• Heike (10/5): - Die zentrale Lage und der Ausblick sind nicht zu toppen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Schlafcouch sieht ziemlich abgewohnt aus, sonst alles top.

• Werner (8/5): Gut gelegene Wohnung mit allem was man braucht - Die Lage ist einmalig. Die Ausstattung. Tiefgarage direkt unterm Haus.
• Mandy (6/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man etwas mitten in der Stadt sucht und vieles zu Fuss erreichen möchte. Die Einrichtung ist wenig gemütlich. Teilweise war es schmutzig, z. B. unter dem Bett. Das Schlafsofa war ungemütlich und fiel schon auseinander. Im Hausflur roch es nach Kanalisation. Dass wir zusätzlich fast 60 Euro pro Nacht für 3 kleine Hunde zahlen mussten, ist nicht verhältnismässig.

• Eva (6/5): Mängel des Aufenthaltes unangenehm ansonsten zufriedenstellend. - Frühstück war okay ! Im Eingangsbereich des Hauses hatten wir eine sehr starke Geruchsbelästigung ( Fäkalgeruch !!!). Im Apartment ebenfalls der Fäkalgeruch, nur durch gutes lüften war es erträglich. Nach Hochstellung der Absaugungsanlage Lärmbelästigung !!!

• Lily (9/5): - In the heart of the city. Shops, cafe, bars all around. Beautiful clean and historical city. Fit 3 of us comfortably. 1 bedroom and lounge with sofa bed. Small washing machine in bathroom. Pillows awesome. Sofa bed a bit bumpy but still got a good sleep. Bells may annoy some, but I relished their sound and significance of the Frauen Kirche. Wonderful stay overall.
• Katarzyna (10/5): Świetny apartament przy rynku - Świetna lokalizacja na samym rynku. Piękny widok na kościół Frauenkirche. Apartament na żywo wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Wygodne łóżka. Parking w budynku (28euro/dobę), wygodny wjazd windą (niedaleko przy budynku policji jest parking zewnętrzny za 12Eur/dobę). Najważniejsze atrakcje w odległości spacerowej. Blisko do sklepów i różnorodnych restauracji. Brak kawy/herbaty w apartamencie (jest czajnik, ekspres do kawy itp.). Nieszczelne okna (trochę z nich wieje). Świetna lokalizacja na rynku skutkuje tym, że słyszy się głośno dzwony z kościoła (nawet w nocy - wybijają godziny) co nas budziło.
• Ines (9/5): Wir kommen wieder - Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Von der Ausstattung der Küche bis zur Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Es ist immer wieder schön, den Blick zur Frauenkirche schon am Morgen genießen zu können. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hat alle meine Fragen beantwortet. Die nächste Reise in ein Aparthotel ist schon gebucht. Es gibt nichts

• LOREDANA (10/5): Great prime location. - Prime location, clean and spacious apartament. Amazing view, close to all main attractions. Lots of restaurants, coffee and souvenirs shops. Underground parking is within the Frauenkirche public parking but it’s within a separate closed/secured, private area for the hotel, with direct access to the apartments by lift. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Highly recommended.
• Steffi (10/5): Wunderschön, gerne wieder! - Die Unterkunft war wirklich wunderschön. Wir haben noch ein größeres Apartment erhalten als gebucht und es war einmalig. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Frauenkirche und wir hatten sogar eine kleine Terrasse. Mit der Tiefgarage hat auch super geklappt, gleich neben der Tür gestanden, kurz zum Aufzug und hochgefahren! Perfekt, das Geld hat sich gelohnt dafür. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker, es war eine gute Auswahl und dass wir um die Ecke laufen mussten, war auch in Ordnung, da war man gleich mal kurz an der frischen Luft. Die Lage perfekt, alles innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (Residenzschloss, Zwinger, Semperoper …). Gerade für ältere Menschen, die auch nicht mehr ganz so gut zu Fuß unterwegs sind. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Vielen lieben Dank auch an die netten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption! Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden!
• Piotr (10/5): Rewelacja!!! - Świetna lokalizacja, już badlrdzoej w centrum się nie da. Parking podziemny (pomimo tego że płatny) bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany. Bezpośrednio z parkingu windą wjeżdża się do apartamentów. Przepyszne śniadanie. Bardzo miło zaskoczyła nas zmiana apartamentu, rezerwowaliśmy 44m² a dostaliśmy 130m². Z przepięknym widokiem na Neumarkt i Frauenkirche!!!
• Thomas (10/5): Es war alles super. - Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Apartment bekommen, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür. Die Lage war fantastisch, genau im Zentrum mit einem tollen Blick auf die Frauenkirche.
• Joanna (8/5): Perfect location - Spacious apartament in perfect location :) Friendly staff! In the evening the area is noisy, but it is the center and there's a restaurant on the ground floor with tables outside. Unfortunately due to the weather it was to hot to sleep with the windows closed.

Ich empfehle es weiter Ich hatte gern ein staubsauger in der Apart gehabt ..Ich bin ein putz Frick wegen das Kind. Und mehr Mull Tüten. Der Badewanne und Waschbecken brauchen dringend Reparaturen. Das Wasser fließt nicht durch. umsonst Danke Merci Thank you

• Oleh (7/5): Great location and overall nice apartment with parking (but pls do smth with mattrasses) - Great location with old town view and direct access to Frauenkirche. Also good parking solution for city centre (but not for free). Apartment was clean and well equipped. Enough space for a family of 3. Unfortunately mattresses in the bedroom and sofa in the living room are not comfortable at all. Only strong backpain after 1 overnight. So might be a problem if your back is sensitive to that
• Bruno (10/5): Cozy and comfortable apartment in the heart of Dresden - The property is very well located. Everything was super clean and comfortable. It has a great size kitchen and living room. Building has an elevator. no instructions for the washing machine. I wish they had more amenities, like paper tissue, nespresso, Etc.
