- roberto (10/5): Thank you David from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful hospitality you extended to us. - From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness that set the tone for a truly peaceful and tranquil stay. The serene surroundings, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful touches— it allowed us to unwind completely and savor every moment of our time away from the bustle of daily life. We left feeling refreshed, re‑energized, and deeply grateful for the memorable experience you helped create. We look forward to returning the next time we find ourselves in town, and we will gladly recommend your haven to friends and family seeking a slice of calm. God bless you David and your wonderful place. All was exceptionally fantastic 😊 we will definitely come and stay again when were ever in town.
- Beck (4/5): Disappointing - Proximity to where we were going The description is not honestly represented in the ad. I will post a photo of the front of the accomodation so people know what to look for.
There were hairs in the bathroom. Old bits of soap in the cupboard. Was not vacuumed. Curtain in only bedroom did not cover length of window. Quite a few steps to get inside the accomodation, think I counted 21 so if not good with steps dont bother.

- Foster (8/5): Great host - Comfort Off road parking
- Andrew (8/5): - Lovely place, definitely feels like a home not a rental. David is very welcoming. Easy check-in and check-out.

- Piers (1/5): - Nothing, it was disgusting We couldn't even enter the property as it was fenced off with the fence ziptied. There were holes in the walls which were rotting away, and a scaffold in place in some sort of random attempt to fix it. There were birds in the holes in the building and I think rodent droppings on the driveways which was strewn with rusted old car parts and junk. Never book this property!
- Kym (5/5): You get what you pay for but it was good honest cheap accommodation. - Great view from the back
- jim (10/5): -
- Jeffrey (8/5): Great location for an overnight stay. - Great location for an overnight stay
- ling (8/5): comfortable stay. - A very spacious accommodation. in the second level, not very convenient for the luggages.
- Arja (8/5): - Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with adequate appliances and equipment for meal preparation in the small, country town of Welshpool. The owner was very friendly. Although the apartment itself was very nice with separate entry and separate from the main house, the front yard entry was very messy, causing us to initially think we had the wrong address.
- Christine (1/5): Derelict ! Do not stay here! - Absolutely nothing. Do not stay here. The property is derelict. The yard is full of junk and is a hazard to navigate. The photos on Booking.com are misleading. We were absolutely shocked at the state of the accomodation. We paid for 3 nights $433 but did not stay. We contacted the host who did not respond to ask for a refund. We have submitted our feedback to booking.com and have requested a refund. Very disappointing!
Complete misrepresentation of the property on Booking.Com Everything. The place is derelict with building materials and junk everywhere on the property.
- Hermeling (5/5): Passable - Close proximity to pub/hotel and beach on 5 min drive Bathroom sink had not been cleaned. Appartment was very cold when we arrived and it took a day for the 1 heater to make it comfortable. No wifi. Flight of stairs at the entrance. Very basic stay. Outside area around the main residence is not very inviting.
- Margaret (8/5): Very good - Nice view of countryside as well as sunrise and sunset. Preaceful. Good location. It turned cold on 2nd night and the heater was inadequate for such a large room.
- Roger (8/5): Comfy stay in a beautiful location. -
- Ramisa (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing views
David is the best host I have ever come across
- Richard (7/5): Good -
- Trisha (9/5): Superb - It was a cosy one-bedroom apartment featuring a comfortable sofa cum bed, easily accommodating up to four people. The space was spotless, and the small kitchenette had all the essentials for a short stay.
Although we arrived quite late, David welcomed us with a warm smile and friendly conversation, making us feel right at home.
The morning view was absolutely stunning, with sunlight filtering through the gum trees and spreading across the rolling farmland—truly a peaceful sight. Sadly, we missed out on the freshly baked bread and farm eggs, but that just gives us one more reason to return. N/A
