• Bastian (8/5): - We did arrive late to go by ship next day like most of the people. They place a number you can call/write and minutes later you are checked in. You can walk to the harbor next street. There is a really good restaurant (Warung) next door. Also an awesome bar (omang omang) we had awesome live music very close by. For the price all good. I did not expect luxus.

• Alexander (6/5): Okay for one night - For one night it's fine. Staff a little pushy to book boat ticket with a company they recommend and not so welcoming. No soap in the bathroom, rooms a bit dark and old. They did not have change for cash payment and charge a percentage for card payment.
• Adele (5/5): OK for 1 night - Great location near the port and close to good restaurants. The bed was comfortable, room was a good size, and WiFi very good. Staff very friendly. Free welcome drink on arrival, free basic breakfast included. Very early check in was possible for us. The room was very dirty and in need of attention - the bed seemed to be clean, but there was stains all over the walls, mirrors not cleaned, toothpaste stains around the sink area, the bathroom did not feel clean at all. It makes you wonder what else is being neglected :( No ventilation in the bathroom so it stayed very wet and mouldy. No kettle as pictured. The shower is dangerous! The hot comes out scalding hot, and you have to fiddle with the cold and hot for about 5 minutes to get a passable temperature. The electric in the whole building kept tripping, it went off on at least 5 times in one day. The AC isn't very strong, it does the job but we were still pretty warm in the night.

• Shay (8/5): Perfect location. - The location to get the ferry was perfect. In my room there was a door that was hidden behind a big wardrobe and it was unlocked. I couldn't fully open the door because the wardrobe was in the way but if I really wanted to I could. Also the minute I got there, the very second I was almost pressured in to buying ferry tickets even though I had already got mine. Was a bit too much. Internet kept cutting out also. I wouldn't of stayed more than the 1 night I booked.

• John (10/5): My second stay and not my last. - A really nice family run Guest House in the center of Padangbai close to everything you need including the Ferries and Fast boats and only a 20 min walk to the beautiful Bias Tugel Beach. Harmony Guest House is Ideal for short and medium stays with basic comfortable rooms and facilities. The top floor deluxe rooms have extra space and nice views with open balcony. This is my second stay here and it was nice to see the basic bathrooms had been improved. My 10 rating is based on their current 2-star rating so for the price you are receiving excellent value including a delicious breakfast. So don't expect 5-Stars for the price of 2. Gede, Annie and staff run a nice place with very good Value, Location and Friendly service.

• Iris (7/5): - I stayed at Harmony Guest House for one night before taking the boat to Gili Air. The staff were very nice and helpful, which made my short stay pleasant. It was a convenient and basic place to stay for a quick stopover.

Ani is amazing, she organised my boat over to Gili T for me and gave me all the information I needed - also organised my taxi back to go to Ubud as there’s no grabs in the area and taxis at the port are super expensive. Location is perfect if you’re staying over before heading over to one of the islands - right next to the port, a couple minute walk from beach front with lots of shops and restaurants. Room was comfortable and quiet, and breakfast was brought to my room in the morning before I was escorted to the dock by hotel staff. 100% recommend ❤️
• Katie (10/5): A perfect home from home right next to the harbour - Perfect location if you are transitioning through Padang Bai. It's a few minutes walk from the harbour. The room was great, basic but has everything you need including good water pressure and lots of hot. My room had a lovely private terrace with a sea view. Anie and her beautiful family made me so welcome 🙏🏼 They helped me book a fast boat ferry, brought breakfast to my terrace and we had a nice morning chatting together with her cute kids playing. A proper home from home and just what I needed after travelling for 3 days from the UK. Thank you my sister, sampai jumpa lagi ❤️🙏🏼

Loved the layout, with the large shared outside balcony for breakfast and open air sitting. They are willing to help you with whatever you need, you just have to ask.

Le trafic pour arriver à l'hôtel en taxi si on arrive au moment d'un départ ou d'une arrivée de bateau.

Breakfast was very simple but so delicious. It is super close to the port, 2 minutes walk, which makes it perfect spot if you are catching a boat to the islands. Overall it felt really comfortable and I would definitely stay here again!

Anie prepared tasty breakfasts and was always willing to help with anything I couldn’t handle myself. The room was very clean and spacious, with everything I needed, including a perfectly working air conditioner. At the end, she helped me get a taxi to Kuta Bali at a better price than Grab. If I return to this area, I will definitely stay here again.

• Constanza (1/5): Si quieres evitar una mala experiencia y perdida de dinero, no te quedes aqui. - Hice el booking por 6 noches y solo estuve una, el lugar sin lugar a duda no cumplio mis expectativas. Al conversar con el stafff solo tuve el reembolso de 500 rupias, ademas de un momento desagradable. El entorno estaba sucio, no hay alguien en recepcion si necesitas ayuda tienes que esperar al menos unos 20 min, habia una rata en el basurero de la terraza, las sabanas tenian una mancha y el bano en malas condiciones.

• Aleisha (10/5): Great for 1 night to get the boat to gili. 2 min walk to pier and they sort EVERYTHING out needed to travel to Gili 👍👍👍 - 2 minuet walk to the pier. The staff were so helpful and got us the tickets to gili and paid the tax and got the tickets for us. (We reimbursed them for the tickets and tax). They escorted us to the harbour, we scanned the tax tickets and was straight on the boat. They literally do everything for you. Its stress free and cheaper than buying your tickets at the pier. We booked a sea view apartment and one of the other ones and the sea view was definitely nicer. Much more brighter and more outside space. Perfect place if you want to put your head down for 1 night and get up early to get the boat to gili Breakfast was either pancakes, toast, eggs or omelette. Came with fruit and a drink (coffee, hot chocolate, tea etc)

• Guest (8/5): Perfetta soluzione se si è da/per le Gili in rapporto alla qualità/prezzo. - il personale è eccezionale e assolutamente disponbile a supportatri in tutto, non solo nella struttura ma in quanto necessario per i traghetti per le Gili, ristorante, cambio valuta.. La struttura è in posizione perfetta. Molto spartana ma la parte esterna era in ristrutturazione Alcune stanze hanno bisogno di ristrutturazione e la colazione potrebbe essere più varia ma il personale è eccezzionale

El encargado muy atento cuando nos recibio, nos ofrecio un transfer para recogernos en el aeropuerto para ir al hotel muy bien de precio. El desayuno bien.

Húmedad por todo los lados, mal olor, se escuchaba TODO de la calle. Desayuno SUPER pobre. Ni por el precio que tiene merece venir aquí

Très bruyante, la climatisation ne compense pas la chaleur de la laverie qui jouxte la salle de bain. La gérante nous a presque forcé la main pour la réservation du speedboat pour nusa penida et nous a fait payer un bel extra en cash dessus ( justifier par la prise en charge au pied de l'hôtel)
