to other Malta cities. It is quite close to lots of interesting places. Up to 10 minutes drive to Mdina, and similarly to Valetta. Also close to the airport. The owner of a tenement is friendly and talkative. We heard a lot of interesting things about Malta from him 🙂 One needs some patience to find a free parking space in the neighbourhood. However there if you want to travel by bus it won’t be an issue.
