Guest Reviews
- Janelle (10/5): - Super lieve gastvrouw, gaf veel tips over de omgeving
Lekker ontbijt op de kamer. Niks
- Lubos (10/5): - Fantastic, everything was perfect - the room, the host, the breakfast, the nature. The cleanliness everywhere. We enjoyed couple of days here and would like to come back again in the near future.
- Killian (10/5): Lovely room, great location - Really good accommodation, comfy bed and great view from the room.
Lovely continental breakfast that is stored in your room with a fridge too so can eat at your own leisure.
Hot croissants dropped to your door handle in the morning then which was a lovely touch.
<10 mins stroll into Cushendall and easy parking
- Ian (10/5): -
- Trevor (10/5): - Comfy beds.
Brilliant breakfast provisions - plus more.
Friendly host. nil
- Manfred W. (10/5): Unbedingt buchen! - Alles.
NICHTS. ALLES WAR TOLL!
- Petmecky (10/5): - Excellent location, amazing breakfast. Would highly recommend!!
- Myrthe&Connor (10/5): Gorgeous stay! - It was absolutely fa-bu-lous to stay here. We were greeted kindly by the host and had a chat about the trip. She gave some recommendations on where to go and showed it us on a map. She guided us to our room and showed us where everything was and how the breakfast worked. The house was stunning, clean, smelled nice and looked tidy and well kept. The breakfast included boiled eggs, a variety of fruit, milk, different yogurts, orange juice, different cereals, bread for toast, butter, nutella, cheese and meats, freshly made croissants, water, tea, coffee and jam and marmelade. Which was all impeccable. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% return for longer. The bathroom was clean, toiletries were supplied, the towels were soft and comfortable. It was a real treat to stay here, the view was beautiful from our room, it had a TV with streaming services that you could log into, free wifi, parking. What more do you need?! The host even booked us a table at the local restaurant (harry's) which was ever so kind and a real hidden gem. Absolutely no complaints
- Siegfried (10/5): - Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Gute Tipps.
- Paul (10/5): Extremely enjoyable stay. Wouldn't hesitate to return. - We had an extremely enjoyable stay and if we hadn't already booked accommodation further up the coastline for the rest of our trip we would have been very happy to stay longer. We received a friendly welcome and the accommodation was very clean, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Location is quiet and backs onto rural countryside with local amenities such as pubs and restaurants just a short drive away. The morning breakfast is provided continental style in the room with a nice added touch of fresh croissants being delivered to your door in the morning. Overall a great experience. Nothing not to like.
- Connor (10/5): Perfect stay in Cushendall near the Giants Causeway - Great parking, great location, great host, great room, great local amenities, great views, and great breakfast with fresh croissants Nothing. Genuinely we haven’t stayed at a better bnb on our trip
- Jonas (10/5): -
- Florian (9/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeber.

- ernest (10/5): Home from home - a place to return - The breakfast was excellent. Everything was in the room for us - boiled eggs, ham, salami, cereal, bread, butter, jam, tea and coffee and croissants delivered hot to the door at 8am. Kettle and Toaster. We sat at the little table overlooking the lambs skipping in the field. It meant we could eat at whatever time we decided in the morning The room was clean, quiet, warm and comfortable. We both slept very well. The views were lovely. The host Sionagh is a lovely person and was able to advise us where to eat that evening. Harry's was a great choice. This accommodation was 100 per cent. We loved everything and will definitely return again if we visit this area. There is nothing that we didn't like.
- Chloe (9/5): Would recommend - Beautiful location, room looked over the hills/ fields. The room was cosy and clean. A generous continental breakfast and drink station in the room. Lovely touch that they bring up croissants in the room N/A
- Rex (10/5): -
- Mickey (10/5): Amazing - Our hostess was fantastic. Very helpful. The view was amazing from our room. Everything
- AD (10/5): Wonderful guest house - Everything was lovely! The view, the room, the breakfast were all exceptional. We were a five minute walk down a back footpath to the main street. Sionagh, our host, recommended a great dinner and pub to visit. Both were excellent! We absolutely loved Cushendall and would stay with Sionagh at Mount Edward Hill again.
- Maryanne (10/5): Exceptional!! - Everything we could possibly need was already there. The room was immaculate. We had a beautiful view of fields with sheep. The B&B was within walking distance to restraunts and shops. The host had really thought of everything including fresh baked croissants in the morning. Nothing
- Tracey (10/5): -
- Elke (10/5): -
- Scott (10/5): Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We would stay again if we are ever back in the area. - The room was spotless
The host was friendly
Location was perfect for our needs
Breakfast was wonderful
- ISHBEL (10/5): Perfect - Everything was perfect. The family were extremely hospitable and welcoming. Nothing!
- Taylor (10/5): -
- Amy (10/5): Beautiful property in easy reach of lots of locations - brilliant service. - Sheenagh was very helpful - friendly but professional, useful information given. Property finished to a high standard - excellent finishing touches e.g. joinery made it feel luxurious. Continental breakfast in the bedroom was done well - warm croissants on the foot each morning was a bonus! Being exceptionally picky here - it is really not worth mentioning. To get 15 out of 10, we would have like a standard lamp by the table. However, it was not needed really and we couldn't be happier with the room we had.
- Collins (10/5): - Lovely accommodation and very friendly host.
- John (10/5): -
- John (10/5): Wonderful experience and the host was very helpful in providing recommendations. I would definitely stay there again! - Clean and comfortable room. Nice and quiet and the continental breakfast offered a variety of options.
- Geoffrey (10/5): -
- Alan (9/5): - Quiet. Far from the crowds. All was perfect.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Our host, Sionagh, could not have been more friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The accommodation is located in a very quiet, neighborhood setting with a very short and easy walk to the center of Cushendall. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby, room, and bathroom. Our room was comfortable and warm. We were provided with a wide selection of breakfast items each day, more than we could eat, including freshly baked, warm croissants. Sionagh went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay, as well as helping us to find interesting things to do during our time exploring the local area.
- Norman (9/5): A real treat on the hill. - The warm welcome, the excellent friendly service, the great views, the stocking of the mini-fridge. If pressed for something I didn't like: Nothing at all wrong with the location, but the street and neighborhood aren't particularly inspiring or beautiful either. Just a very fine house in a perfectly good, clean neighborhood 4 or 5 min. from the center of town. (And having said that, the pictures here don't lie or exaggerate the actual experience; in fact looking again just now, I'd say that they don't do the place justice; I was very comfortable in the room.)
Sionagh was a real treat, and it's great value for money.
- johan (9/5): -
- Saskia (10/5): -
- David (10/5): High quality tasteful and comfortable. - The property is strikingly and tastefully decorated with a tasteful contemporary feel. It’s in a lovely small town well placed for touring Antrim. The continental breakfast supplied in the bedroom had a good variety of items. We had a stunning view of the local scenery from our bedroom. The host is a delightful person, who made us feel at home. Nothing. Small point - Streamed TV tended to buffer.
- jacki (8/5): - Our host was very friendly, helpful and flexible for two cyclists. The walk into town was 10 minutes down a short cut. The golf club on the seafront was surprisingly good for food, drink and sea views. Breakfast in the room was good and very conveniant. The walls of the room were a bit thin so night time sounds of plumbing etc could be a bit noisy.
- Ai Lin (10/5): Value for money - Spacious room with a small dining table and 2 chairs. Very good breakfast (bread, milk, cereal, orange juice, yogurt, banana, grapes, ham, cheese, chips etc) provided inside the room. Better than a hotel can offer. Private toilet with shampoo and bath soap. We even offered additional 2 croissants for our breakfast. Nice mountain view (sheeps roaming in the mountain) from our room. The toilet door is a bit misaligned which make it difficult to open and close.
- Virginie (10/5): - Tout Rien
- Eleftherios (10/5): - Helpful and kind hostess! I totally recommend it!
- Adrian (10/5): - Great place to stay.
- Karl (9/5): -
- Audrey (9/5): Mount Edwards was very nice and ideally located within short distance of the Giant's Causeway. - Great host, great location and the room was very nice. The view from the window was fantastic.
It was great to get fresh croissants each morning brought straight to the room.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - The room was spotless and very quite and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great abd a good selection of food to choose from. Nothing everything was great.
Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile.
- Kathleen (10/5): - I loved the peaceful surroundings and having my breakfast in the room was a lovely treat. Sionagh was a lovely lady.
- Don (8/5): - Sionagh was a friendly and helpful host. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. The breakfast arrangements met our needs. It was an excellent base to tour the beautiful Antrim glens and coast and coast where there was plenty to see and do.
- Sara (8/5): -
- adelina (10/5): - Tutto perfetto. Proprietario gentilissimo e accogliente. Ricevute tante informazioni, camera bella, colazione ottima. Tutto curato alla.perfezione. Nulla
