Even though I was expecting more of a hotel, I don’t have any complaints. The loft got cleaned and had direct contact with someone that could assist in case of any issue, of which we had none.

La location è perfetta per visitare la città. Loft spazioso con un cucinino comodo per fare colazione o aperitivo in camera. Buona la scelta degli arredi. Isaac molto presente alle richieste. Da migliorare la coordinazione per la pulizia giornaliera delle camere. Fuori dal balconcino abbiamo trovato una bottiglia vuota con delle sigarette, segno che qualcuno usciva li a fumare e nessuno s en'è accorto. Sebbene l'aria condizionata non funzionasse, una delle due stanze da letto era fredda. La porta della doccia non si chiudeva.

- Ludmila Sh (6/5): Not a Boutique Hotel experience - The location is perfect and the staff (Isaak) is great, very friendly and welcoming. We loved the little touch: fresh croissants from the bakery delivered to the door every morning. It's an apart-hotel, the overall vibe was rather like you are in a holiday apartment, definitely not a Boutique Hotel experience. The biggest minus is the bathroom arrangement: a boiler, really? It's a big one so maybe if you are quick you won't notice the inconvenience, but it's very well possible to run out of hot water while still having a hair conditioner applied. The cleanliness was nothing impressive: there were old toothpaste stains on the wall next to the bathroom sink, most of the horizontal spaces apart from the obvious ones were very dusty. Design choices are... yeah. I know how "intentional" industrial loft design is supposed to look - it is not that. It gives "bought an apartment and ran out of money for renovation" rather. The lightning is simply awful, the window view is to the narrow (at least quiet) street so there is no natural light, artificial lightning in the room is definitely not enough. Everything is very very noisy. The conditioner rattles, whistles and hums, if you go to the shower before bed and use up hot water - the boiler does the same for a couple of hours. Sleeping is possible only with earplugs.

La suite è raffinata, spaziosa e curata in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è semplicemente fantastica, perfetta per vivere Vienna nel modo migliore. Although we arrived five hours before check-in, our room was already ready. When the staff heard that our return flight was in the evening, they immediately offered us a complimentary late check-out — without us even asking. Every morning we also found fresh croissants on our door, even though breakfast wasn’t included. These thoughtful gestures made our stay extra special. Highly recommended! Nothing. It was PERFECT!!

I bet its one of the best locations in Vienna If you are looking for a great location THIS IS THE SPOT ! staff were great (shout out to Isaak) he was a great host! - James (6/5): Great location; clean room; not good value, however - Location is what this place is all about. It's super central and perfect for walking around Vienna. The personal check-in staff were responsive, kind, and excellent all around. This is a set of rooms--like a pensione--not a hotel. It's hard to tell from the Booking.com site, but it's set in an old department store building (that's the Wolfensson in the name), so the only way to get to the rooms from the ground is through a private entrance and an incredibly old and slow elevator (some would say "charming," to be sure, but not me). The room is visually ghastly. The one we had was altogether grey, spartan, and even for a lover of modern furnishings and spaces like me, super depressing: grey concrete and limited lighting (seriously--they have some weird dimmers and auto lights that don't really work very well). There's nothing in that room to warm it up, and in late November it became just a place to crash and nothing more. To be fair, showers were very nice in water temp, pressure, and water softness, but the whole bathroom is essentially open to the rest of the room, with both shower and toilet behind glass, so there's little privacy. When you go to the combined toilet / shower area (no bath) it's more like entering a jail cell than a relaxing experience because you have to pull the (glass) door closed with force. It's loud and echoey. There's no basin / sink in the toilet area; rather, it's in the main room next to the beds, where it doubles, I suppose, as a kind of mini-kitchen? The fridge is elsewhere in the room (near the entrance) so the layout is all very haphazard and not, IMO, well-thought-out. The room is right next to one of the busiest streets in Vienna, and while it was really nice that we didn't hear street noise, the open / industrial water heater mounted above the beds gurgled loudly through the night, preventing sound sleep. Beds are comfy and clean, but at the price for this place, I expect a *lot* more than just that, even at this location.

- Fajer (9/5): - The location is excellent! Close to Izaak was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to all our requests. The loft is spacious, clean, and the bed is very comfortable. We would suggest painting the walls to make the space feel cozier and warmer, as it currently feels a bit more like a store than a hotel. The kitchen island is quite large and located in the middle of the room, taking up a lot of space, and there are more cooking utensils than needed for the size of the loft.

We were also given amazing recommendations for stuff to do in the city. The hotel is in the ideal location and very comfortable!
