• Christine (6/5): Was a great pre winter get away . - Everywhere very clean and modern looking , kitchen well stocked equipment wise including large fridge freezer. Lounge area comfortable with air con. Pool was immaculately cleaned every day. Plenty wardrobe/ drawer space. Two modern bathrooms either great water pressure in showers . Bedrooms were very hot; although fans were provided, air con unit would be better. The building block was shabby and didn’t really feel like a holiday place.

• Kevin (1/5): Se amate gli scarafaggi sto appartamento fa per voi. - La casa è molto bella ma purtroppo non ho potuto godermela per via degli scarafaggi e la poca pulizia Scarafaggi enormi ovunque eravamo invasi non puoi dormire tranquillo che ti ritrovi scarafaggi nel letto nei muri la cucina piena di scarafaggi non abbiamo mai comprato cibo per via degli scarafaggi e quando abbiamo informato il proprietario ci ha detto fosse normale.

Owner was lovely and very helpful - The property was beautiful and the owner was great and very helpful we would stay here again The property has no lift and is on a higher floor so you need to be good with stairs .. if you struggle to walk or struggle with stairs this isn’t the property for you

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, property was spotless and very good looked after. Couldn’t fault the property at all, service was perfect Sun beds were very poor broken and not many of them but this is a minor fault, the beach is only a 5 min walk with plenty of beds
• Emma (9/5): Las vinas apartment - The town location was great easy to get to all amenities shops, beach, restaurants everything you need.for a relaxing holiday The pool was good for cooling down set in well kept gardens felt safe and private in local gated community. The apartment was spacious had good facilities clean beautifully presented we even took advantage of using the boogie boards found in the utility room and caught some waves! Nothing just having to go home!

• Amy (8/5): The apratment was clean and tidy . Ideal location , but pricey compared to others , we would not stay again however we d - Clean and bright , fresh looking. Lots of extras available, beach towels , body boards etc The shutters , make sure you close at night as the slightest bit on wind makes it’s so noisy. Only one pillow on the beds , could have been more comfortable with two . Pool attendant very rude , children unable to play openly on the pool , no games , inflatables or any made up competition’s that can draw attention ( this is actually on the rule board)

Just bear in mind when booking the complex is a mixture of residential and hoilday let's. Not enough sun loungers. Air conditioning would have been a bonus, but I knew that when booking. It didn't help that there was an African storm when we were there!

• Arlene (8/5): Fantastic apartment and good location - The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We enjoyed the balcony area and the pool. Apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Only downside was there is no air conditioning which was ok in May but I would struggle with the heat in the height of summer. Amazing cocktail bar across the road called Yolo which is well with a visit (or two). Overall had a fantastic stay.

• Richard (9/5): Home from home - Nice clean comfortable apartment close to all playa americas can offer but away from the crowds. Onsite pool that the kids loved was well maintained and clean. Shop a 2 min walk away with good selection of produce. Nice to have a washing machine in the flat with plenty of areas to dry clothing. Only thing I would mention is when removing plugs out of the sockets is that some are loose and come away out of the wall. However there are extension sockets available so this is what we used.
