• Virginie (10/5): Royale - Tout, l’appartement était très bien équipé, suffisamment de vaisselle, bonne literie,très propre, superbe terrasse avec Jacuzzi un vrai atout, emplacement calme à proximité des sites touristiques. Accueil au top, nous avons eu de bonnes adresses pour bien manger… Nous recommandons cet établissement et y retournerons. Rien à part le quitter.

We had a slight issue with the bathtub draining but the host was very helpful and had it fixed very quickly! The terrace was very nice with a wonderful view over the city. Overall location is pretty good with good local restaurants nearby.

• Colette (8/5): Une excellente adresse pour un séjour à Marrakech dans un quartier calme. - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la réactivité et la bienveillance de notre hôte, toujours disponible et de très bon conseil. L’appartement est spacieux, très propre et situé dans un environnement calme. La terrasse est magnifique, même si la météo ne nous a malheureusement pas permis d’en profiter pleinement. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus. Quelques commerces sont accessibles à pied, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons également utilisé chaque jour le taxi recommandé par Mahdi : une personne très agréable et ponctuelle. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Marrakech. Nous n’avions pas été informés que l’appartement se situe au 2ᵉ étage, ce qui peut être un point à considérer pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Nous avons aussi rencontré quelques difficultés de réseau pour la télévision et un débit d’eau un peu faible dans les salles d’eau, même si cela ne dépend pas directement du propriétaire.

Pudo resolverme todas las dudas y nos fue de gran ayuda en un contratiempo que tuve. El apartamento en sí es inmenso con un salón muy bonito y lo mejor de todo su terraza con jacuzzi para relajar con la puesta de sol después de pasear todo el día por Marrakesh. Típico de estos países ...la luz blanca la cambiaría por luz más cálida en las estancias... es solo un gusto mío.

• Komlan Yolande (5/5): Raisonnable, a améliorer pour les futurs locataires - L’emplacement, l’accueil de l’hôte, ça bienveillance, ça gentillesse L’équipement, séchoir rouillé (cassé) l’eau froide pour la douche, l’inondation le matin, les pieds dans l’eau en se levant le matin du à une fuite dans la cuisine. Le chauffage d’une des chambres et du salon qui ne fonctionnait pas. La propreté de la vaisselle, la cuisine.

• Chahida (9/5): Heerlijk tot rust gekomen hier - Rustige buurt in marrakech makkelijk te bereiken met taxi of huurauto. Vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastheer. Heerlijke jacuzzi en hygiënisch allemaal.
• Tafraouti (7/5): Not family friendly and can be better. - The location, the space and the hot tub Cleanliness definitely can be better especially with dishes and cutleries, found them greasy. One of air conditioning was not working which ruled out 2 sofa beds to be used for sleeping it was 44c when we stayed there. Tv was not working they sent someone to fix it but YouTube couldn’t be used cuz of very slow internet connection (kids were not happy). Wear and tear of furniture was very obvious especially doors of bathrooms hardly close and so difficult to open, one of toilets doesn’t flush properly. No soap to clean dishes is provided and hardly toilet paper is there I had to go midnight to look for off-licence to get some. I was told I can park inside the garage. To be shocked by the neighbour slamming the door ordering me to take the car out cuz the only parking space inside is his so I took my car to side road where parking is available.cigarets butts were found at edge and under sofa, to sum up the property is not child friendly and significant improvement to be made to get to good standards.
• Jacqueline (10/5): An Amazing Place To Stay. - We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment. Clean and tidy . Plenty of space inside and outside on the amazing terrace with great views. Mahdi met us there and was friendly , helpful and made us feel very welcome . There are restaurants and cafes within walking distance . If you wanted to go into the heart of Marrakesh, a car or taxi would be advised. About a 15 minute drive. An amazing place and I fully recommend this apartment. The terrace was super amazing and a great place to sit and chill, spent a lot of time on the terrace, unfortunately the hot tub needed a clean . When we got there, the lid wasn’t on it . Full of sand at the bottom and needed a wipe round the edges. We didn’t use it . Instead we were happy just to sit and relax and watch the sun go down.
• Younes (10/5): Perfect - The property wa so clean all things are placed and working (jacuzi,wash machine, water heater… and so one) The property was in a calm area and in the middle of city near to all places, quiet, safe, the neighbors are so friendly, and the owner was such a great guy to know so friendly, provide important guidance to us show us some great places, to conclude i was so satisfied staying at this place That I stayed only one night 🥲🥲 i wanted to stay more
