- Geraint (10/5): Perfect for our needs - Perfect stop-over but would consider staying longer next time. Clean, comfortable and spacious; equipped for basic cooking/dining in; interesting village location; warm welcome. A larger pan (e.g. for cooking pasta) for the plug in hob would be useful for future stays, although I’m sure it would have been provided if we’d required it.

- Helen (10/5): - The location was lovely. The annexe was very comfortable and modern. The welcome pack was very welcome!! We all had a good nights sleep as it was so quiet. The coffee shop sold lovely cakes and coffee. We did the circular route recommended with was just right before we had to set off. That we could only stay one night as we were off to Cornwall the next day.

- Tim (10/5): Beautiful house in idylic Devon location great for families - The property is situated in a lovely village, well located also to drive to a range of beaches on the east Devon coast. Charlie was a fantastic host proving lots of recommendations and on hand at all times for anything we needed. The house is all on one level, very convenient for a dog and in great condition with everything you need. Open plan kitchen, great natural light throughout and good wifi connection too. Would highly recommend for couples and families.

Really good sized bathroom with a large walk in shower. Back bedroom has French doors that open onto a shared family garden. The whole apartment is spotlessly clean. Located in village of Culmstock, great location for exploring Devon. Charlie was a fantastic host, allowing me an earlier check in after a long drive. Nothing to dislike

- Steph (10/5): Very high standard of accomodation, a wonderful stay with lovely hosts in a beautiful location. - It was in a beautiful location with lovely views, Charlie the host was on hand next door and very hospitable and amenable to our arrival time as we were coming from Cornwall and were not too sure of our arrival time. The property was everything we could have hoped for. Very clean, very modern and very high standard. Perhaps the garden could have been enclosed for the guests but that is a very very small thing and did not detract in any way from how lovely the property was.

Charlie was a fab host , showed us around and even had a map of the route for taking our pooch for a walk! The place is a lot bigger than we thought lots of room, very roomy shower and bathroom and very comfortable bed! A massive thank you and defo recommend this place 100%!,, Absolutely nothing!!

Nice bathroom, useful mini kitchen, good WiFi, comfy main bedroom at the back. There is a great cafe and pub a few mins walk away. Accepted our dog and good places to walk him nearby too. Very quiet but convenient location. Good value for money too Nothing really. It is attached to the owners house so not as private as a separate cottage (but has separate entrance) and we did know that when booking. The owners were great neighbours!

- Amanda (9/5): It was the perfect location .. between the church and our friends - This is a great location in a beaufiful Devon village, on a river, with a good pub and a village shop serving food & selling local produce and basic supplies. There are amazing walks ... up hills and along canals. "The Annex" is in a quiet location near the heart of this lovely village. Driveway, patio and garden area are "works in progress" but will be finished shortly.
