The rooms was so small for two people that you couldn’t move or unpack your bags. The furniture has not been maintained where if you sit on a chair it falls apart

• Admire (1/5): i'm definitely not coming back - the only thing good was the location...its closer to Galeria Mall. the room upstairs has a sea/ocean view but it was so hard to sit outside on the balcony because the chairs are not vanished or clean and i didnt trust the balcony as its made from wood. the place is old and not properly cleaned. we woke up in the morning and there was a big spider (huntsman spider). there is just a lot of old things. outside the room there is a an old microwave that's not clean. the cutlery has plastic handles that look like they come from a lucky packet. the mini fridge only freezes food, even the bottom level of the fridge. the carpets dont look clean. the shower and hand soap are bought in large bottles from pick and pay brand. there is no finesse. the comforter looks new at least, maybe from pep or street sheet (its very light). the shower tiles are dirty. we were not comfortable. even to go and sit down at the outside deck. the pool has yellow color on the wall. the owners need to do better. paint and clean. i don't mind staying in a place with cheap things but the most basic is the thoroughly clean and tidy things around the property. i paid R1700 for 2 nights. i think could have done a lot better for that amount of money.

Well at Bayview Guest House it was firstly the hosts Zelda n Allan who were a genuinely amazing couple that took care of our requests n spent time with us as well. The serenity was awesome. Lots of privacy. Will most definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway. Everything was up to standard.

Upstairs there's was a room for me of which I have to take a wooden steps of which was too much for me as I mentioned that I have a operation..and I don't think that Zelda is a good person she's a good pretender .
