Guest Reviews
- Morven (10/5): Perfect getaway. - It was perfect for one person or a couple, just wanting a haven away from all the stress. I even asked about whether it was free again the next weekend cos it was so good! I went to work and it was so easy to concentrate. The place was clean, well equipped, really comfortable bed and good shower ... I loved it! And literally right across from the beach! To be honest, loved everything.

- Meg (8/5): - Very comfortable bed, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Good kitchen facilities. We were there for 48 hrs so did not use the washing machine or dishwasher. Good that toiletries and kitchen dish soap were provided. For people like my husband and I who are short, the seating with deep front to back measurements was not so easy to use, and the seats were too firm for me as I have sciatica.
Very restricted on street parking on a one way street, and the free parking behind the cottage is accessed by a very steep uphill path.
- ANDREW (8/5): Good location, close to the bus route and the village pub. -

- Sian (9/5): - Nothing

- Steven (10/5): Just perfect. We would love to return one day. Thank you - Perfect location in the centre of Lower Largo near the beach & corner shop, pub & hotel where we had an excellent dinner.
The property is quiet, beautiful & stylish. Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable bed, sitting room & well equipped kitchen. Generous & lovely bathroom products. Nothing to dislike!
- Annmarie (9/5): Superb -
- Joanne (9/5): Great place - Really comfortable bed , great kitchen, home from home , close to pub & restaurant and beach
- Judith (10/5): Comfortable, spotlessly clean accommodation with everything you will need. - Spotlessly clean, quirky & beautifully planned out. Large desk for work with good WiFi. Huge very comfortable bed. Lovely shower. Large fridge/freezer. Literally a home from home Smoke detector very sensitive - could just be hubby’s cooking though!

- Alison (10/5): Exceptional - A very comfortable ground floor flat. Great shower, comfy bed and everything we needed. So close to shops, lovely wee pub and hotel and cafes. Beach walks were great. Would definitely come back here.
- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marsalaidh (9/5): Just what we needed and hoped for. - Everything suited very well. Cottage well equipped and some unexpected cupboard extras. Proximity to beach a delightful bonus. We were lucky with parking near the door. Was unsure how to drive round to alternative parking behind property.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Really comfortable, great location for our golf and walking stay ..Village shop 150 yards away and a pub ,&restaurant 250 yards away ..we will be back if the property is available for our next visit
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbara (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (9/5): Cosey and comfortable - Lovely cosey cottage a stones throw from the sea front. Although an old cottage it had been refurbished to a modern and decent standard. Smart modern kitchen with all expected appliances and cooking accessories. Good central heating which we did require even though it was Summer. Also provided was an informative area guide and a selection of books and games. A general store is located 2 minutes walk away for grocery essentials. Local pub and hotel / restaurant 2 minutes walk away. Parking at the property is difficult, tight road and when any place become free they are soon snapped up. Good car park 5 minutes walk away to the back of the property, but quite a steep hill so not so good for elderly or infirm. Another large car park on the sea front about 10 minutes walk away. Lower Largo doesn't have a lot of cafe / bar / restaurants so serves as a good base for travelling wider but wouldn't want to be without a car.
- Alexandra (9/5): Comfort close to the beach - Really well kitted out and we loved having a tea pot, although a cafetière would have been useful too. Good location for visits and a lovely quiet apartment. Really recommend
- Elizabeth (10/5): Lovely, comfortable stay in a very homely apartment - Location was great. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. Lovely little touches like the window shutters and coat hooks in lounge. Would definitely recommend and return. Nothing
- Csl4 (8/5): Very good -
- Johan (10/5): Happy Anniversary to us 💓 - Such a beautiful cottage, very tastefully renovated the decor was lovely & it felt like a lovely home from home.. Everything we needed was thought of for the couple of days we stayed Absolutely nothing it was 100%.
- Elaine (7/5): Was lovely apart for the odour. - Location There was a odour in the flat, that spoiled our stay.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - The house has a wonderful location, and is very comfortable. It has been been stylishly modernised while losing none of its original character. Nothing, everyting was perfect
- James (9/5): just magic - superb location ,scrupulously clean, beautifully fitted out with character absolutely nothing
- Yang (9/5): We love Scotland, and this is a perfect place for our golfing holiday. Will be back! - Perfect location for us. We played several golf courses nearby and had great time there.
The apartment has everything we need. Microwave is handy when restaurant nearby was full.
Host has all important information ready for us in a folder on arrival.
A beautiful beach nearby, 2mins walking distance. Not a huge problem, but we were unlucky with car parking space outside of the house on the main street. This is because some road work on the top of the road, which blocked a few parking spaces. Car park up on the hill is very convenient, be aware of the steep hill, not easy for senior and disable people.
- Steven (10/5): Peaceful. - We liked the decor and the location of the property. It was an ideal place for walking the Fife Coastal Path. Lovely pub and restaurant close by N/A
- Vincent (10/5): Exceptional -
