• Eli (10/5): - El apartamento es nuevo y tiene de todo , cocina y sus utensilios, así como cafetera, tostadora y hervidor eléctrico, microondas, nevera cocina horno, pudiendo hacerte de comer si no quieres estar en restaurante, también dispone de lavadora. Tiene TV. Dispone de dos baños, salón comedor y un dormitorio independiente en suit.

• xing (1/5): Serious non-disclosure and unacceptable handling — not suitable for stay. - The apartment itself is modern and clean, and the basic facilities are adequate. The most serious issue is the complete failure to disclose a major scheduled construction project that directly affected the apartment. I paid for this booking on February 17. On February 19, an official municipal notice was posted confirming excavation works on February 24–25 (08:00–20:00). This clearly shows that the disturbance was known in advance. Importantly, I still had the right to cancel free of charge before February 19 at 12:00. However, neither the property nor the platform informed me about this major issue, effectively removing my ability to make an informed decision. I only became aware of the problem upon arrival on February 24. The apartment is located on the ground floor, directly facing the street, with heavy excavation taking place less than 1 meter from the bedroom window and entrance. The conditions were completely unacceptable: constant loud noise, heavy dust, and workers operating directly outside the window with no privacy. It was impossible to rest or sleep. I had completed a 20+ hour solo drive before arrival and was required to undertake another 20+ hour drive on February 26. For safety reasons, proper rest was essential, not optional. I also clearly communicated in advance with the property that I needed uninterrupted daytime rest on February 25. I specifically booked two consecutive nights to ensure I could stay in the apartment and rest throughout the day, avoiding the usual check-in/check-out gap. Despite being fully aware of my situation, the property: - failed to inform me about the construction - refused to provide any alternative solution - shifted responsibility instead of addressing the issue At the same time, the platform did not provide an effective resolution. As a result, I had no choice but to leave immediately and book another accommodation at my own expense. This reflects a serious lack of transparency and failure to meet basic accommodation standards.

• Arrate (8/5): Muy recomendable - Impoluto, espacioso y con todo lo necesario. Dejan alojarse mascotas gratis. La propietaria nos puso la bomba de calor para que tuviéramos la habitación caliente al llegar. La única pega fue el ruido.

• Renata (10/5): - Нам все понравилось, удобное расположение, рядом 200м станция метро, 20 мин и ты в центре. Бесплатная парковка, но надо поездить поискать место, хотя нам повезло и нашли место сразу. Чистая квартира, есть стиральная машина, вся посуда и приборы. Удобная кровать и диван. Две ванные комнаты. Было тепло. Да, расположение на первом этаже и слышно, если кто-то громко себя ведет на улице, но проблемы в этом не вижу, на комфортное пребывание это не повлияло. Если что, есть сушилка и она спрятана за шкафом в спальне. Я нашла ее случайно)) хотя она нам оч была нужна)) А, еще прям рядом очень хороший, большой, продуктовый магазин. И удобный способ заселения.
• Jean-Francois (6/5): Bonne localisation mais mauvaise isolation ! - L'emplacement idéal. À quelques-uns pas du métro "Almudena" qui emmène au centre de Madrid en 20'. Nous n'avons pas pris la voiture de la semaine. Le supermarché à proximité et le calme du quartier. L'appartement n'est pas isolé !!! Un grand jour apparaît sous la porte d'entrée, la fenêtre de l'entrée également. Quand il gèle dehors, ce n'est pas terrible ! De plus AUCUNE isolation phonique !! Quand le voisin est dans sa salle de bain, on a l'impression d'être à côté de lui. Pareil pour la voisine quand elle est dans sa cuisine ! Et les personnes qui passent dans la rue semblent être à côté de vous quand vous êtes dans la chambre. Quel dommage, car pour le reste, c'est un lieu agréable !

• GABRIEL (8/5): - El alojamiento está bien amueblado, no te dicen que se trata de un bajo hasta que ya has cerrado la reserva. No pasa nada, pero se debería de decir, habrá quien no le guste este tipo de alojamientos, y mí particularmente no me agradan, pero como no era ruidoso a nivel de calle, lo paso por alto. Pero hay que informar de todo, para eso está este formulario. No hay aparcamiento en la zona. Es un barrio tranquilo, pero no pueden poner en sus caracteríaticas que hay "Parquing gratuito" porque no es cierto. A determinadas horas puntas es imposible aparcar, hay que dar varias vuelta y con suerte encuentras algo bastante alejado del apartamento. Repito no pueden incluir como característica del apartamento la existencia de parking, porque eso es engañar al usuario. Mi prioridad en la búsqueda del alojamiento era la existencia de parking y esto me defraudó mucho. Lo siento hay que ser sincero y que la ubicación sea un bajo a nivel de calle tampoco está bien que no se haya informado antes.
• GEORGIOS (8/5): Ναι μεν αλλά. - Βρίσκεται σε προάστιο 20' από το κέντρο,εύκολο πάρκινγκ στους γύρω δρόμους.Ισογειο διαμέρισμα με πλήρη ανακατασκευή και διαρρύθμιση. Ενιαίο καθιστικο, κουζίνα με καναπέ κρεβάτι και μπάνιο. 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με δικό του μπάνιο. Πλήρες εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Ανοίγοντας το παράθυρο του υπνοδωματίου σε βλέπουν όσοι περπατάνε στο πεζοδρόμιο. Καθόλου ηχομόνωση. Ακούγονται οδοί μιλάνε στο δρόμο και όλοι οδοί κατοικούν στα διπλανά διαμερίσματα.Αφου έγινε ανακαίνιση έπρεπε να γίνει και ηχομόνωση. Κρίμα. Δεν μπορώ να το προτεινω για διαμονή.
• Vlatka (4/5): Practical, but noise and odors diminish the experience - Good Wi-Fi, close to metro and shops. The host allowed early check-in, which was helpful. Two bathrooms are a plus for groups. Located on the ground floor with no sound insulation — noise from the street and plumbing was constant. The strong smell of air fresheners and incense sticks was overwhelming at first, and later we noticed mold appearing in the corners. Not worth €150 per night for the overall condition.

• Flavio (8/5): Espaço bom, mas precisa de atenção com a dedetização - O espaço é novo e confortável. Muitas formigas, aranhas, baratas… o ambiente precisa ser dedetizado com urgência. Muito barulho da rua.
• LEOTAD (9/5): Madrid vacanza Agosto 2025 - La posizione è fantastica, a nemmeno 50 metri c'è un supermercato e a circa 300 metri c'è la fermata della linea 2 della metro che ti porta direttamente nel centro di Madrid. La comodità dei 2 bagni è fantastica. Il parcheggio in strada è sempre disponibile gratuitamente ( io ho parcheggiato proprio davanti all'ingresso) e poi ci siamo spostati solo con la metro che è comodissima In una parte dell'appartamento c'erano le formiche, ma per me che ho vissuto in campagna non è un problema rilevante. Il letto è un po' duro, ma quello è un gusto mio personale

Nothing in particular but sometimes it can get a little noisy in the morning. You can hear the people passing by and cars going on the street. But overall it was good.
