• Shashi (10/5): Excellent place. we liked it !!! - Would Villa is an upstairs house located in a good residential area in Mirissa. It features three clean, comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioning and all the necessary facilities. We stayed there for one night and had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to Mirissa Harbour for whale watching. The owners were very kind and welcoming. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it!
• Alisdair125 (9/5): Superb - The Villa itself was really nice, with spacious bedrooms and air conditioning in two of three of them. The lounge area and balcony were excellent. The gardens were very well maintained and the location was perfect- in a quiet residential area but close to the town and the beaches. The landlord and his family were kind and helpful. Two bicycles were included which made getting around very easy. Note that only the first floor of this property is rented out, not the entire building. The kitchen was a bit basic, and I needed to get a few items to make it usable. Electricity was not included in the rent, which given how the rent was already quite high by Sri Lankan standards, was unreasonable. The WiFi limit of 100GB/month seemed quite generous but soon disappeared when several people were staying and all used it. The washing machine is an old fashioned twin-tub, not an automatic front loader- it worked but it was tough on my clothes and very labour-intensive.
• Karthikeyan (10/5): Very nice and pleasant - This property is covered with lush green and avl with all cooking utensils and very neat and clean.. this property is quite good and big and more privacy with three rooms .. No point to say negative about this property
