- Laura (3/5): Not as expected and a poor host experience. - The property was changed at the last moment due to an issue with the original property. This was upsetting because it caused us to be a 20min drive from our friends who we planned to be next door to. The host was not apologetic in any way. The replacement property while nice smelled like mold, offered no hair dryer, had no instructions for wifi, had only 2 pillows on the bed, had some older linens, no wash cloths and not great furnishings. The original property looked to have lovely furnishings. When I contacted the host about a hairdryer her answer was very vague and did not indicate that the was interested in helping to provide one. When I voiced my concern about the last second change in property she also said with zero apology that this was the only option. We should receive money back for our poor experience.

- John (10/5): Great apartment!! - Joanne went out of her way to accommodate our late check-in, apartment was very clean and luxury. Joanne also found my lost wallet and is willing to send to the UK. Great host. building works are ongoing in the area, however, this didn't affect our stay as was out all day and they weren't noisy either.
