Fueron todos amables independientemente del turno y de la persona que estuviera detrás del mostrador. Eran todos fantásticos. Las persianas estaban un poco viejas y era complicado bajarlas.

- Karine (7/5): Hôtel agréable, propre et très bien situé. - L’emplacement, la décoration, le soin, le petit déjeuner et surtout la sympathie, l’humour et la gentillesse de tout le personnel. La chambre qui donnait côté rue était un peu bruyante (passages du tram, piétons bruyants car la fenêtre donnait sur le trottoir), la surprise de devoir payer 25€ pour le parking, alors que rien n’était mentionné sur booking lors de la réservation de la chambre, alors qu il était écrit « hôtel avec stationnement inclus ».

- christine (10/5): kleines gemütliches Hotel - Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, schön und praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer, gemütlicherund einladender Empfangsraum, sehr suaber, leckeres Frühstück, ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Perrache. Kommt man mit dem Zug oder dem Bus, ist man sofort da. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

When we arrive they told us the cleaners have not started to clean the room and is going to be like 2 hours until the room is ready. Not happy with this at all after such a long travel to lyon. The room was okey but the bathroom was pretty dirty and dusty.

Für französische Verhältnisse ein leckeres und umfangreiches Früstück. Das Zimmer war verhältnismäßig klein und die Ein- und Ausfahrt aus der Tiefgarage eine Herausforderung. Das Zimmer war sehr laut oder stickig.

A equipe é muito atenciosa e cordial. Eu peguei um quarto triplo e era muito espaçoso e limpo, a CAMA É MUITO BOA e macia! Superou muito minhas expectativas. Não tenho o que reclamar. Da próxima vez que eu for para Lyon, me hospedarei novamente nesse hotel.

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel (et de Nicole la dame de ménage ) avec une mention spéciale pour Ariel qui est un véritable bonbon !! L'emplacement est super nous avons tout fait à pieds ! Le petit déjeuner est bien mais il pourrait être un peu plus varié je trouve, tous les jours nous avions le même choix. Le garage est un plus non négligeable car il est difficile de se garer à Lyon. Et franchement aucun problème d'y entrer et sortit avec mon Qashqai. Certaines personnes ont témoigné avoir abimé leur voiture car il est étroit, mais ça passe pour ce genre de véhicule en tout cas...si on sait le conduire :) ! Rien du tout ! Tout était au top !

- AURORE (4/5): Sans moi pour mon prochain séjour à Lyon - Personnel très souriant et accueillant Petit déjeuner sympa Il serait plus que souhaitable d'embaucher du personnel pour faire les chambres, pour éviter à cette pauvre dame de passer par tous les étages et que les clients puissent accéder à la chambre faite après 10 kms de marche à pied à 16h. Ce qui ne fut pas le cas par deux fois sur 3 jours. Par ailleurs, comme cette personne est débordée, comment faire un ménage à fond, notamment les joints de la douche en profondeur qui laissent à désirer, quand il n'y a déjà pas le temps de faire un faire et passer un coup d'aspi ? Chambre très petite et qui donne sur une rue très passante et circulante donc impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre et impossibilité de descendre la clim en dessous de 18°.

- Peter (9/5): Gutes Hotel für eine kurze Städtereise. - Die Lage beim Bahnhof war sehr gut. Wir konnten auch gut zu Fuss ins Zentrum schlendern. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war der Strassenlärm nicht zu hören. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Betreuung im Hotel war sehr familiär. Der Storen an der Balkontüre müsste repariert werden.

Pour un court séjour comme le nôtre, je recommande a 100% 👍👍 Chambre twin très exiguë, où il manque un éclairage de lecture pour 1 des lits. Un peu plus de pain au petit dej aurait été appréciable.

- Corinne (8/5): - Près de la gare ,c est parfait la chambre est simple et confortable .un hôtel atypique dans la vieille ville de Lyon Les employés sont sympathique et surtout la brasserie Georges est proche juste y aller tôt Le fait que il y a pas de VMS dans les salles de bain et le prix du déjeuner mieux vaut fait quelques mètres pour avoir un petit dejeuner de moins de 12 euro .
