- Çâğrı Çiğdem (10/5): - Otelin konumu cok iyiydi, kalabalık bölgenin hemen yanında ancak yürüyerek 4-5 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor. Otelden hemen plaja iniş var. Personel güler yüzlü ve nazikti. Odadaki eşyalar lüx degil ancak her sey son derece temizdi. Konakladığımız odanın manzarası olağanüstüydü. Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık.

- Gabriele (8/5): - Die Lage ist fußläufig zum Souk , der Ausblick vom Zimmer ist einmalig . Der Strand ist direkt über eine Treppe zu erreichen, man benötigt allerdings unbedingt Badeschuhe (steinig) und ist für Kinder eher nicht geeignet , da es sehr schnell tief ins Wasser geht. Handtücher für den Strand stehen zur Verfügung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und ausgiebig landestypisch. Leider gibt es in der Nähe jeden Abend laute Partymusik , kann für empfindliche Gemüter die Nachtruhe stören . Wir haben uns aber bei geschlossenen Fenster darauf eingestellt und konnten trotzdem schlafen.

They respond to any request and help with everything Very professional and friendly service what makes the atmosphere of the vacation very nice and pleasant . The hotel’s location is perfect: right next to the old bazaar, citadel and all the sightseeings and at the same time it’s beachfront with a beautiful view and perfect beach. Our room was upgraded to a sea view, and the view from it was amazing 😍 Highly recommend

We were able to make a late check-in and they agreed to show us different rooms to meet our taste. Although the staff were nice, the hotel is not a 4-star hotel as mentioned in the descriptions. Also, the bed was so noisy and uncomfortable.

- Ken (6/5): Hotel is fine, but the steep price is mainly for its beach location, not for the facilities - Location is right at the beach! also within 10 walking distance to old town Byblos. The waves are pretty loud especially at quiet nights; light sleepers might not like it, but some people would find this lovely. Staff is nice and helpful; minimal blackout periods Functioning wifi. There is one socket (in the middle of the bed headboard) in the room for charging devices. Shower water pressure is weak. Hotel response to queries is slow. I requested airport shuttle, but they didn't call back until the very day I would be arriving. Already made alternative arrangement.

- Armelle (9/5): perfect for family who wants easy access to Jbeil. - For a family with an active little boy this place is perfect. walking distance to everywhere, the beach, the souk, the port and the public gardens. It was really handy and practical. the staff were exceptional, they organised taxis for us to go anywhere, helped us order dinners and take away and always looked after us. They also helped entertain our very active 3 year old. the location is truly perfect and while we went in winter where a lot of places are closed, it was perfect for us. the sea views are incredible.

The staff are great guys and helped us with everything, we could even choose the room between two variants. Our room had everything a normal family with children needs. The location is perfect if you want to be close to all the sightseeings, restaurants and at the same time to the beach. So you can swim in the clean water and then go to the castle. Very quiet in the evening. objectively nothing to mention

- Ana (5/5): A bad place, but it's bearable. - The view is amazing, you can see the sea and the beach. The staff is also super kind. The location is also good, very close to the city center. The build and also the rooms are very old, they don't have maintenance. So the walls are peeling, the furniture is super old, the bedding was dirty, the tiles in the bathroom are moldy, the shower box is super small, the shower was bent and moldy, the towels and the toilet paper are of poor quality, the room and the curtain smelled like cigarettes. There is also the electricity problem at the city, during the night the power is off and you have no AC on your room.
