- Dan (10/5): This is a wonderful gift of a place to retreat. - Spectacular location and access to trail system Nothing

- Kefa (10/5): One of the best experience ever! - The facility and the host exceeded our expectations, one of the best we have been to, and also the best experience overall. We originally planned and booked with Expedia, many months prior. Unfortunately, on arrival and due to the big event we were attending, the hotel booked through Expedia oversold the available rooms - meaning that they could not honor the hotel reservation. Due to the big event, we were attending, coupled with housing wild fire victims - all hotels/ accommodations in that city and surrounding within one and half hours driving distance from the event location, were all sold out! Expedia tried re-booking us through multiple attempts via their "transfer" department, whilst being kept on hold for over 6 hours wait without any success! Expedia's mandatory requirement is that you have to be on hold whilst they are attempting the re-booking, which was painful and a big inconvenience in light of today's technological advancements. At the same time, we tried looking for alternative accommodation online - also without success. It was now approaching 11 p.m, that's when we tried booking.com again and found the listing, we booked right away. The host called us immediately indicating that the space was not available, that there was an error in the listing. It was only after we explained our unique situation that he graciously accepted the booking and offered us to stay at one of his mansions. It turned out to be the best experience ever, and he was very accommodating and went over and above, which exceeded our expectations. It's a hidden gem, and thanks to the host for sharing that beautiful space with the world. The decor is magnificent! The beds very comfortable, plus spotless clean with like new high end beddings, towels etc. The pets are also very friendly and welcoming, even made our stay magical. We will definitely stay at the same location when visiting, or traveling en-route to other destinations. None
- Jasmine (10/5): We did enjoy our stay, lots to explore and the use of the out buildings was encouraged by the owner. He gave us a tour w - Such a relaxing atmosphere, we spent 3 nights and explored the property. It’s very well maintained and we’d love to stay here again. We also brought our dog who loved running around the yard. My 3 year old took a tumble on the stairs, they’re very steep old farm house stairs to the second floor and basement, so something to consider if mobility is an issue.
- Michael (10/5): Beautiful spot to enjoy, even in the winter. The host Jarvis is exceptional. - The location is excellent, with canyon like scenic views. Lot's of walking to do, fun walking down to the river. Many out buildings to explore. The saloon was a fun bonus to party in.
The house is very tidy with gorgeous wood work and of course that old farm feel. There were lot's of amenities in the house. I can't forget our host Jarvis who is a hoot to be around and very friendly.
- Draven (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trish (7/5): beautiful place to stay in when the weather is warmer - So much character and charm. The view of the river is absolutely stunning. The giant boulders were amazing and the host was kind and friendly. Everything we needed was there. Also loved the old school 8-bit gaming console. We decided it has a ghost cat bc there were paw prints at chest height on the downstairs bathroom wall but nowhere else. My companion thought the place was spooky but I didn't - even though I'm always into visits from a ghost cat :)
Lots of space and can host large groups and even a space to have a gathering. It's an old farm house that is not good for people with any sort of respiratory issues. It's super musty and possibly has mold. We were there on a summer eve so could open all the windows. Would not recommend staying when you can't have natural air flow.
- Manu (9/5): Superb -
- Cassandra (5/5): Got yelled at and felt unsafe, watched, and disrespected. - It had a great view. Wifi included and most amenities you’d find in your own home for use. Lots of bedrooms and the water is lined in from saskatoon. Owner gave pretty unclear instructions over the phone, that being said we used google maps to find the place, it took us on a little bit of a trek to find the place, i was already on the verge of taking my own life this day, and when i showed up the owner of the place actually yelled at me for about 5 minutes on not taking his directions and how the younger generation does things. Extremely unprofessional and rude. He also refuses to text, making things hard.
- Kosack (9/5): Superb -
- Michelle (9/5): Home away from home. Large property with lots to see and explore. Will be back for sure! - Beautiful scenery, friendly helpful host. A real gem close to Saskatoon but far enough to get relaxed.
- Harris (10/5): Exceptional - Loved that we got fresh eggs
