• Soufiane (10/5): Overall great getaway 😁 - This home was an absolute dream for our group. It was incredibly spacious and spotless, and the host was always quick to respond. The house is perfectly designed for entertaining, with thoughtful touches like an Android TV and a second living area near the pool, complete with built-in Bluetooth speakers. The best part? Waking up each morning to the most beautiful sea view. A truly amazing stay! Nothing of any notice
• Daïan Wr (10/5): Magnifique séjour en famille - La vue sur l'océan depuis les chambres est vraiment très belle. Nous avons beaucoup profité des extérieurs et de la piscine et des apéros au coucher du soleil. La terrasse ombragée est très agréable quand il fait chaud. La maison est bien équipée pour profiter de chiller et cuisiner en famille. Jolie balade jusqu'à la plage et tranquillité assurée après une visite à la ville. Merci à Ayoub qui est très sympathique, réactif et disponible. Nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps et peut-être une prochaine fois, louer des vélos pour éviter la voiture dans nos déplacements alentours.

De villa is ruim, comfortabel en prachtig ingericht, met een schitterend uitzicht op zee en duinen. Het privézwembad en de rustige ligging zorgen voor pure ontspanning, terwijl het personeel alles tot in de puntjes regelt. De omgeving is ideaal om te surfen of gewoon te genieten van de natuur. Een plek waar je steeds naar terug wilt komen – echt een aanrader! 🌅✨

The villa itself is very comfortable, peaceful, and ideal for relaxing. The service was excellent and the host was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Everything was beyond our expectations — we truly felt at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Essaouira!
• Ahmed (1/5): Plus jamais - Je déconseille Rien à voir avec les photos le ménage pas fait la piscine pas propre eau trouble et pas rempli bouée qui flotte dedans pas de Clim pas d’eau chaude la piscine es vraiment petite par rapport au photos l’océan es très loin de la photos faut traverser un bon 20 mn et place de dunes nous sommes pas rester très déçu maison isolé du monde une route travers devant la maison Hygiène
• Soumaya (1/5): DISGUSTING ACCOMODATION - DISHONEST HOST - We left after 2 days (booked for 8 days) in which we complained multiple times and only got dismissive reactions! We did not get a refund, despite what the "manager" promised and Booking.com couldn't help us either. Thanks for the ruined vacation. Hygiene: the house was clearly not cleaned after the previous guests left on the morning of 7/8/2025. Everything stank: the rooms, kitchen, dirty refrigerator, cooker and microwave, bathrooms, seats. Three smelly cloths were left in a plastic bag as “towels” for four people for one week. Because the bin in one of the shower rooms had not been emptied, the house was full of ants crawling towards it. The granite countertop is loose and could fall on your feet when you put something in the sink. - There was no hot water in any of the shower rooms, and the cold water that came out was a trickle, not enough to shower. - The TV did not work. - The doors could not be closed; the front door literally flew open because the lock and door handle are broken. We are two women with two small children and had to use brooms and squeegees to barricade the doors, as the property is in a remote location. - The slide at the swimming pool is a danger to children, the parts are held together with tape! - In one of the bedrooms, the mattress was lying on bags of stuff, there was no slatted base!!! Turning over in bed caused the mattress to sag on one side and make constant noise. - ALL the walls in the bedrooms were covered with a thick layer of mould and covered up with headboards and closets. The so-called manager promised cleaning, a technician, a plumber,... to end up dismissing our complaint with "we never had complaints before", well, if you use this accomodation as a cash-cow without putting any effort in maintenance, you end up with guests leaving in sheer disgust!!! This review including printscreens of the conversations with the "manager" will also be put online as Google Review.

La maison est bien équipée, confortable et parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour en famille. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, véritable coup de cœur pour eux ! L’extérieur est agréable et sécurisé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances en toute tranquillité. Une villa que nous recommandons sans hésiter et où nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Essaouira est un peu loin, il faut compter 30 minutes en voiture

• Naima (9/5): The whole family loved it! - Too many things including the great location, the fully equipped and relaxing villa with ocean views, the Pristine sand and beach in addition to the outstanding service from Ayoub made our stay unforgettable. Thank you Ayoub, we really enjoyed our getaway 😊 we will be back soon InshaaAllah ! The WiFi signal was poor upstairs.

• Leroi (7/5): We had a good quite time. The hist was very friendly and helpful - Nice. Spacious house and garden. Lovely dunes in front of the house near the ocean. Only 30 min drive from Essaouira. The dogs were safe in the fenced in garden and gate because there is quite a bit of traffic on that road. The house needs some refurbishment It was quite cold inside The water in the pool was very cold - no swimming
