• chaudhary (6/5): It was a pleasant stay but not really worth the cost. - The host was hospitable. He waited till we reached despite it being already late. From the information I gathered from Booking.com while booking, I thought I had booked 2 rooms for the night. But on talking to the host I figured that he wouldn't open both the bedrooms for just 2 people at that cost because he will have to do the linen. That was a touch disappointing because I was staying with a friend and we wanted to have our own rooms and that was the point of booking this particular property. For just one bedroom it felt expensive but because it was late into the night I had no option.

This is little away around one km from the main roads so can spend time quietly without any disturbance. Nothing to complain about. Approach road to the site is narrow but it’s not crowded anyway.

• Beate (9/5): Superb - Our host was very friendly and helpful. Please note that there are two bedrooms, both with a bathroom. In one bathroom you have hot water and a European style toilet, in the second bathroom you have only cold water and an old- style toilet (no seat). The house is very new (visit in Feb 2025) and everything is neat and clean.

He made sure it's comfortable for us even though we arrived at property before our checkin time. The property was super clean and the feel there was very positive. We could make our tea there and enjoy it with the chirping of birds around there. It's a true delight for nature lovers. We can even watch Chembra peak from the property terrace. The location is easy to access with your bike or car and he's having ample space for parking. The garden is maintained well. Overall I had very relaxed time there. I would like to visit again soon. There's nothing to dislike here

The location, the view, the service, the rooms, the hall, the kitchen, the facilities, etc., was top notch. I had a great time with my family. It was my family's first time staying in a homestay and they all loved it. The host Mr. Ismail is such a genuine, kind person who really takes care of your needs during your stay. He willingly helped us by taking us to the market to fetch raw materials for food on his bike and was always there for any help. He provided with extra beddings and anything that we needed at any hour. He showed us around the place and even gave us some of his own grown fruits which were just delicious. This level of "superhost-ness" is rarely seen. I recommend everyone to visit this place once during their Wayanad trip; it will be worth it.

• Raka (9/5): Superb - Clean and well maintained house amidst peaceful surroundings. Ismail, the owner is very helpful and cordial. A functioning kitchen is available for basic cooking. It's near Kalpetta town. Bit hard to access if visitors are not traveling by car.
