• Jessica (7/5): Ein aufregender Urlaub :D - Wir hatten wirklich eine auf den ersten Blick wunderschöne Wohnung. Kochinsel, tolles Bad, große Küche und ein Esstisch. Es gab auch eine Couch. Die war aber nicht so bequem, da es keine Rückenlehne gab. Die Lage und auch das Haus an sich war wirklich gut. In die Stadt zu laufen war gar kein Problem Obwohl das Apartment sehr schick wirkte, waren doch einige Dinge nicht so toll Das Bad hatte eine Schiebetür, die aber innen keinen Griff hatte, somit war das Rauskommen immer eine Herausforderung Die Türklinke zum Schlafzimmer ist regelmäßig abgefallen. In der Küche und dem Essenreich waren von 19 LED Lampen nur 5 funktionstüchtig Und grundsätzlich hatte man das Gefühl, dass das Apartment sehr hübsch hergerichtet würde, aber dann nicht gut erhalten wurde Ich muss aber sagen, dass es sehr sauber war und die Lage wirklich Top!

• Kristína (10/5): - We were very satisfied with our stay. The small house is nicely and cosily furnished and feels very comfortable. The location is great. It is close to a supermarket and the trolleybus stop, which makes it very easy to get around. Even though it is quite close to the centre of Salzburg, the neighbourhood feels very quiet and peaceful, almost like being in a small village. We really enjoyed our stay here.
• Kristína (10/5): - The apartment is beautiful, spacious and full of light. There is plenty of storage space and the interior is very tastefully furnished. It also has a large kitchen and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The location is excellent – it is close to a supermarket, the trolleybus stop and there is very good access to the city centre. If we visit Salzburg again in the future, we would definitely choose this accommodation again.

• Giacomo (9/5): Soddisfatto - Eravamo in 8 abbiamo preso l’appartamento all’ultimo piano da 6 persone e quello da due nella casa di fronte. L’appartamento da due era nuovo molto carino. Soggiorno ottimo, ci sono arrivati i biglietti del bus. Proprietaria molto disponibile. Andare in centro in auto è impossibile per via del traffico, invece a piedi erano 30 minuti. Molto comodi i mezzi pubblici. L’accesso al parcheggio interno presenta una salita che era piena di neve e ghiaccio, senza catene era impossibile salirci con le ruote 4 stagioni. Con le ruote invernali invece non c’erano problemi. Non ho compreso la scelta di non lasciare scopa e paletta come riportato in altre recensioni.

• Inés (8/5): - Muy buen tamaño para nuestro grupo de 5. La cocina bien equipada. La casa muy bien aislada del frío y con buena calefacción. Buena comunicación con el personal, aunque fuese todo por escrito. Espacio para dejar el coche. Recomendamos hacer con antelación el check-in por el tema del transporte, nos equivocamos al poner el mail y ya no nos dio tiempo a solucionarlo, pero al final fuimos en coche a la ciudad y sin problema, se tarda muy poco al centro de la ciudad La distribución de las habitaciones, algunas estaban comunicadas entre sí. Hubo un problema en un baño, pero tardaron un par de días en arreglarlo (quizás por ser fin de semana) y estuvimos casi todo el tiempo sin poder usarlo y compartiendo el otro baño. Se ve que están reformando y mejorando las instalaciones, así que hay algunas en mejor estado que otras.

• Martina (5/5): Alles in allem okay, an der Sauberkeit kann man jedoch noch arbeiten! - Die Wohnung ist für zwei Familien (mit jeweils einem Kind) sehr praktisch und jedenfalls groß genug. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Sämtliche Polstermöbel (Polsterbezüge, Fauteuils, Sitzbank) waren extrem stark verschmutzt und mit ekeligen Flecken übersät. Diese regelmäßig zu säubern sollte kein Problem sein! Die Bettwäsche hingegen war sauber und strahlend weiß.

• Lidia (8/5): Eravamo due coppie di amici pensionati per la seconda volta a Salisburgo per visitare i mercatini di Natale. Abbiamo pas - Mi è piaciuta la tranquillità e l’ambiente accogliente. Abbiamo dormito in quattro persone (due coppie) in una camera sola, anche se molto grande, con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. Probabilmente abbiamo capito male al momento della prenotazione ma siamo stati soddisfatti lo stesso.

• Raffaele (10/5): Fantastica salisburgo - Casa bellissima e spaziosa, confortevole e arredata benissimo, a pochi metri dalla fermata bus, in poche fermate eri al centro storico, tra l'altro intera rete gratuito per tutto il soggiorno. Piccolo market a pochi metri. Staff gentile e presente. Veramente super consigliato. Magari sarebbe meglio far trovare la casa calda. Ma veramente un piccolo dettaglio.
• Marek (9/5): Prodloužený víkend - Klíče byly v bezpečnostní schránce s kódem který jsme včas obdrželi. Ubytování je v dochozí vzdálenosti od centra a všech atrakcí. Vše na fotografiích se shoduje s realitou, není to supermoderní ubytování ale zcela dostatečné na prodloužený víkend. V jedné z koupelen byl cítit odpad. Berte v úvahu, že k ubytování vedou schody takže to není pro lidi s pohybovým omezením.

• M.JOSE (10/5): REGALO PERFECTO EN AUSTRIA - El apartamento es una preciosidad de casita de campo situada junto a una casa más grande. Es un primer piso muy acogedor y todo el espacio principal (salón, cocina y dormitorio) es diáfano, lo que lo hace aún más agradable. El menaje es suficiente y cuenta con lavadora, tendedero, plancha y tabla de planchar. También tiene hervidor de agua y cafetera, aunque en nuestro caso no pudimos usar la cafetera porque faltaba el filtro. El secador funciona bien y la cama es muy cómoda. El baño está completo y en perfecto estado. Incluye un bono de transporte público, algo que facilita muchísimo las visitas por la zona, y el aparcamiento en la misma puerta es un plus. En general, un alojamiento muy recomendable por comodidad y ubicación. la cafetera no pudimos usarla

• Simone (1/5): Unbewohnbar durch massiven Silberfischbefall – Keine Entschädigung - Leider hat die Art und Weise von dem Vorgehen des Vermieters unseren Urlaub zu einem Horror Trip gemacht! ​Wir sind gegen 21:40 Uhr über den Self-Check-in in die Unterkunft gelangt und mussten den geplanten Aufenthalt aufgrund eines massiven Befalls mit Silberfischen sofort abbrechen. ​Uns war bewusst, dass es sich nicht um ein Luxushotel handelt. Wir hätten über kleinere Mängel, wie allgemeine Unsauberkeit, Spinnweben oder das stark fleckige Stoff-Bettgestell, hinweggesehen. Auch die Silberfische, die wir nur im Bad gesehen hätten, wären für uns in Kauf zu nehmen gewesen. Ausschlaggebend war jedoch der Befall im Schlaf- und Kochbereich: Die Tiere befanden sich unter jeder Bettdecke, jedem Kopfkissen und in sämtlichen Küchenschubladen. Bei jedem Aufdecken der Decke waren sofort neue Tiere sichtbar. ​Dieser Zustand machte die Wohnung unbewohnbar. Da die Nutzung nicht möglich war, mussten wir uns kurzfristig in der Nacht und mit zusätzlichen Kosten Ersatzunterkünfte suchen. ​Die Klärung des Sachverhalts war extrem schwierig und zog sich über vier Tage hin, in denen wir mit dem Vermieter und Booking.com im Dauer-Schriftverkehr waren. Der Vermieter war telefonisch nie erreichbar oder wies Anrufe ab. Die gesamte Kommunikation erfolgte schriftlich und blieb ergebnislos. ​Trotz des klaren Mangels und unserer Nichtnutzung der Unterkunft behält der Vermieter den vollen Preis für alle drei Nächte ein. Booking.com erklärt sich für nicht zuständig, da die Entscheidung beim Vermieter liegt. Dieser Stress überschattete und vermieste unsere gesamte, lange geplante Geburtstagsreise komplett. ​Fazit: Aufgrund des Zustands und des Verhaltens des Vermieters ist die Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt. Für drei Nächte haben wir für zwei Personen 382,22€ (eine Frechheit für den Zustand)

• Kaló (5/5): Egyszer, de csak egyszer jó volt...... - Hangulatos kis házikó az udvar hátsó részén, felső szintje az apartmann.A szoba hangulatosan berendezett illik a kicsit régies, de szerethető házhoz.A konyha jól felszerelt lehetne, de mivel hiányzik a mikro (megoldottam vittem a munkahelyemről ) így nem lehet jól felszereltnek nevezni, amúgy minden van ami kell, mosógép is. Szép nagy zöld mezőre, fákra néző terasz bútorokkal. A belváros, óváros gyalog a Salzach mentén sétálva kicsit messze van, autóval a díjköteles parkolóövezet miatt nem egyszerű.Esténként 19 után ill. szombat 16-tól hétfő reggelig ingyenes parkolás. 2 bolt is a közelben akár gyalog is. A város gyönyörű, ismerem hiszen itt dolgozom, de a párom csak most volt itt előszőr, sokat kirándultunk, a vár,belváros, óváros, Mirabell palota/kert, Hellbrunn kastély mesés, Red Bull Hangar-7, 17 km-re a sasfészek (D), esős idő miatt voltunk a Lokwelt vasúti múzeumban is 5 km (D) ..stb...stb.....42 fokból jöttünk ide a 13 fokba, ráadásul esett vagy 4 napig. Az apartmannban nincs TV, ez itt az EU, Ausztria nem a balkán, városi szállás 2025-öt írunk...., de mivel volt két laptopunk is azt hittük majd nézünk filmeket esténként interneten, tévedés volt. Vérszegény, halálosan gyenge wi-fi, majdnem másfél hétig állandóan kimaradó, megszakadó internetkapcsolat, katasztrófa, aztán a szobában lévő jelerősítő "újraindítása" kicsit javított a helyzeten, de a jótól még így is fényévekre volt. Balkáni többhetes tengerparti nyaralásról jöttünk ide, ott 0-24-ig gigaerős internetünk volt az elsőtől az utólsó napig megszakítások nélkül.Ez pedig az EU, Ausztria, Salzburg, tartományi székhely, városi szállás halálosan gyenge intenettel. Parkolás az udvarban, leírva szépen hangzik, elméletileg 4 apartmann van így akár úgy ahogy 4 autó el is férne, de volt mikor 6 autó parkolt egymás hegyén hátán a szűk udvarban, ráadásul az enyémet a munkahelyemen hagytam, úgy hoztak haza, az a hetedik lett volna, de úgysem tudtam volna beállni, az utcán meg nem lehet parkolni. • Nestoras (5/5): Δεν ήταν ευχάριστη λόγω της μυρωδιάς κ της καθαριότητας. - Ήταν άνετο για την οικογένεια μας κ είχε πάρκινγκ όπως περιέγραφε που ήταν σημαντικό για εμάς. Η κουζίνα κ το ψυγείο αξιοπρεπέστατη για όποιον θέλει να τη χρησιμοποιήσει. Το δεύτερο μπάνιου του τρίτου ορόφου μύριζε αφόρητα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να κοιμηθούμε ούτε να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε , αναγκαστήκαμε 6 άτομα να χρησιμοποιούμε ένα μπάνιο για όλα. Επίσης δεν είχε σε κανένα μπάνιο ούτε λίγο σαπούνι ή σαμπουάν για να πλυθείς. Επίσης δεν ήταν ούτε καλά σκουπισμένο κ σφουγγαρισμένο.

• Mohammed (3/5): Avoid this place in the summer and bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay here, don’t expect any further support - Location was accessible and parking was available It was very hot 30 degrees on the day we were there, no air conditioning in the premises. There were 2 fans, one was not working. No soap or toiletries in the apartment. Apartment we booked was on the second floor so he prepared to haul your luggage up the stairs. The owner of the apartment responded late and was least concerned that the fans weren’t working, they said that since we were there for just 2 days, they won’t provide a new fan or soap/ shower gel etc.

There was a bus right outside the front door that took you to the heart of Salzburg in less than 10 mins. The host also provided us with public transport cards for the entirety of our stay. Beate at City Oasis was also very helpful in letting us extend our stay for one night Unfortunately, it was not very clean. There seems to be an infestation of Silverfish not only in the bathroom but I also found a large one crawling around in our bed. I contacted City Oasis and they just said its unharmful to humans but I felt deeply disgusted. some spaces were very dusty and there were a few cobwebs with spiders and things.

• Mark (9/5): Well presented spacious apartment, had a great stay. - The apartment was very well presented, spacious and had everything we needed. Spar shop just a short walk away. Close to a bus stop with easy connections to many routes, easy to work out. About a 15 minute walk into the beautiful old town, past a park with a good outdoor calisthenics gym/workout area, lido, tennis courts, volleyball etc. Host was quick to reply to questions. Very peaceful setting and quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.
• Katarzyna (10/5): 10/10 Salzburg experience! - The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The view from the terrace is amazing! It’s a great accommodation for someone who prefers to stay a bit outside of the city to enjoy the nature but still with an easy access to the city to visit whenever you feel like (about 20-30 mins walking). The house was beautiful, you can tell that the host is paying attention to small details which makes the place so special :) You need to remember that this is a small old house so don’t expect luxury like in a 5 star hotel. But you can definitely feel the spirit and a great vibe of a cottage house ☺️

We had problems with the self-checkin process that should give you a free public transportation card for your stay in Salzburg. They didn't answer, and we had to pay 30 euro for the 3 days of buses. I guess we're lucky that was our only problem. Seems like there can be many problems in that dump. Stay away!

• Martin (8/5): Very good - The apartment was really spacious, and it was only a 15-minute walk into the centre of salzburg. There was also a washing machine which was really good especially as we were travelling with our 4 young boys. There was no TV even though the photos showed the apartment as having one. The key box didn't work, and we didn't meet any of the staff, so we were very much just left to fend for ourselves.
• Olga (4/5): Has potential, but not maintained. - Warm, with plenty hot water, and a nice sized property in a great location. There was plenty towels provided which was nice. Upon first impressions the plates in the cupboards were all greasy, the kettle has lots of lime scale and needs replacing (we chose to boil water in a pan), there was no microwave, washing machine or dishwasher. The linen wasn’t clean, and there wasn’t enough for two adults and two children. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. The mattress was awful on the main bed, and someone previously broke the bed couch, so it doesn’t stay in place. The bed couch could be easily fixed but the mattress on the main bed just needs replacing. Finally to top it all off, if the smell of damp from the toilet isn’t enough, the property is infested with house millipedes. They were coming mostly from behind the bed couch, but we seen them on the floor, up the walls and on the bed couch

It was a very comfortable and roomy facility; the location was both excellent and not excellent. I loved the countryside... Travel from the apartment into the city...The apartment was worth the trip, but it was a long trip...
• Montserrat (1/5): I missed everything in That place - the Sofa I miss everything, the flat lack for the basic necessities. There were a pair of dirties socks under the sofa. There wasn't microwave, there wasn't tv, there wasn't tablecloth, there weren't kitchen cloth or a brush for the floor, there were a Coffee machine but no filters, there weren't plastic bags for the bathroom and only one in the kitchen. There weren't hangers for the towells. it was imposible to separate rubbish. there were only one indirect light in bethroom, the second one were only decorative. there were only one ligth at the night table the second one hadn't, there were only one breakfast cup, a lot of saucers but no cups, only three different very small for coffe and milk. the saucepans were very old and one was dirty. The curtains were defeck, and there is a Door That connect the kitchen direct with another flat and could be opened With the same key! I had the feeling of being a student again in a shabby flat. living very far from the center of the city
• Daisy (10/5): Perfect and comfortable stay for couple - The hosts made it very easy to check in with a clear message 2 days before with instructions. The apartment was spacious and just right for the 2 of us. The balcony is gorgeous and such a highlight of the property, even with views of the mountains! It was very warm, bed is SUPER comfortable and there was ample storage. The kitchen was well equipped. It felt safe and secure. It is very close to a bus stop that takes you into town in 10 mins but also possible to walk in half an hour or so. Small shop 5 mins away and large supermarket 10 mins away. There were salt and pepper shakers that were empty, it didn’t say this would be provided it was just a bit odd.

Clean and comfortable - Location was ideal with an easy walk along the river into city There was confusion as to which property we were staying in so on arrival had to ring to find out..but it was quickly sorted out after they made contact with the cleaner. Noisy guests in building who were inconsiderate to other guests. Talking very loudly in corridor and leaving very early making a noise with suitcases bashing downstairs! Pretty inconsiderate.

• Tiara (10/5): Exceptional - Best apartment that I lived in in Austria! It looks a bit far, but there’s a bus station nearby directly goes to the center. It’s very clean and the staff was quite responsive.
• Dc (8/5): Very good - A lovely rustic Austrian style of accommodation. We were on the top, 3rd floor with very spacious bedrooms, each with an own bathroom. It had an upgraded kitchen and plenty of sitting room. Location was close enough to walk into the heart of Salzburg.

• Vanessa (7/5): Cute apartment within walkable distance to the centre of Salzburg - Main bedroom lovely outlook and comfy bed with big windows to cool down the otherwise stuffy space. It was a hot day when we arrived and being on the top floor we expected this. Parking onsite great and enough beds for the 3 kids, plus 2 bathrooms added bonus!! No drying rack and only a couple of coat hangers, made it tricky with doing laundry. An easy fix! Strange we had hot water in the shower but not the kitchen…..
• Eamonn (10/5): Cosy, fun and enjoyable! - Really spacious, cosy, we liked the terrace that we got and it is very well furnished, beds are nice, dishwasher, etc… allowed for our stay to be more enjoyable Even though it had a washing machine, it had to no laundry soap or someplace to hang our wet clothes, however in general very good
• Nahata (1/5): Bad - Din,t get time and mental space to like anything around I have been in contact with booking.com And they want me to contact them (city Oasis) to make the Reimburstment for the payments and losses for the hassle and problems that I have faced in your property But I have been trying to call them but not receiving any response It’s been really a very bad experience during the check in the apartment was dirty and unhygienic we waited till night 23:30 hour for the apartment to be cleaned and the next day again when I called to get the sheets changed which had blood stains the person said in one hour he will get back and then dint answer my calls There were nails coming out of the floor of the doors of the rooms It’s been the worst experience with senior citizens and a child travelling for vacation and facing such things I have spend €700 per person to travel and face such problem and not be able to enjoy the night or even the next days of my stay This is really not appropriate and would want to get the refund for the booking and the reimbursement for the mental harassment and time loss. Also sharing you the images and the response statements which I received stating that’s human error and unintentional have I paid around €600 plus travel for such replies from hosts??
• Shereen (10/5): Simply lovely - Everything about this property was beautiful. The space, the beds, the view, the location and the host. I would love to come back and I highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Salzburg area.
• José (6/5): Pleasant - Somewhat close to the city center, and close to bus stops. The view was beautiful. Everything looked clean, but felt dirty. Our key also fit in the key of the appartment below ours, luckily nobody stayed there. There were no dishcloths, and the builing itself was badly/not maintained. The appartment is located on a busy, loud road that you can hear well. There was no hot water in the kitchen, luckily there was a kettle.

• Betty (10/5): Excellent! - The hosts were incredibly kind and always available. The house is exactly as pictured, with stunning views, and the bed is so comfortable you might never want to leave. Highly recommended!
• Jossa (8/5): Close to everything - I like the location, how it is close to the center and next to the road but it's still quiet in the apartment. There's also a view of the mountain from the apartment. The room is spacious enough for 4 guests and it has all the basics for cooking and eating. Melanie was very friendly and helpful so you can talk to her easily if you need anything. There's a shortage of spoon, fork and knife, as there were only 2-3 pieces of each and no teaspoons. But it''s something you can ask the host. The coffee maker was also broken. The bathroom has a not-so-fresh odour due to lack of ventilation, I think. Other than these, it was all great.
• Michelle (1/5): DISGUSTING AND UNSAFE, DO NOT STAY HERE - Everything was awful DISGUSTING AND UNSAFE. Do not stay here. Especially with children. Upon arrival I found a full trash an under the sink which made me suspicious the place hadn’t been cleaned, I confirmed that suspicion quite quickly. Here is the list of safety and cleanliness issues, along with missing basic necessities: Pubic hair and many other hairs on the floor in kitchen Mold all over shower walls & entire apartment smells of mildew & mold Smoke detector has plastic bag over it, huge safety issue Hole in the wall with exposed insulation & pipes, not safe for a child Full trash can from previous guests Kettle was disgusting and crusted with grime Cigarette butts outside on the ground & full ashtray Spiderwebs $ dead spiders on the walls Oven & sink were grossly dirty Dirty pan and baking tray (food crusted on them) Dirty dishes in dishwasher No pot lids, hand soap, hand towels, paper towels or trash bags Only 2 shower towels for 2 people for 5 days No cushions on the couch or chair outside No light in shower so you shower in the dark The parking in the back is unsafe because there are screws and nails around, I came out in the morning to a flat tire from driving over a screw. On top of that some kind of alarm went off twice in the middle of the night waking and scaring my infant. And the most frustrating part is the owner refused to respond to me, I reached out to booking to help and the owner would not respond to them either for hours and when she finally did she refused a solution. I was traveling alone w/ my infant son and forced to stay the night because we couldn’t find another place on such short notice, in the morning (after dealing with my flat tire) we left and found somewhere new to stay and she is refusing to refund us at all.
• Oliveri (6/5): Decent solution outside of the center of Salzburg. - Good location with filobus nearby. The kitchen tools were good. Great free parking slot. The entrance outside is messy. Two nice spiders inside the house.
• Perić (1/5): Terrible experience - Salzburg is beautifull city. After our walk in the city we came back in the apartment and found apartment doors wide open. Nothing was missing fortunately. Someone entered in and did not informed us about it. We did report the incident but no clear answer was provided. We decided to leave one day before since my wife and kids didnt felt safe. We informed the property manager. They refunded 1/3 of the last day, and we did not stay there the last day. They said that is 1/3 because of the cleaning fee. Unbelivable. Not to mention the conditions of the apartment where sink was leaking,dirty dishes, building entrance deserves whole sepparate review. We had to leave earlier,therefore we booked other accomodation which ended up in moreoney spent, but at least we have had a proper vacation. We will rate all categories with lowest grade since the owners/managers handled the whole situation badly and showed arrogance.
• Cezary (5/5): Passable - Spacious apartment, comfortable beds. Next to the 24/7 busy street, can't open windows due to the constant noise. Strong unpleasant smell in a bathroom. Also some old-house scent in the room. Equipment very weared out, lack of spoons etc.

• Jugoslav (7/5): Little Improvements needed - The apartment is located about 2 km from the city center, which means that you can go on a tour on foot, and the bus stop is about 50 meters from the apartment. You can park for free in the yard, which is an advantage for those who come by car. There is also a store nearby. Handing over the keys was quick and efficient. The apartment is spacious and bright with interesting details. We were also satisfied with the internet connection. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom so there is no privacy and is separated from the room by a sliding door. The shower stall is missing a door or curtain to prevent the floor from flooding when showering. There is no TV in the apartment, and we were also missing little things like a coffee machine, tea cups, etc. When we arrived we didn't have enough towels and bed linen for a family of four, but the problem was quickly solved by the kindness of the host.
• Allison (8/5): Very good - The property is a quirky converted farmhouse with some old charm. The beds were comfy and it met our basic needs. It is on a very busy street on one side, so it should be noted that you will hear quite a bit of traffic noise. While there is ample room in the bedrooms, the layout doesn’t lend to much common space, meaning there is no living room or comfy hangout spot. There is a small kitchen with a kitchen table to sit around, with wooden chairs. The kitchen is completely lacking of any useful utensils if you planned to actually cook (no sharp knives, minimal pots or pans, no corkscrew, can opener, scissors, etc.) The bathrooms were also lacking basic amenities like a mirror over the sink, any cabinets- the apartment was just very minimally outfitted in general. For the price, I would expect a few more conveniences and amenities. There was also a safety concern that quite alarmed some of my family members and should be mentioned. The main door of the house, of which is the only entry and exit point, is always locked and may only be opened with a key from both the inside and out. As this apartment is on the 3rd floor with no fire escape, should a fire break out and you forgot to bring the key with you to unlock the front door, you would be trapped.
• Jessica (5/5): Wet toilet - easy check in process, straightforward instruction The toilet design is not great, water keeps coming out of the shower flooding the wash basin area every time someone takes a shower. The first floor of the building is a little creepy with old family pictures
