• Yamila (7/5): - La ubicación está bien y está muy bien equipado en cuanto a la cocina. El acceso a la habitación, son unas escaleras de caracol muy empinadas, para subir las maletas fue una odisea.

El apartamento es acogedor, cómodo y adecuado para descansar y desconectar unos días. La ubicación permite disfrutar del entorno con calma y moverse con facilidad por Xàtiva. Una estancia agradable y serena.
• FRANCESC XAVIER (8/5): - La situació de l'apartament. A prop del centre i del castell, per poder anar a peu a tot arreu. A la informació diu que té una plaça d'aparcament com a extra inclòs. Però quan varem ser allà ens va dir que no tenía parking.

• Inara (10/5): Todo bien, pero ojo con la escalera de caracol. - Poder calentar el agua para mi té y que el agua de grifo fue buena. La cama estaba cómoda y la luz de noche cálida i agradable. El cuarto del baño estaba limpio, el agua caliente y había jabón y un secador. La escalera de caracol es un poco peligrosa a sus dos extremos: abajo porque no tiene la barandilla hasta el final y uno ha de ir con mucho cuidado, sobre todo si baja con una maleta. Arriba, porque a no conocer la casa si vas por la noche al lavabo, dormido y desorientado, y tambaleas (o eres una persona mayor o un niño, o has bebido en la cena), puedes caer por el hueco de la escalera que está justo entre el dormitorio y el lavabo.

• Dian (6/5): Would recommend this place to others - The property itself is in a good location and has private parking , nicely laid out and pleasant place to stay We had an issue with some cleanliness in the kitchen but the host was very helpful and said it would be resolved after our stay . It wouldn’t stop us staying there again if the issues were resolved .

• Joan (8/5): We enjoyed the quiet peaceful location & beautiful castle view. - The castle view was beautiful & the quiet square interesting to see local daily life. Better warning about the hilly location & number of stairs at the property. At 83 both were a struggle for me. Not suitable for anyone elderly or with mobility problems. The coffee machine was broken, & the microwave had a dangerous crack in the door. Both need replacing.

• Cristian (8/5): A hidden gem right across the castle!! - The view from a flat were top-notch , let alone the house which is a special gem right in the middle of the town. There wasn’t neither enough toilet paper nor practicality whenever it came to using the soap dispensers. The spiral stairs are damn cool at first then it became a bit of a pain, lol.

• Tania (8/5): Great location and spacious flat that needs a little TLC - The location is perfect - easy to get to the centre of the Old Town and the castle. The layout was also excellent - lots of space (though the spiral staircase might not be suitable if you are less mobile). It really needs some repair in some areas. The bed frame is broken and small movements cause it to bang loudly. As a previous reviewer said there are no plugs either for the Bath or the kitchen sink. The sofa in the lounge is very uncomfortable to sit on. The kitchen is not that well-equipped. Cooking in was tricky. There are no vegetable knives or sharp knives - even cutting bread was a safety issue! There is no chopping board. The soap dispensers were neatly all empty. Very little toilet paper was left. These things are a shame as it would have made the stay perfect! The owner states they reply in 10 minutes but we received no reply to our query about leaving our luggage on the day of departure.

• Christopher (9/5): Good value. - The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had all the basics necessary for an easy stay. The apartment is well located in the old town, making it easy to walk and explore the surrounding area. The provided parking is only accessible for small cars or motorbikes.

• Ragged (8/5): Good kitchen facilities and pleasant view - Split level apartment with bedroom up two flights of stairs. Good kitchen facilities and pleasant view over the square and castle. Complimentary coffee Garage too small to be practical but found car park 400m way. Impersonal check-in, and the neighbours decided to have a party until 1:00 am. Fridge door would not shut as freezer needed de-frosting
