- Itxaso (9/5): - La habitación era muy cómoda, tenía una cocinita enfrente,para cenar o desayunar,con nevera,tostador etc. Las habitaciones tienen,hervidor y nevera. La cama,grande y cómoda. Un balcón con dos sillas. Todo va con claves,chek in,etc, pero con watshap continuos,ofreciéndote ayuda e información. Tiene buena ubicación, pero la calle es secundaria,y como todas las secundarias de Palermo, está sucia.Pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento.

- Quentin (6/5): Suffisant pour une nuit à Palerme - Bon emplacement du logement dans la ville, salle de bain assez jolie. Arrivée autonome et gérant efficace par WhatsApp. Le matelas est dur et creusé au centre, le lit est en fer (il grince et n'est pas stable). Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, on entend les portes qui claquent et les gens qui rentrent dans le logement (il y a aussi beaucoup de bruits de travaux à l'extérieur). Il n'y a pas vraiment d'emplacement pour se garer dans la ruelle ou les rues avoisinantes (très étroit et tjrs plein, il y a un parking payant à 10min a pied.

- Michaela (8/5): Für ein paar Tage in Palermo ist diese Unterkunft sehr gut. - Zimmer war sauber, check-in unkomplziert, Gastgeberin war freundlich und nett. Wlan war sehr schlecht. Wlan-Empfang nur bei der Eingangstüre des Zimmers vorhanden. Dadurch funktionierte auch kein Netflix oder Youtube.

- Federica (10/5): Bel soggiorno - Struttura accogliente, camera con balcone, spaziosa abbastanza per due persone e soprattutto pulita, ps. bagno arredato benissimo ci è piaciuto tanto lo stile. L’unica pecca è fuori la struttura, trovare parcheggio non sempre è stato facile, da quanto ci è sembrato di vedere il quartiere non è dei migliori, ma ci stanno varie telecamere nei pressi della struttura e questo ci ha rassicurati soprattutto per la macchina.

Limpieza ante todo, ubicación ( a menos de 300 mtrs tienes el Duomo) barrio tranquilo, comodidad de las camas, moderno, calidad precio muy buena, te dan botella de agua de cortesía y bien trato de personal. Se puede aparcar gratis en la calle perfectamente. Por decir algo como en todos, no me parece bien abandonar un alojamiento a las 10 de la mañana cuando el Chek in te exigen hacerlo a las 15:00. En nuestro caso hicieron todo lo posible por poder entrar antes y a la 13:00 ya estaba disponible. Pero deberían cambiar la hora de salida mínimo a las 11 al menos en todos los alojamientos.

- crisp (8/5): - The location was good only a 7 min walk to old town. Bathroom was good. I didn’t read the description properly so was surprised that it was just a room and bathroom and we to had a shared kitchen. The room was extremely small for 3 adults. Although it was only a short walk to the old town it felt a little unsafe at night I was glad to be traveling with my husband and son.

I saw that some people were complaining about the neighborhood, but it's fine. When you walk out in the night, you may pass through the street of the flea market, which looks very shabby, but it really is not dangerous because behind the stalls of the market is the Carabinieri quarters. When we arrived, there was a lot of water in front of the small refrigerator, but this was because the refrigerator was not properly ordered and maybe didn't work for several days. The owner needs to put more hangers in the room and the bathroom. The girls need to clean the corners of the bathroom as well.

- Zoe (4/5): Not worth it - Price was reasonable. Definitely not luxury - it is a very strange concept of accommodation. You're staying in a residential block with a large apartment transformed into a few rooms. Elevator barely works and there is no one there to support, just someone on WhatsApp. Location is strange, not just because it is residential but because while you can walk to the main spots, it feels rundown and ruins the experience. If I had my time again, wouldn't have stayed there (however, was purely for 1 night).

- laila (8/5): Hôte très réactive et logement proche du centre - la chambre est propre et moderne exactement comme les photos la proprio est très réactive assez proche entre 10 à 15 min de la cathédrale le matelas pas très confortable et mériterait d'être amélioré l'emplacement de l'appart est dans une petite rue et le retour la nuit à la chambre n'était pas très agréable

Il materasso, che dovrebbe essere il fulcro di un B&B, di un Hotel, perché è l’unico motivo per andarci, per dormire, invece lo abbiamo trovato avvallato nel centro, ho dormito malissimo.

- Cristina (6/5): - Posizione ottima, centralissima. Si trova facilmente parcheggio per strada La stanza è buia, le finestre della stanza e del bagno danno in una specie di veranda interna all'appartamento, chiusa e buia. Asciugamani e lenzuola non davano l'idea di pulito.
- javiera (8/5): - The property is just like the photos, but the neighborhood is not that cool. But is a good location walking distance from the main sights. The administrator give me the check in instructions too late, and the taxi driver share his WiFi with us and we could entered safely. Also is difficult to find the property in the night and I would recommend to arrive with daylight. (And to ask for the instructions with a los of anticipation).

- Alessia (4/5): Scorretti - C’è stato un problema con il pagamento, nonostante avessi prenotato il pagamento direttamente in struttura, hanno deciso di addebitarmi il costo sulla carta 5 giorni prima dell’arrivo, ed anche aumentato. Non sono stati corretti. Non tornerò mai più. Strada pericolosa in quanto giravano strani soggetti in cerca di qualche macchina da rubare.

- Elisabeta (10/5): - It is a superb room, everything spotless and beautifully maintained and you have everything you need. There is a small kitchen next to the rooms that can be used as well. The location is very near about 5 min walk to Cathedral and Museum, also to Catacombs which is perfect. Just to keep in mind, there are no shops nearby, so plan ahead for any essentials. Streets in general are neglected, but that is a common issue in Permo. However the city itself and people is beautiful ❤️
