- Tolentino (7/5): All in all we had a good stay. - We liked how the staffs were very accommodating and friendly. They even let us check in early and check out a little later than the check out time. The vacant lot in front has a foul smell.

- Richard Allan (6/5): N/A - N/A I was not satisfied with my experience because I am currently injured and having difficulty walking. Unfortunately, there were no available options below the 4th floor, and there was no elevator, which made it very difficult for me. I hope there can be more consideration and accessible arrangements in the future for people with mobility issues.

- Katharina (10/5): Good - would recommend - We enjoyed our stay at Emeral Bay Hotel. It’s nice and close to the beach at station 2 and 3, and the room had good aircon and a comfortable bed. The staff was absolutely lovely and attentive, and the breakfast was really nice. There’s a water station as well with filtered cold water, which we appreciated.
- Mark James (8/5): - The hotel staff are accomodating and guest friendly.
Especially the front desk and dining staff. No tables, cabinets and the mirror was too small.
- Frank (7/5): - Kein fenster.nicht schalldicht.bilder stimmen nicht.nicht am meer 50 meter
- Rhea Ann Salvadico (8/5): - the price and beach access you get what you pay for
- RUBYLYNN (8/5): 4days I paid 16k pesos. - Near to the beach front few steps only.
Clean room, clean beds and towels.
Highly recommended. Building it’s a bit old but our stays are very comfortable and clean. Free breakfast which the best thing about it. Big Rave to Ms Irvi the cook and server, and Mr. Robert the housekeeping man thank you so much. None.

- Jessica Celine (3/5): Neutral - Near the beach Rusty railings, bathroom nasty no door for the shower
- Tagat (9/5): - The staff are friendly and accomodating.
- Andrew (8/5): - The original Emerald Bay hotel was full on arrival so they took us to a better one which was really nice, and the breakfast was good A bit of mildew smell, of course it's the tropics so what can you expect, kinda went away as soon as the A/C cooled the room

- Rhian_Naihr (4/5): I am a returning guest with my new group but I regret going back because its no longer worthy.. - Staff are nice and strong internet connection with good AC. They now have umbrella, clothes iron and hair blower to spare for the guests. Free breakfast - soggy watery taste like hotdogs that even a kid can't eat, also rice and eggs were very salty! Prices for extra order for breakfast are insanely very high like 1pc of small pancake is 80 pesos! 250 pesos for a filipino or american breakfast LOL! I wouldn't mind paying if there's anything special to it. Worst is the creamer and sugar packets are expired!! Shower heater in our room is not working so we have to bear for the cold shower even early in the morning! For each bed there were only 2 pillows and having 4 pillows for each bed would have been nice and more comfy. I will leave my google review as well.

- Ramos (6/5): Pleasant -
- Miclat (4/5): Not Nice - You have to go up to the 4th floor to have a breakfast which is inconvenient most especially when you have PWD companion. There's a lot of mosquitos, flies and cockroach inside room and comfort room. Water is not that strong and the linens has stains too.

- Gabija (1/5): A noisy, uncomfortable, and disappointing stay—we left after one night - Friendly staff, good location next to the beach and 7/11. Really not a great hotel. We ended up leaving after just one night because staying any longer just wasn’t an option.
Our room was on the first floor, right by the corridor, where people were loudly talking and even singing early in the morning. The window faced a small street with constant motorbike traffic, so we couldn’t open the blinds without feeling completely exposed.
The room itself was very small—definitely not suitable for two people. But the biggest issue was the bed. It was tiny, clearly meant for one person, and we barely fit. We woke up feeling sore and uncomfortable (and we’re both quite slim). On top of that, the bed had a musty, moldy smell.
The bathroom wasn’t much better—cramped, not very clean, and the sink was so small that water went everywhere, making even washing our hands a hassle.
Breakfast was also disappointing. The coffee was bad, and the food was even worse. The scrambled eggs were cold, watery, and even had bits of eggshell in them.
Overall, a very disappointing stay. We wouldn’t come back.

- Rj (3/5): Very disappointed - The reason I rate this 3/10. Point 1 - Very good aircon. Point 2 - Friendly staff. Point 3 - Reslly good FREE WiFi. The other 7 available points have been lost due to, bed bugs, lack of running water for 2 days, a few white lies on the description (location isn’t beachfront) and the ballache of finding the place! Even the local tour guides who walk the entire beach everyday couldn’t help us.
- Colleen (10/5): Exceptional - Daily breakfast to start the day, a minute walk from the beach, comfortable beds and clean restroom. Place was quiet The place was hard to access with luggage but it wasn't that inconvenient since you can hail a ride just a minute walk from the hotel
- Budy (10/5): Exceptional - the staff are friendly and accommodating
- Oleksandr (5/5): Passable - Very close to the white beach. WiFi was good. Offered breakfasts, but I didn’t try. Dirty room, dirty bedding. Cockroaches.
Tiny bed even for one person. For 2 is impossible to sleep comfortably. The shower door didn’t close.
Soundproofing is awful, you’ll hear all your neighbours and staff. Also they allow to park scooters just by the rooms windows, so you’ll hear them too.
The room isn’t comfortable at all.
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Sean (6/5): Really budget place. - Good price & closer to quieter beach. Good diving locally Constant noise! Loud guests .. constantly dogs barking and cockerels screeching from sunrise .. poor breakfast
- Maria (7/5): Good -
- Paula (3/5): Poor -
- Ian (3/5): I know it is a 2 star hotel but did not expect infestation - Did not try the breakfast. The guide had to ask directions to the hotel I saw what i thought was a cockroach (very large go under the bed. ) Room felt unclean after that.
- Zulkifli (4/5): Okay - Location is just few minutes walk to the Station 3. Friendly staff. Breakfast was okay. Slow internet connection. Small room and dirty floor. Shower water pressure was too low. Difficult to take shower.
- Carmona (5/5): Passable -
- Joseph (4/5): Disappointing -
- Gobencion (5/5): Passable -
- Janelly (7/5): Good - Ok breakfast but very expensive refill on my coffee
- Shara (9/5): Superb -
