• Ming-yuan Cheng (9/5): - 民宿離地鐵站步行大約10-15分鐘，沿路有一點小坡段，但不至於到很麻煩的程度。 民宿室內和廁所都非常乾淨，應有盡有，而且佈置得很可愛溫馨，真的有家的感覺，看得出來很用心。整體空間很夠用，wifi速度也夠快。床非常好睡！ 重點是老闆娘人非常好！英文可以順暢溝通完全沒問題。在booking平台用訊息溝通的時候，回覆速度都非常快。我入住的時候，老闆娘還在門口等我，為我介紹房間環境。晚上要洗澡的時候，不會使用蓮蓬頭，以為壞掉了，馬上訊息詢問老闆娘，她回覆速度也很快，後來還直接跑過來民宿房間幫我處理，很感動。 非常推薦入住這間民宿！ 民宿周邊還算安靜，可能是因為位置在路邊的關係，行人經過的話，會聽到外面的聲音。
• Erica Lauren (10/5): Very pleasant accommodation - Stayed at sinchon sweet house for a short weekend trip in October 2025. Was a very pleasant stay, Hyeyoon was very kind, responsive and easy to communicate with. A quick 10min walk from Hongdae but in a residential area so it's quiet at night. -

• all_taken (9/5): Great stay in a quiet and super convenient area - I spent several days in this one-bedroom apartment and it was exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay in Seoul. The location in Sinchon is excellent: quiet side street, but only a short walk from the main road, public transport, cafés and convenience stores. Very easy to move around the city. The villa itself is practical and well-equipped. Having a proper kitchen, washing machine and a full set of amenities (AC, heating, kettle, toaster, fridge, slippers, etc.) made the stay very convenient. Everything worked without issues, and the place was clean and well maintained. Being on the ground floor with a private entrance is a big plus. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. Check-in and check-out were simple. Overall, a solid and comfortable base in Seoul, with everything needed for a hassle-free stay. I’d gladly book it again. There were some renovation works in the small temple right in front of the apartment. On a couple of mornings the noise started fairly early.

• Seán Lucas Johannes (10/5): Meeting my friends here after a long time was made much better by staying in such a nice place! - This location is very close to both the Hongdae and Sinchon subway stations. This means it's easy to get anywhere you need to go. It was also very clean, and everything worked well. The bathroom, which is a wet bathroom, has a proof on the faucet to prevent the shower head from turning on after you close the tap, which has been an issue before in Korean showers. I was very happily surprised by this. The stay came with clean towels, sheets, toilet paper, and just all facilities so you can easily make use of the space. The only thing you need to buy/bring is a toothbrush, comb and food, which isn't difficult at all with the area being close to a grocery store and tons of different restaurants. Add to all of this the owner, who is a total gem. She responds quickly to messages, and although I speak Korean, it wasn't necessary because she understands English well too! She even was so sweet to think of me when she had watermelon left over, bringing me a huge Tupperware with it already sliced up. Truly an amazing stay. In front of the property there is a shrine which has bright lights turned on at night. This is right in front of the bedroom window, and if you have jetlag might make it more difficult to adjust. There was also construction next to the shrine which could be noisy in mornings, although this didn't bother me much.

• Miles (10/5): For those who want to find a quiet, cozy room near Hongdae Street, I would 100% recommend this house - I definitly recommend this place for those who want to say near Hongdae Street. The house is on the ground and easy to find. What impressed me most was the cleaness and comfort feeling in the room. The environment is very quiet and the falicities in the room are absolutely amazing! The host was really nice and made me feel like home. Next time in Seoul, I would also like to stay here!
• Marenxxii_ (10/5): I love it there! - The place is cozy and feels like home, with everything you could possibly need, from toiletries to snacks and laundry essentials. The host is friendly, speaks English fluently, and is very responsive, making communication easy. It's conveniently located near Hongdae and Sinchon, perfect for shopping, and is easily accessible with bus stops nearby and just a few minutes' walk to Subway Line 2.

The host responded to all messages and requests, even allowing an early check-in and a bit later check-out when requested on check-out day. Felt at home immediately. Spotlessly clean and organised. With such a reservation you can be assured of peace of mind on all fronts (comfort, location, cleanliness, security, and smart choice when comparing other options) before even arriving at the accommodation. • Gea (10/5): Comfy and convenient! A short walk from Hongdae and Sinchon. - Host was really nice, it was a 20 minute walk from the Yonsei campus which was super convenient. The room was really cute and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Amenities were super helpful and worked great! Not any bad things I can say about this place. Maybe that I found a cockroach in the entrance, but I don't think that had anything to do with the house, I think it just snuck in when I opened the door.

• Katrina (10/5): The best place in Hongdae! - This is the best place I've stayed so far in Seoul. The owner is super nice and accommodating. The place is so cute and neat. The bed is super comfy, the comfort room is clean and has all the necessities for a comfy stay. Very quiet at night so you'll be able to sleep well. The washing machine is a huge plus! In terms of convenience, it's near the train and airport bus station. Just about 10 minutes walk. Near Hongdae Street, a train ride away from Myeongdong and other great attractions. Surrounded by restaurants as well! Will definitely stay here again when I visit! None. Everything was great!
