- Leticia (9/5): - The service has improved significantly, which clearly reflects a great investment in staff training and well-being. While the gym facilities still need some upgrades to match the rest of the experience, the hotel truly feels like my home in Harare. It is consistently my top choice for a comfortable and welcoming stay. The gym
The gym. The hotel hosts many sports teams and athletes and needs to have an adequate fitness center.
- Colin (7/5): Very enjoyable - Great staff and very good location Rooms were comfortable but in need of a makeover.
Shuttle collection at the airport was a little hectic on the road outside arrivals, so might be best if a safe and legal spot off the road could be found for pick up, even if it involves a short walk.

- Melanie (8/5): Very happy with the stay as the staff were lovely and friendly and the gardens were lovely. - Lovely little garden hotel, very nice staff, very personal feeling service. Bedrooms were a bit dated, corridors were a bit dark.
- Jo (4/5): Go somewhere else. - Gardens Rooms needed to be refurbished
Lots of bathroom problems/ plumbing etc
Mold & limescale in shower
Food TERRIBLE
DECKING around pool dangerous & needs replacing.
Very slow with drinks

- Jagat Jit (4/5): Pretty greedy policies or behaviour of hotel management which leads to their staff being rude - Once the Duty Manager realised I had been misled by booking.com , thinking my rate had breakfast, he was kind to overlook one breakfast day from charging and only charged me for two lite breakfasts on the other two days, a saving of 67% on their normal charges.
Taku their front desk person on 2nd Apr evening was so friendly to say that I should pay balance bills only at time of checkout, even though I dropped in to pay slightly ahead . Before Taku for two days I had very rude restuarant staff and front duty receptionists calling me/telling me that I should pay each bill of dinner, breakfast or I should keep a deposit. If there was such a rule, they could have let me know upfront, before I came or on arrival. It is rude to shock customers later when all hospitality all over the world trusts you to pay your bills, esp after I have paid a huge sum of $ 360 for three nites in advance.
And this sum of $ 360 was also wrongly debited to me by Cresta Lodge, even though their policy shared with me for my booking.com reservation was only a one room nite debit before I landed up. Yet, strangely they chose to debit me for all 3 nites 48 hours before I reached them

- Rumbidzai (9/5): Superb - Location
- Adhiambo (6/5): - The location is strategic The staff at the restaurant needed to be pushed except for one gentleman who made me tea.
The lady who is expectant probably a bit tired could not be sent as I needed brewed tea
Worst experience was thst the option for food is so limited. Please work on that it was a turn off,
- susan (5/5): Very disappointed in the restaurant food, cold, meals didn’t come out together and of poor quality. - The breakfast was ok staff were good but very slow in every aspect x some days you got buffet some days cooked to order which took at least half hour. Bathroom needs updating , moved rooms 3 time, shower leaked making bathroom floor slippery maintenance came 6 times just put mastic in but we gave up in the end as they couldn’t fix it . sink tap not secure fixed that eventually. Toilet leaking maintenance said they had fixed it 4 times but still leaked. Staff tried their best but the hotel needs to be completely refurbished. When you paid cash for anything never had any change the staff would then say do you want it if you said yes they didn’t like it and I’m not talking about coins sometimes up to 4 dollars which adds up to lot over a 10 day stay. We were a party of 9 over 6 rooms everyone had a problem with the bathroom in some way and in the delux rooms very little wardrobe space.

- Zenab (9/5): I had a wonderful time at this beautiful and clean lodge! - The food was great, staff members were very welcoming and professional, the location was amazing, and I felt really safe. I had a really good time there. Perhaps the only constructive feedback is to ensure that the Wi-Fi always works very well in the rooms.
- PULCHERIA (9/5): The breakfast was exceptional and enjoyed in a peaceful, serene setting. - A superb breakfast experience complemented by the tranquility of its secluded surroundings. None
- Ngozi (8/5): Absolutely Great. - I like the fact some staff were very professional in the sense of their communication skills. Overall, a good environment to relax.
The cleaners were very helpful and thorough.
Overall experience - excellent. It's not about my dislikes but more of my observation and helpful suggestive improvement. I've addressed my overall observation during my fourteen days stay.

- Adriaan (8/5): Great place and friendly staff. Just jack up information on what the Hotel has to offer. - Great Location. Very friendly staff. Very good facilities. There was no Hotel information in the rooms for example the In Room Dining Menu. General Hotel information like TV Channels and other services provided by the Hotel , Bar times, what can be ordered from the bar etc.
- George (8/5): Great stay , great staff and good value for money - Proximity to the city Centre and along the highway . Supportive staff Would prefer standalone shower from bath tub
- Debbie (10/5): Everything is just perfect!! Thank you 🤗 - The best!! Nothing
- Keone (9/5): Our stay was pleasant. We liked the greenery around the hotel. - Great breakfast At times the staff service was a bit slow in the dining room.
The second stay on New Year’s Eve was a bit disappointing to find that there were no planned new year activities in the hotel.

- Smiley Loe (7/5): - Bed was comfortable and AC worked perfectly The room wasn't ready an hour after check in,we were allocated another one but it wasn't really clean, dirty walls and not so clean shower
- Trish (4/5): -
- Machekano (10/5): - Generally the service was excellent, warm welcome and delicious food. Cremora powdered milk in rooms, use better milk products.
Also the fact that no one told us that we should book tables for lunch and dinner on the 25th i was so embarrased at dinner failling to secure a table, had to wait for almost an hour to get one.
- Victoria (9/5): -
- Ntu2ko M (7/5): N Mhlanga review - The place is well located outside of the city noise. Very clean and their beds and pillows are very comfortable. Green grass and trees around the area gives you a good holiday feeling. At the reception we were told that if you pay for buffet, non alcoholic drinks are free but when we get there after paying the waiter tells us that we are billed for drinks. That was poor customer service. Secondly the food doesn't not meet the standard for USD30 per person.
- Stephen (1/5): -
- Machaka (10/5): Good customer care - Good services Friendly stuff
- Chantel (8/5): Wonderful - The peacefulness Ask for I.d in email because some of us do not move with it
- Lloyd (8/5): -

- Baron Pfidze (10/5): Back again at my honeymoon hideout-1998-10-03 - The hospitality Nothing
- Leticia (9/5): Wonderful stay with great breakfast, but weak gym! - The rooms are wonderful, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, with healthy options such as fresh fruit, chickpeas, couscous and quinoa, which I really appreciated. The staff is friendly and attentive. The only area that needs significant improvement is the gym, especially considering that the hotel hosts athletes. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Gym
