• Tia (6/5): Not up to scratch - Washing machine, pool and location were all good. Bed was comfortable. Staff communication was good. My room was older and in need of updating an fixing. It didnt look like these photos so I was disappointed. The couch was not comfortable and had abit of wear and tear. I had a broken door and draw that kept opening by itself. The shower kept flooding but they came twice to fix that. Then it wasnt an issue.

• Evgeniia (9/5): Overall, the place has a lot of good points, especially the location, the new apartment. - The accommodation is new, and the location is excellent. The host does everything possible to make the stay comfortable. There is a toaster, a blender for smoothies, and the bed is very comfortable. Check-in happened later than expected, although we were also allowed a later check-out, which was appreciated. The washing machine can hardly be considered functional — it does not have enough power even to properly wash and spin a single towel. It only works for one very light item, such as a T-shirt or a swimsuit. There is also sometimes a sewage smell.

• Sami (10/5): Mukava ja rauhallinen paikka lähellä kaikkea tarpeellista - Pienehkö, mutta siisti huoneisto edullisella hinnalla. Parhaat puolet meidän tarpeisiimme oli sijainti ja uima-allas. Todella rauhallinen paikka, hiukan sivussa vilkkaimmilta kaduilta. Surin Beachille n. 700m ja Bang Tao Beachille 1,5 km. Kuitenkin 100 metrin säteellä hotellilta oli ravintoloita, hierontaa, pesuloita, skootterin vuokrausta yms. Kiinteistöllä oli 2 pitkää uima-allasta. Toinen niistä oli kätevästi meidän rakennuksemme katolla. Uima-allas oli metrin syvä ja lähes 40 metriä pitkä ja siellä oli aina rauhallista. Matkauinti onnistui hyvin. Surin Beach ja tämä majoitus oli meille loistava valinta. Yöelämää ja kattavampia shoppailupaikkoja hakevan kannattaa hakeutua lähemmäs Batongia.

• Skobelkin (8/5): - Amazing, cozy studio with a great overall vibe. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay washing machine, stove, kitchen utensils, microwave, hair dryer, sink, and even a blender (plus more kitchen items we didn’t even get to use). The balcony is very cozy and perfect for relaxing evenings. There is a gym on-site (not very big, but still useful) and two swimming pools one on the rooftop and another between the buildings. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, highly recommended. Big respect to the hosts! Nothing

• Michael (10/5): - Cozy appartment. Equipments. Bed. Water leak on the terrace from the swimming pool above. Some traces of mold in places. The windows are not sufficiently insulated for the noise from outside. Nothing really annoying but the apartment needs some touch-ups.

• Yassine (6/5): Bien situé, belle résidence mais des travaux sont à réaliser, prix élevé pour la qualité - Le personnel extérieur était très agréable et serviable. Beaucoup d’éléments dans l’appartement étaient cassés. Le prix n’étant pas à la hauteur du logement. Table basse cassée, table à repasser cassée scotchée par le propriétaire, lumière du balcon ne fonctionnait pas, l eau passer à travers la lumière du balcon . Baleyette rouiller et en mauvais état , débit de l’eau dans la salle de bain faible et eau chaude qui a tendance à tirer vers l’eau froide. La résidence par elle même est très agréable mais le logement 503 ne justifie pas le prix. A améliorer , par ailleurs il faudrait penser à mettre une planche dans l’armoire car nous pouvions pas ranger nos vêtements . Mauvaise insonorisation. Il faudrait le rendre plus fonctionnel car l’appartement reste étroit. Seven eleven a 350 mètre environ Ps: il faudrait un étendoir plus grand car il est vraiment très petit pour des affaires d’adultes

• Eroshenko (10/5): - Номер отличный, чистый, есть все необходимое Все понравилось в апартаментах. В самом Сурине не понравилось - в ноябре не сезон, большие волны, дожди, гулять негде ( нет парков , дорожек, только ходить вдоль дорог) .

• Oskar (6/5): - The apartment itself was fine, pool on the top floor of the complex was a nice add-on. Really nothing more to be said about it, it's quite average and you get what you expect, an apartment. The location is quite bad, road leading to the complex is narrow and very winding. There is 7-11 about 10 min walk away and the beach about 15 min walk. But I would say the biggest letdown when it comes to location is Surin Beach itself, there really isn't much to do there. The shops are very few, as are the restaurants. Only thing to do there is to sunbathe and maybe go for a swim in the sea of the lifeguard let's you.

• Anis (10/5): Great check in service and clean compound. - Super valued for hotel apartment service. Everything provided with enough appliances and towels. Free parking space for bikes/cars. Very close to Surin beach and 24 hours grocery store.

• Simon (7/5): Good - Great location for Surin The roof top pool doesn’t have the usual glass barrier at the end of the building. Meaning once for example a child gets out of the pool of the back side to the very edge of the building there is no protection.
• Boris (6/5): Pleasant - It's close to the beach and not far away from the restaurants. It was clean with plenty of towels. No bad smell or mold. Worn-out furniture and kitchen. It is overpriced for what you get.

• Jo-jai (6/5): Better than a hotel room - The apartment we stayed in wasn't handled by the front reception. Rather, Pook came to meet us there and take us to the apartment to check us in.( Not sure what the set up is. ) She was so helpful. She messaged us most days to make sure all was okay, and when we both came down with Covid, she quickly got someone to bring us food and water. Good location between beach and main drag. Nice rooftop pool. Microwave. The mattress was very comfortable, not the normal hard Asian variety . Best thing was the washing machine! Unit is very small. It is difficult to get around the bed into the bathroom. No drawers or shelves in the bedroom. Couldn't work out how to use the stove top.
