• José (10/5): - We stayed at Flodisa Guest House after a hike from Valbone to Theth and we loved it. The location is great just in the center o Theth and a two minute walk to the station where you get the van back to Shkoder. We hiked to the Blue Eye on the following day and the staff was super helpful on taking care of our backpacks while we hiked. Also the breakfast is just amazing with some local delights.

• Lola (10/5): Magnifique et adorable - Juste à la fin de la route goudronnée (150m dans les graviers), chambre commune confortable (pas de lit superposé), salle de bain okay. Le propriétaire est adorable est super accessible, il a discuté avec nous jusqu’au soir autour du feu. Sert à manger le soir à des prix correct (menu) et petit déjeuner très bien. Tout était parfait

The host speaks fluent English, was very helpful, and answered all of my questions. He also arranged the furgon transportation to and from Theth. The location is convenient, close to the bus stop. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place.

• Laurie (10/5): Our stay here in Theth may have been the highlight of our trip to Albania! I highly recommend and would come again myse - The accommodations felt a bit rustic which was very fitting for this beautiful and rugged setting. The facilities were hand constructed by the family over the corse of years. The labor and craftsmanship is to be admired. Our room had no frills but was comfortable with everything we needed. A very nice self-serve breakfast with a bountiful assortment of food options was provided in a lovely dining room. One could also order dinner from their menu. The cook did a great job! The busy owner was always willing to interrupt his endless tasks to sit and visit! Everyone made us feel very welcomed! Loved it all!
• Wagner (8/5): Gerne wieder - Das Guesthouse Flodissa liegt im oberen Teil des Dorfes Teth. Die Zufahrt war gut, wenn auch nur ein Schotterweg. Dies gilt aber für alle anderen Gästehäuser auch. Ab der Brücke ist alles nur Schotter. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und es wurde uns auch mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Das Zimmer war ein anderes, als das Gebuchte, für uns aber von Vorteil, da es ebenerdig war. Das Zimmer selbst hätte vielleicht einen neuen Anstrich nötig, es war aber sonst alles okay und das Bad war wie fast überall neu und ausreichend groß. Da es während unseres Besuchs doch sehr frisch war mit Temperaturen unter 10 Grad hat der Besitzer am Abend in einer Feuerschale noch extra Feuer gemacht, damit sich die Bewohner gemütlich um das Feuer scharen konnten. Das Frühstück gab es als Buffet mit allem, was man braucht. Wie oben schon erwähnt, würde dem Zimmer ein neuer Anstrich guttun. Und für das schlechte Wetter kann der Wirt ja nichts.

• Shweta.M (10/5): Its a perfect 10/10 - Everything is magnificent. The beds are super comfortable. Heaters in the rooms. Super clean. Very good hot showers. The breakfast is the highlight - ample, delicious and early enough. The location is superb, right next to the bus stop. Florian is a very generous and wonderful host. He did everything possible to make the stay comfortable for everyone. He works super hard and its incredible to see the guest house functioning under his supervision. He also gave excellent information for the hikes. I would totally recommend staying here 100% --

The owner is the nicest person ever, super helpfull, gave us some tips about what to do and see wich made our trip even better! El alojamiento está ubicado nada más llegar a Theth, lo que es una ventaja teniendo en cuenta que las calles son de piedra y bastante mal para ir con el coche... Además, había reservado una habitación compartida y me dió una para mí sola. A la vuelta del teekking a pesar de ser más tarde del check out me dejó ducharme. El desayuno es excepcional!! Un buffet muy completo!!

Die Unterkunft ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet (Decken und Elektroheizung), die Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück lecker (auch das Dessert Trilece ist empfehlenswert:)). Die Lage ist perfekt, nah an der Bushaltestelle und super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Klare Empfehlung!

Zdjęcia obiektu nie odzwierciedlają rzeczywistości. Szczególnie otoczenie budynku jest brudne i zabałaganione - stare sprzęty, wiszące prześcieradła, otwarte komórki. • Ivona (10/5): A little gem, a cosy den. - We loved Flodisa. It is a wonderful, cosy den. Very comfortable, very clean, great hot shower, beautiful views, greatly positioned, feels like the time has stopped there and you can relax and unwind or rest peacefully after a hike. Florian, the owner, is one of the kind. He is very friendly, accommodating, helpful, extremely positive and very busy . He is a one man show for now but incredibly, manages it all. To clean, wash, cook, serve breakfasts and yummy dinners and still have time for a strong coffee and an advice. The food is all homemade, beautifully presented and tastes great. I did not want to leave. It’s not a luxurious place but very cosy and lovely. It’s all great.

The place was quiet and a good starting point for all hiking trips you can do in the area around Theth. We missed a hair dryer and also a small table in our room. The light in the room was really bright and some smaller lights next to the bed would be nice in the evening.

Vfm - The manager was very welcoming - we turned up very early just expecting to dump our bags and look around Theth - he got of our room ready straight away and made us a coffee. • Robert (8/5): Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms - Central location in Theth, close to the bus stop, supermarket and the beginning of the walk to Valbone. Rooms were comfortable, with a relaxed atmosphere. They were renovating the room next to ours while we stayed there, so we were woken up early with drilling noises. Not a problem, and I think they were just starting early to avoid the full day heat. In our room there was little privacy between the bedroom and bathroom - glass screens, which could be a problem if you're a family or friends sharing. Breakfast was nice, and you could eat inside or outside.

• MAR (3/5): PÉSIMO - La ubicación Las paredes del baño eran de vidrio transparente y daban a la única habitación. No sé quién pudo diseñar algo así. Para usar el baño / ducha nos teníamos que salir el resto. No había sitio para poner las maletas y prácticamente nada para colgar la ropa. El desayuno no fue de nuestro agrado tampoco. Las escaleras de acceso al apartamento eran de hormigón y en algún tramo, sin barandilla.

• Karen (10/5): - Die Lage ist zentral und gleichzeitig recht ruhig. Das Zimmer war schön und die Betten gemütlich. Der Gastgeber war wahnsinnig nett und hilfreich, besonders als mein Sohn krank wurde und wir unseren Aufenthalt verlängern mussten. Er hat eine Lösung gefunden, obwohl das Guest House eigentlich ausgebucht war. Außerdem hat er die Ambulanz für uns angerufen und uns auch sonst viele gute Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt. Auch das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren wirklich gut! Alles bestens!

• Tomás (9/5): Estuvimos genial, me hubiese quedado más tiempo, desayuno abundante y la persona que nos atendió muy amable y pendiente - Estaba en el sitio idóneo, buen desayuno y el que nos atendió muy pendiente de nosotros. Lo recomiendo cien por cien. Que no se puede pagar con tarjeta.

• Tessa (7/5): Prijs kwaliteit was prima - Locatie is centraal gelegen, mooie rustige plek. Parkeerplaats bij de accommodatie. Vriendelijk personeel. Prima ontbijt. We misten wat relax stoelen bij de accommodatie, waren alleen houten stoelen per kamer. Badkamer was niet heel erg schoon, nog wat haren in het putje. Omgeving op het verblijf is wat rommelig.
