- Neha (1/5): - Dear Management, I write this email in my capacity as an Advocate and as the concerned guest to formally object to your booking confirmation and subsequent demand for a penalty. On the date in question, I personally visited your hotel with my two minor twin children. Your hotel manager explicitly informed me that no rooms were available. Relying on this direct statement from your authorized representative, I had no option but to leave the premises with my children and arrange alternatives. Despite this clear refusal of accommodation from your side, a booking was later shown as “confirmed.” This is procedurally defective and legally untenable. A booking cannot be enforced where: The hotel confirmed non-availability in person No room was provided No service was rendered The guest departed based on management’s statement Any demand for penalty under these circumstances amounts to deficiency in service, misrepresentation, and unfair trade practice under prevailing consumer protection principles. I therefore demand the following without delay: Immediate cancellation of the said booking Written confirmation that no penalty or charges will be imposed Closure of this matter amicably to avoid further legal escalation Failure to resolve this issue promptly will compel me to pursue appropriate remedies before the competent consumer and legal forums, entirely at your risk as to costs and consequences. - Bisem (5/5): - The privacy The room and amenities left a lot to desire. The building is old and the facilities show their age. It's good for a short stay or if you're in need of some privacy. However, would not suggest this is as a primary location for anyone.
