• ReneSm (9/5): - Hele fijne locatie, alles op korte loopafstand, zowel het strand als het centrum van Casteglione della Pescaia. Leuk stadje waar je direct in vakantiesfeer komt. Hotel erg goed! Vriendelijk ontvangst. Parkeren goed geregeld. We konden onze auto dichtbij de accommodatie parkeren en werden met een Tuktuk weer bij het hotel afgeleverd. Fijne kamer met goed bed, douche en een zeer goed werkende airco. Ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid. We hadden oorspronkelijk maar 1 nacht geboekt maar het beviel ons zo goed dat we er nog een nacht achteraan geplakt hebben. Top verblijf gehad!

Op slechts 3 minuten wandelen van het strand, waar gereserveerde ligbedjes en handdoeken inbegrepen zijn. Absolute aanrader!

We loved the breakfast- the pastries were delicious! The room was large and we loved the shower…always huge on our list. We would have loved a tea pot in our room for evening tea. The refrigerator only worked when the key wasn’t in the slot…odd to us. And the floors could have been swept daily

• Jan (2/5): Almost cancelled booking when we arrived in car park but couldn’t find an alternative at such short notice - Location - 15 mins by bus to Florence for around €1.50 bus stops directly outside hotel Strong smell of drains inside reception masked by awful air freshener. Public areas very shabby & run down , ripped seats in dining room, gardens overgrown and unkempt Room was very tired but in all fairness, spotless - adjoining room had thin door in between which may as well not have been there (no relation to us staying there) when I say we could hear everything I mean every word (possibly honeymoon couple !!!)

The hotel has the best location, in the center, but still easy to reach by car. You can load and unload comfortably in front of the hotel. Parking is a few 100 meters away but there’s a shuttle tuk tuk. Our room was brand new, comfortable, quiet, very clean, great mattress and an airconditioning we could adjust ourselves, which is seldom the case in most hotels. The free bikes and free access to the nearby beach facility make this a hotel an excellent value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back another time and stay longer. Nothing

There’s also a TV with Netflix for rainy days :) It’s clean, cosy, 5 min walk from the beach, with beach chairs plus an umbrella included. The stuff are really warm and lovely people. We gad amazing time at this hotel and already bookmarked it as our favorite in the area. Highly recommend!
