• shivan (10/5): I highly recommend Luisa, she is professional host and wonderful person - When we arrived Luisa was waiting for us, I travel a lot and I been dealing with so many hosts in many different countries , Luisa is the best host I have deal with, she is professional, super helpful, polite, good communication (answer our calls and texts right away), I highly recommend her and I will go back again to properties she is managing .. Thank you Luisa for the best service you made our stay much more enjoyable and comfortable.

Very easy to communicate with host and it was a pleasure to deal with! When we visit Rome again , will definitely stay again at this apartment! Just keep in mind, the parking is not free, but it’s not very expensive. (City parking)
• Victoria (1/5): DISASTER - SO MANY ISSUES - AVOID - There were a number of issues! As listed below: - The shutter on the first floor bedroom which looks out onto the inner complex did not work and made us feel very exposed - The intercom stopped working and a food delivery we ordered was returned and we had to pay again and wait in the lobby - the showers in both bathrooms could not be hung on the wall so you had to hold the shower head - there were no instructions so we did not even know the number of the apartment, what the recycle bins colour coding meant, how to get the shutters down (we do not have these here) which meant endless texts and questions and waiting for answers - there were no tea towels to dry the dishes - The location is not central and you need to order a taxi. Honesty you can get better apartments at the same price in more central locations In summary this apartment had a lot of issues and due to weather we spent the hottest hours there and I did not want workmen coming in to fix things on our family time - WHY SHOULD I IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WORKING IN THE FIRST PLACE.
• Anne (8/5): 3 bedroom apartment - -Beds were comfortable. -The apartment corresponded to the description. -The apartment was clean. -The kitchen had everything we needed. -Good communication with the owner. -In the shower wasn't consistent supply of warm water and in the end there wasn't enough for everyone, at the end the water was icy cold. -The vacuum cleaner did not work.
• B (7/5): Good option - Easy. Decent proximity to train station. Master bedroom curtains didn't work. All bathrooms are downstairs.
• Alex708 (7/5): The location is not the best - The apartment is very spacios with three bedrooms and a big kitchen. It has a rather big balcony and a huge terrace on top where you can chill in the evenings. The bathrooms are very nice and modern. The owner is very helpful so it was impossible to mess up anything, because his instructions was very thorough. There are problems with the energy supply of the apartment, so we couldn't use the oven at all, or when we used the washing machine and the dishwasher at the same time, the electricity went out. There is no air conditioner in the room on the top floor, so it's unbearable to exist in there at all, because there was at least 30°C all day in there. The location was rather disappointing, there are a lot of trash on the streets, and the public transport is horrible.
