• Sabuj (10/5): - It was a lovely house that suited our family of three perfectly. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet very conveniently close to the airport. A Lidl and other essential shops are nearby, and there are a few restaurants within a short walking distance. The housing complex itself is very clean and well maintained, with plenty of decorative plants that make it a pleasant place to walk around. We especially enjoyed spending time on the patio, which offers a beautiful sea view—I even worked from there for a couple of days. The hosts were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen is also well equipped with all the necessary utensils. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

• Julia (10/5): Süße Casa mit guter Ausstattung in einer hübschen Anlage - Sehr netter Empfang von den Eigentümern. Claudia und Fabrizio sind zwei sehr herzliche Menschen. Wir durften schon früher einchecken. Alles war sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Außer Wasser waren sogar zwei Dosen Bier im Kühlschrank. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, toll sind z.B. auch die vielen Aufbewahrungsdosen. Pflegeprodukte sind ausreichend vorhanden. Auch Gewürze, Essig, Öl usw. Gutes WLAN. Die Casa liegt den ganzen Tag sehr sonnig, hat Meer- und Poolblick. Schöne, gepflegte Anlage, schöne Poollandschaft. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Am Tag überfliegen die landenden Flugzeuge die Anlage, wir fanden das aber nicht störend. Gut sind auch die vielen Parkplätze direkt vor der Anlage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl und Mercadona) sind nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die grelle Beleuchtung im Wohnraum und Bad hat uns nicht gefallen, das fanden wir ungemütlich. Zumindest die Stehleuchte könnte mit einer Warmlichtglühbirne versehen werden. Das haben wir den Vermietern an unserem Abreisetag aber bereits mitgeteilt.

Il complesso è uno dei più belli dei dintorni, pulizia da 10 e lode, elettrodomestici moderni e funzionali, arredato con gusto e funzionalità, ci sono le cose essenziali e, meraviglia delle meraviglie, anche più di ciò che ti aspetti (asciugamani morbidi e profumati, cestini di vimini, sapone, bagnoschiuma, condimenti e caffè in cucina. Davvero eccezionale, ci fossero più stelle ne darei di più. Unico neo (perchè c'è): ti trovi talmente a tuo agio che la consideri casa tua e non vorresti più andartene!

• Irina (10/5): - Nos ha encantado. La casita es muy acogedora y estaba muy limpia y tenía todo lo necesario. Una urbanización preciosa. Muy tranquila. Está a 5 minutos con coche de playa de Castillo ( Caleta. De Fuste). Anfitriones muy amables.
• Silvia (9/5): - La ubicación es estupenda, es como un pequeño bungalow dentro de una zona residencial muy tranquila y con una bonita piscina. Está muy bien equipado, la cocina es cómoda, el baño nuevo y dispone de mosquiteras y ventilador. En la pequeña terraza se está de maravilla. La primera noche mis sábanas no estaban limpias, pero tenían ropa de cama extra así que las cambié. Las almohadas no estaban mal, pero podrían ser mejores.

Blisko do sklepów Lidl, Mercadona, wszystko w zasięgu ręki. Bardzo jesteśmy wdzięczni za możliwość wcześniejszego zakwaterowania o 4 godziny.

• Karel (10/5): Exceptional - Claudia and Fabrizio were amazing hosts. Perfect communication, everything was spot on. Nice location, very well equipped apartment. Even though we locked ourselves out one time (always put your keys in the outside lock!) Fabrizio came in 20 minutes and helped us. Also, for the whole time we had a friendly black cat visiting us daily :). I recommend this appartement 10 out of 10. Beds were a bit squeaky, but you'll get used to it.

• Tracey (10/5): Great facilities within the property & complex - It had everything you needed for a self catering property & bars & restaurants a short walk if you didn’t want to self cater. The beds were a little soft for my liking & also warm due to the mattress protectors which were on them BUT for a rental they are needed.

• Steven (10/5): Exceptional - Fabrizio and Claudia are a lovely warm and friendly couple who made sure we had settled in and checked all was well during our stay. The apartment is in a nice safe complex full of friendly people who will always greet you with a smile. The pool area is large with plenty of loungers and was pretty quiet during our stay. Taxis into the main town of Calletta de fuste are under 5 euro where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. I would recommend Ascension for a special occasion. There are also some within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Crazy Goat bar has live music most nights and Stoners Karaoke for those wanting to participate. The local restaurant Tasty Corner was very good and also offers Chinese food as the owner is Chinese. There is also a good Indian restaurant a few doors down from there. Nothing really...pool temperature was a little bracing but the weather had been cool before we arrived.

• Joanna (9/5): Perfect! - A very pleasant bungalow. Clean, very well equipped, everything looked new. Walking distance to Caleta de Fuste and shops. 10 minutes from the airport. Swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds on site - also very well maintained. We also had a lovely cat visiting daily, which was a nice bonus. We were impressed with the hospitality we received from the owners - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you and hopefully we will come back one day! None - all was good 👍

Great hosts, perfect trip! 5 star - It was modern and perfectly located opposite the swimming pool, the hosts were amazing and communicated with me constantly which was what I needed. Casa Gioeli is literally a home from home and I would stay again and 100% recommend it to others. Nothing!

The kitchen has a lot of utensils,pans cups, kettle etc.which is good but it didn’t hav - Location Have to be careful closing the front door on the way out. I trapped my finger and was bleeding quite a bit. The issue is if you hold the door knob completely to close the door your finger or fingers get trapped.
• Johnnymahon (10/5): Superb location - The apartment was nice and clean with new modern kitchen facilities and a nice shower room. The apartment appears to be recently refurbished. Cocosol is a lovely, quiet setting with a fantastic pool. It was nice to sit in the patio in the evening and just look at the pool. The pool area has plenty if umbrellas and loungers, so there no need to get up and put towellsnon sunbeds. I had a great stay here. It would have been nice if the apartment had air conditioning as it does get very warm during the day and at night. The fan only moves the hot air around. A dish rack to put washed dishes on, cereal bowls to eat from, and a toaster would be nice. Also the clothes rack to dry clothes is on the side of the apartment but would be better if it was situated on the patio.
