• Fahad (1/5): I will not repeat this experience again. - للأسف كانت تجربة الإقامة في هذا الفندق سيئة جدًا ولا ترقى لأي مستوى مقبول. الغرفة ضيقة بشكل مزعج، والسرير غير مريح إطلاقًا مما أثر على جودة النوم. كذلك الحمام ضيق جدًا وغير عملي، والمناشف قديمة ومهترئة ولا تليق بفندق يُفترض أنه يقدم خدمة محترمة. أما من ناحية التعامل، فكان أداء الموظفين دون المستوى، يفتقرون للاحترافية وحسن الاستقبال، ولم يتم التعامل مع الملاحظات بالشكل المطلوب. بصراحة، تجربة مخيبة للآمال من جميع النواحي، ولا أنصح بها إطلاقًا، ولن أكررها مرة أخرى Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very poor and did not meet any acceptable standard. The room was uncomfortably small, and the bed was not comfortable at all, which negatively affected the quality of sleep. The bathroom was also very cramped and impractical, and the towels were old and worn out, which is not appropriate for a hotel that is supposed to provide decent service. As for the staff, their performance was below expectations. They lacked professionalism and proper hospitality, and my concerns were not handled as they should have been. Honestly, it was a disappointing experience in every aspect. I do not recommend it at all, and I will not repeat it again.
• Ali (6/5): Alles in allem, Preis-/Leistung ok! - Frühstück war ok. Zimmer grundsätzlich auch. Für 50€ mit Frühstück da kann man nicht viel erwarten. Frühstück war ok, aber es gab nicht mal einen Tee. Personal war zwischen 7.20-7.40 Uhr nicht zu finden. Vielleicht gerade beim Vorbereiten unten. Kein Toaster.

• Emira (4/5): - The location I booked a room with a big double bed and one small bed, but they gave me a room with a small double bed. If you take a shower, the water goes on the floor. The room needs renovation.
• Munira (9/5): Very comfortable and wonderful stay - The property was very clean, bed very comfortable and staff were superb and extremely helpful. The toilet seat was broken and was immediately fixed after reporting it to staff. Breakfast was yum with a wide variety. It was a good 13-15mins walk to Kent Meydani and half hour walk to Ulu Camii.

• khalid (8/5): Lovely city. - The hotel’s location is excellent and close to the city center. The staff are courteous and professional. Parking is available next to the hotel, and the rooms are clean. The bed may not be comfortable, particularly for guests who suffer from back pain.
• Shahzad (7/5): Will not stay here again. - Location was good. Breakfast area had a nice view of mountains. Very limited breakfast options. The mattresses were worn out and were in bad shape. The toilet seat was not cleaned. Even after I complained, the staff didn't care to clean it.

Usa de la întrarea in camera se deschidea foarte greu, iar fereastra era defecta si nu a putut fi închisă in totalitate. Curățenia in camera a fost neglijenta. In dulap am găsit chiar si o pereche de sosete , uitate probabil de cineva. Deci..... Micul dejun, sărăcăcios.

• Nursel (2/5): Vies en rokershol… sorry! - Het personeel was aardig, dat moet ook wel uit schaamte denk ik. In de kamers wordt gerookt. Ik rook zelf ook, maar dit leek wel zo’n rokersruimte op het vliegveld. Het was ook niet schoon. Dit was het slechtste hotel dat ik heb gezien.

• Daba (4/5): - The safety they don’t talk to me unless i come to them maybe ? The property location is great close to amenities. The property is not cleaned . The cleaners are not doing a good job. I can still see hair from previous people . The coffee bar is sticky. The toilet not cleaned. The staff don’t speak English and don’t try either. Only one speaks a bit the talk guy that’s it. The buffet is not a buffet just cheese and bread and watermelon not even a good coffee. The bedsheets come out of the bed. They gave me bed with rug i had to ask for a quilt cover due to the aircon being on and the cool. The check in took forever unorganized hotel don’t deserve the 4 star therefore not worth the money payed. I had to be changed a room due to the noise of the street and leak in the bathroom guess what i was put in another room where the internet doesn’t reach when i have a business and family to talk to again nothing was done about it. On my first night i ordered steak it came cut into pieces and salty . I asked for fruit salad they brought me salad and fruit on top. The bathroom still leaks they don’t deserve the 4 star and i will not be coming back to this hotel. For safety yes you are safe they won’t talk to you till you do . They hardly say hello to you . How safe is that. If you come for a quick business trip one day or 2 maybe u can take this hotel but for 4 days or more like me don’t look for something else.

• Bahadir (7/5): Good for cost benefit wise - a. We had some requests at the beginning of our stay. Manager of the hotel (Mr. Ali) and Receptionist (Mr. Kaan) was very helpful and kind. They resolved all the issues we had. b. Close to the shopping mall and the Location is in the center Breakfast and cleaning of rooms need to be improved.

• Oprisor (7/5): - Personalul și mâncarea foarte ok. Curatenie Frigiderul nu functioneaza deloc, in celălalte camere am înțeles că răcea foarte puțin Salteaua extrem de moale, daca te așezi doua persoane in pat, se formează precum o copaie la jumătate. Internet slab.
