- Caiti (10/5): - Kathleen was so welcoming with her fresh home made scones and her lovely family looking after her as well as us. Bathroom is very spacious. Rooms are perfect. Beautiful private garden. So close to everything the only thing that could possibly let you down is the weather. We will be back again soon to see Archie. Thank you for having us. You would have to be the problem if you could find anything wrong when staying in Nolan organic farm.

Kathleen the host was very friendly and there to meet us with the keys on arrival. We were close to the town and beach which were really nice. The Lumi Bakery was a hit and we ate in Roches for dinner 3 evenings in a row it was very tasty with great service. Hook head is a 14 minute drive which is a must. Nothing everything exceeded our expectations.

Kathleen couldnât have been nicer. The wind blew and the rain lashed in October but it was still a great getaway with lovely walks, restaurants and places to visit. Nothing!
- sally (10/5): Quiet, peaceful, beautiful place! - EVERYTHING! This beautiful spot was heaven on earth. Peaceful and so very comfortable! Owner met us to hand over keys when we pulled in. Another owner lives on site and was a true delight to chat with and checked on us to make sure we had all needed. We stayed three nights and it was not long enough. Thank you Jack and Kathleen, we hope to be back sooner than later. that we had to leave
- Price (10/5): - We love this place, it was well kept inside and outside. The garden was huge it had a swing a number of seating areas and a swing seat, it is clean and tidy and it is very well kept. Inside the property was amazing, it was spotless not a bit of dust/ dirt anywhere to be seen, the rooms were a good size, the bathroom was a wet room which suited us down to the ground. There was no steps to take. It was a 4 min drive into duncannon, the shops were lovely. The wild rose cafe had excellent food we went there on a number of times. We will be going back here again. 10 out 10 amazing I cant think of anything i would change

A short drive into Duncannon which had restaurants, pubs, beach and a grocery store. Good locality to local sites - hook lighthouse, Dunbrody manor with mini gold and maze, Dooley bay and the ferry to cross over to Waterford. We were lucky with the weather which always helps and what a beautiful part of Ireland to visit.

- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - It's a well equipped and comfortable property in a very good location with an idyllic garden and an attentive and helpful host. We were lucky to enjoy excellent weather.and there was plenty to explore and enjoy in the local area The only very minor issue we had was a can opener that we couldn't get to work..
- Paul (9/5): Ideal location for a family getaway, a home from home in beautiful surroundings. - Cathy the owner is lovely and took time to show us around. The bungalow is very well equipped, full kitchen and utensils, log burner and enough wood for a few nights. Has 3 good size bedrooms and a wet room with walk in easy access shower, so excellent for anyone with mobility issues. The location is great a mile and a half from a super beach in one direction and a mile from a supermarket in the other. All fine no issues.
- Emer (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay here over Easter. Kathleen was so lovely and made us feel very welcome. The house is modern, clean, very comfortable and well equipped for a family like ours. It has everything you need and if there's something else you need you just have to ask. Excellent shower room bathroom, hot powerful shower. The beds are very comfy and there's a large enclosed garden for the children to play in. I was a bit worried as it is pet friendly and myself and one of my daughters is allergic to dogs and dog hair but there was no dog smell and everything had been throughly cleaned so no wheezing or itchy eyes. The house is in a brilliant location, a km from Duncannon beach and a little further for the town with its bars, cafes and bakeries. It's well situated for exploring the area with the Hook peninsula 15 mins away and lots of other things in the area to do for families or friends alike. Lots of beautiful, safe, clean beaches to choose from and lots of eating options not too far. All in all a fantastic Easter week away for us at Nolans Organic Farm. We would love to go back. Leaving.

- Ashley (10/5): Everything we expected and more - We loved everything about it. The owner was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home The property was bigger than expected and the garden was lively. Duncannon was only a few minutes by car which is a lovely little village to visit for a drink and walk along the beach Nothing
- Vincent (10/5): Quiet retreat in cosy cottage - From the very clear signage on the road leading up to this cottage to the scones on arrival and immaculately clean interior, you are under no illusion that you are in the hands of somebody who knows what they are doing. The house had everything you could need and was within a couple minutes drive to Duncannon Beach.
I had my dog, it was really well set up for him with a beautiful garden to play fetch.
All in all a really enjoyable stay and I'll be back.

They were keen for us to enjoy our stay and for us to speak to them if there was anything more we needed. We were very well catered for and looked after. The accommodation was very clean and tidy, lovely decor, with everything we needed. Kathleen baked wonderful scones and queen cakes for us. They were every bit as good as those my mother used to do.
A lovely peaceful place, well situated for places to visit. Great garden space. And dog friendly. Beds were lovely and comfy. The only comment for here would be to perhaps have at least one King bed available. The rooms were certainly big enough.
