It provided one of the most stunning room views I’ve enjoyed in Italy. Spotlessly clean and modern room. Great pool area, not overpoweringly large and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was exceptional, varied and plentiful. Location fantastic… so close to the lake and 150 metres walk to the charming restaurants lining the north of the lake. The staff were great, nothing was too much trouble to help. I have travelled here to Torbole in the past and I am so glad I “lucked upon” this hotel to stay at for my three nights. Loved it and hope to return. . There’s very little need for improvement.

Although we experienced some inconveniences during our stay, we truly appreciated the way the hotel handled the situation afterwards. • Jan CZ (10/5): Výhled na jezero - Pokoj měl relativně veliký balkón se stolkem a dvěma židlemi a dvěma lehátky. Naprosto jedinečný je výhled na jezero a hory za ním. Jinak Je Torbole spíš menší městečko, ale to možná není na škodu. Před hotelem se nachází molo, odkud odplouvají lodě do dalších destinací jako je Limone nebo Riva. Vzhledem k tomu, že je Torbole malé, odplouvá loď jen asi 3-4x denně. Hotel nabízí bezplatné parkování asi 800 m nebo za 20€ asi 100m od hotelu. Přímo kolem jezera je placené veřejné parkoviště, které je od 19:00 - 9:00 zdarma jinak se platí 2€/h. Snídaně je celkem bohatá. Hotel od 13:00 nabízí službu baru s vlastní obsluhou (vezmeš, zapíšeš, při odjezdu zaplatíš). V koupelně byl naprostý nedostatek odkládacích poliček, nedostatečné osvětlení a nefunkční odsávání. Klimatizace fungovala svéhlavě.
• Tancredi (10/5): Incredibly beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff! - Everything. We did 11 nights in italy from Rome to Chianti to Florence to Venice and then here. By far the best hotel and location of the entire trip. The mountains were even better than expected and the hotel is in a perfect location. Just far enough to feel like you can unplug from the busy town but still very walkable to everything. Don’t look elsewhere. The hotel is far better than the listing even shows! Nothing!

• Vercelli (4/5): - Pessimo trattamento ricevuto dalla dipendente. Ho prenotato per una notte per giro in moto, senza possibilità di restituzione corrispettivo. A causa di meteo avverso, già qualche giorno prima chiamo la struttura per chiedere la disponibilità per il giorno successivo. Ottengo risposta affermativa. Faccio la modifica su Booking e mi viene detto che la struttura ha risposto che non vi è posto. Assurdo. Chiamo la struttura e mi dicono che non vi è posto per quel prezzo!! ma non mi dicono quale potrebbe essere il prezzo maggiore. Al giorno della partenza piove a dirotto su tutto il nord. Chiamo la struttura, per pura cortesia e rispetto, e la stessa dipendente che mi aveva già risposto nei giorni precedenti ne prende atto per poi richiamarmi e dirmi che nulla mi sarebbe stato rimborsato. Dal punto di vista formale la risposta è corretta ed ineccepibile. Ma da un punto di vista sostanziale questo è il modo per perdere un cliente e tutti i suoi conoscenti che da anni vanno sul Garda. Siamo a maggio, piove, a Torbole non ci vanno nemmeno i pesci del lago. Sarebbe stato opportuno o, quantomeno educato, proporre un buono del 50 % della spesa per altra data, semplicemente per una forma di cortesia e conto tenuto del fatto che la vicenda è dipesa da un meteo totalmente avverso e non da negligenza o menefreghismo. Ma tant'è. Non posso esprimere pareri sulla struttura ma sicuramente posso farlo sulla totale assenza di empatia dei dipendenti e titolari che per lucrare 4 soldi han perso un cliente ed ottenuto una pessima pubblicità. Da lasciar perdere a mio parere.

• Dieter (8/5): Toll. Einfach perfekt. - Das Zimmer hat einen sensationellen Ausblick auf den See mit den Bergen im Hintergrund. Einfach phantastisch. Das Frühstück perfekt. Garage für die E-Bikes mit genügend Steckdosen zum Laden. Im Bad ist das Bidet genau gegenüber der Toilettenschüssel angebracht. Das heißt, sitze ich auf der Toilettenschüssel, muss ich aufpassen, dass meine Knie nicht gegen das Bidet stoßen. Für größere Menschen ein kleines Problem.

• Marcin (8/5): - Obiekt mega czysty, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Prom do Limone oraz Malcesine dosłownie pod wejściem. Pyszne śniadania, bardzo dobra kawa. Miły personel. Działająca klima. Super widok! Codziennie pokój był sprzątany. Parking darmowy zlokalizowany 700m od hotelu po wpłaceniu kaucji, nam to nie przeszkadzało ponieważ zostawiliśmy auto a potem i tak poruszaliśmy się promem albo autobusem. Parking zamknięty więc auto jest bezpieczne. Na minus zdecydowanie brak chociażby czajnika oraz jakieś kuchni dla gości. Natomiast po przeczytaniu opinii zawsze można zabrać ze sobą czajnik elektryczny oraz jakąś kuchenkę turystyczną i problem rozwiązany ;)

Una sola presa in camera e non vicino al letto è poco. “L’honesty bar” ovvero dei frigoriferi dove poter prendere il bere e scrivere il numero della camera carino ma, avrei preferito un bar vero per il prezzo del mio soggiorno In sintesi il soggiorno non vale il prezzo a mio avviso troppo alto.

The location is perfect, right across the dock where you can get boats to Riva, Limone, etc. There are nice shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are also very nice and friendly. Would love to stay here again in a future trip to Lake Garda 😁 The room was very basic, with old furnishing. The walls were bare...a few decors on the wall and improving the lighting in the room would be nice.
