They have kitchen facilities, water refill, pool everything provided and very very clean. The self check in and check out made everything so easy. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. The best value for the money Maybe only that I felt like the AC temperature didn’t really change, no matter what you set on the remote.

• Larisa (10/5): - I absolutely loved Lavender House! Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The atmosphere is relaxing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything feels very cozy and welcoming. The staff were kind and helpful, and I truly felt at home here. Perfect location to relax and enjoy the area. I would happily stay again and highly recommend Lavender House to anyone looking for a lovely stay! What I did not like was the noise. My room was near the swimming pool, and guests were often sitting there and talking loudly late at night. If you normally go to bed at 2 am, it may be fine, but for me it was quite annoying. I asked a few times for people to be quieter, but unfortunately it did not really help. Also, there is a karaoke business next door, so sometimes drunk people were singing loudly at night. After around 3 am, everything became quiet and it was fine.

The place is located close to the airport and Kuta Beach. Self checking makes it easier when you arrive late/ early. There is a skimming pool and kitchen to use, you can also refill your water which makes it even more attractive. Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Nothing

• Richard (10/5): Perfect place to spend the first few nights after a long flight. Great value! - Perfect location. Literally 10 mins from the airport. The room was a great size and very clean. Amazing for the price. Little supermarket at the end of the drive too. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

• Connor (10/5): Comfortable, relaxing and accommodating! - Really convenient location for visiting Canggu and Uluwatu, as well as Kuta. They have mopeds for hire which made things even easier. The property was really nice - very spacious and comfortable. Pool, kitchen and private bathroom were all great. Quiet at all times. It was easy to contact the host as she stayed on site and was always very helpful. Restaurant next door (7 Seafood - but they do things other than seafood too) suited a range of budgets and was delicious. Everything was great for us - nothing bad to note. If you are looking to meet other people and party, it may not be the easiest place for this, as it’s more of a relaxed vibe.

• Henri Marc (7/5): Hôtel correct… - Hôtel présentant de grandes chambres propres toute au rez de chaussée avec une literie très confortable et une salle de bain basique.Personnel sympathique.Proximité d’un restaurant de fruits de mer pour les amateurs.Établissement situé à l’écart de la route principale qui est un enfer de circulation ,il y a d’ailleurs de l’autre côté une entrée ou sortie piétonne que je vous conseille une fois installée. Malheureusement suite à des très gros orages toutes les chambres ont été inondées 40cm d’eau sans doute une canalisation bouchée.

• Astrid (5/5): Watery night - The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. Even the shared kitchen was clean enough. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The location was great, many convenience stores and bus stops nearby, also very close to the airport and main streets Hot water was actually lukewarm. Unfortunately there were very heavy rains the one night we spent there, and I guess a drainage got clogged or something, because a river formed outside of the rooms which are under the corridor level, so the room got flooded (about 15 cm of water). I understand this was a weather thing and even many parts of the city got flooded, closed roads and everything, but having rooms under the pathway level will guarantee flooding in cases like this, which can easily happen in Indonesia. The rooms around the kitchen were even lower, and people woke up to their things floating around the room. In our case, I woke up when the flood was beginning and even then, our bags, clothes, passport cases, cash and my laptop got wet. The staff left my messages read and unanswered on WhatsApp on this regard, not even an apology was sent.

• Anna (10/5): Beautiful guesthouse - I stayed here after a late flight and was really impressed. The room was huge, really comfortable and nicely decorated and the pool and outdoor areas were fab. Check in once someone had explained the process was easy and the whole experience felt like great value for money. Definitely recommend Minor point but might be worth including the check in process in a message as it took another guest explaining it to understand

À notre arrivée, nous n'étions pas au courant que cela était un check-in autonome. Nous voulions louer un scooter et avions demandé à l'hôte qui nous avait dit que cela était ok. Mais lorsque que nous sommes arrivées, nous avons attendu, sans réponse avant d'en louer un de nos propres moyens. Enfin, le logement se trouve à proximité d'un site de foot salle ce qui le rend bruyant le soir assez tard.

• Krisje (7/5): Super vriendelijk personeel - Goede locatie (wel goed kijken bij aankomst naar het bordje), super vriendelijke dame die ons meteen hielp met het huren van een scooter en ze was heel goed bereikbaar en hulpvaardig. Veel schimmel en vocht in de badkamer. Er zat een gigantische spin in de badkamer, kan de dame niets aan doen natuurlijk 😀 De airco heeft wat tijd nodig om te werken en voldoende te koelen.

The people who smoke - they are so lazy to go outside and preferred to smoke near the pool, all that smoke went into my room, which is disgusting for a non smoker.

• Mariana (9/5): Close to the airport, clean bed linen - I booked a room for half a day to wait for our flight. And honestly, we were pleasantly surprised. It's a great value for money. For $18 per night, we got a spacious room with a working table, WiFi, clean bed linen, a comfortable bed, our own bathroom, and 2 towels. It had a private entrance and was located right in front of the restaurant, which was quite good too (room A). And the main thing - it's 20 minutes to the airport. Just do not forget to book the taxi in advance.

• S (3/5): Poor - Towels provided by Lavender house was best on all hotels we was in SE asia recently,,,!,,,,, but that's all good story ends. Location of property including surrounding areas, lacking of constant water pressure and hot water. Karaoke extremely noisy neighbourhood late afternoon. Not clearly showing on goggle map of property by location and hard to find by experienced local Grab driver?.! Front main street similar name property/hotel under renovation / closed down..... permanently??? not helping situations.
• Krabi (8/5): A great place for a short, pleasant stay in Kuta - The location is very good, a stone's throw from all the services and easy hub to go anywhere, especially to the airport if you have a flight to catch, and at the same time in a quite alley away from the crowd. Also, there is an amazing seafood restaurant on site, do not miss their lobsters and big prawns!

• Barbara (10/5): Very nice and comfortable stay - It is a very lovely and cosy hotel. It is close to Kuta center but still very quiet. The host is super kind, I was provided with information about everything before arrival. The room is spacious, great bad, chairs, desk, AC and wifi worked very well, good smell, quiet and everything was very clean. The bathroom is also very nice. In the common ares there is a nice pool and two kitchens to use with refill drinking water. I had a very nice stay there. There was nothing, all was great!
