• Nikolaos (10/5): - A very good choice! Appartment had everything we could need, was very clean and very spacious. The owner Luca is a gem! Explained everything in detail, always with a smile. Really nice to have met him!!!! It's close to the old city center, although Bologna is a place to just walk and walk and walk, every street has something to show you. It was a very good choice and will definetaly stay there again!

• Andrew (10/5): A genuinely warm welcome, a beautifully presented fully furnished apartment. - Luca is a fantastic host, from allowing us in to the apartment early to meeting us at the door and explaining every aspect of the apartment he shone with enthusiasm. The apartment provided everything and more for our stay. Spotlessly clean and well presented throughout. The location is perfect, a feeling of being in town, but very quiet and very convenient for the station and sightseeing. We would recommend fully to anyone looking for a convenient fully furnished base in this beautiful city.

La 100 de metri de proprietate există stație de autobuz! Magazine ! Camera este mare și are un pat dublu mare foarte confortabil și un pat de o persoană! Bucătărie este dotată cu tot ce e nevoie! Luca ne-a asigurat cafeaua pentru cele 3 zile , ceai și în frigider aveam 3 sticluțe de apă și 5 doze de suc! Luca este foarte amabil. Ne-a ajutat cu informații iar dimineața a venit la plecare și ne a chemat taxiul! Recomand! -

• Ana Maria (10/5): Apartamento muy cómodo - Cuando llegamos Luca ya estaba esperándonos en la puerta con una sonrisa. Hizo lo posible para que pudiésemos entrar antes al apartamento lo que nos vino fenomenal. Es un gran anfitrión. El apartamento tiene una buena ubicación aunque sí es cierto que no está en el centro del casco antiguo pero tampoco está lejos y nosotros íbamos andando a todos los sitios. Es tal como lo ves en las imágenes. Está muy limpio y muy bien equipado. En la nevera nos esperaban unos zumos, Coca-Cola y agua y por supuesto diferentes tipos de infusiones. Un detalle por su parte. Al ser una planta baja es comodísimo. El baño es muy amplio. Luca nos aconsejó algunos sitios para comer y visitar y un acierto. Volvería seguro.

He was always available and gave us some good advice and tips about Bologna. The apartment is in a wonderful location, close to anything you could want. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and has everything a traveller could need, especially locally. We highly recommend this apartment! Nothing!

L'attenzione nei confronti dell'ospite è evidente in ogni angolo. L'appartamento è stato molto apprezzato, adatto anche a persone anziane o con disabilità, data l'accessibilità. Il proprietario è stato eccezionale, molto gentile e disponibilissimo. Ci ha dato molti consigli già prima dell'arrivo e ci ha accolti nell'appartamento facendoci sentire subito a casa. • Mark (8/5): A Compact Gem with Outstanding Hospitality and Amenities - Our experience began with a warm and personal welcome from the owner, Luca, who met us at the property to show us around and ensure we were settled in. His offer of being available should we need anything set a wonderful tone for our stay. While the accommodation is a compact, single-room layout, it is exceptionally well-designed and met our needs perfectly. The apartment was immaculately clean, and the air conditioning kept it comfortably cool. The standout feature was the kitchen. It was brilliantly equipped, not just with a comprehensive range of cooking items but also with thoughtful basics like oil and salt, which made self-catering effortless. The coffee machine was stocked with a more than generous supply of pods, and the large fridge contained complimentary drinks—a lovely touch. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and the inclusion of a washing machine and clothes drying rack was an incredibly convenient and welcome feature. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, such as a selection of games and activities. Despite its proximity to busy roads, the apartment was remarkably quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. For the price and the location, I don't think we could have expected anything else. The property has basic decor, but suited us fine for our short stay.

It is a 20min walk to the train station and we used it as a base to visit nearby towns as well as enjoy Bologna which is a lovely city with all the porticos. The city tax is now quite expensive and makes the rental seem less value for money.

The host, Luca was amazing, he checked in with us prior to our arrival and made the transitions smooth, also calling us a taxi to the station at the time we needed to check-out. • Alina (10/5): Exceptional - It's hard to say what's missing in this apartment, because it has everything! The owner thoughtfully took care of everything so guests would feel at home and wrote detailed instructions. I was passing through from Bologna, and I was even able to wash and iron my clothes here, which is important in such heat. There were even capsules for the washing machine, so I didn't have to buy a whole pack. Many thanks to Luka for the pleasant communication and hosting! If you like to sleep with the windows open, you should understand that the apartment is on the first floor and the windows look directly onto the roadway. However, this was not a problem for me, as the air conditioning worked well in the room.

He has given the apartment a nice "homely" feel. Let us check-in early and met us for check-out. Easy walking to attractions in the "old city". Close to good supermarket. We were pretty satisfied with what was provided.

A few refreshments in the fridge. Netflix was available. Lots of lively bars and restaurants close by. Some of the area around was a little seedy.

Luca was very easy to communicate with and waited for us on arrival when he clearly explained everything to do with the apartment. There was tea, coffee and some drinks in the fridge which was a nice touch. There were plenty of dishes and glasses etc. Both beds were comfortable. Nothing - we found the place comfortable and well equipped.

The apartment was very well stocked and in a perfect location - close to tourist attractions, transportation and the airport. I recommend this apartment for anyone looking or something affordable and very very comfortable. We appreciated the warm welcome! - The owner was amazing, greeted us at door, showed us around, had water and a variety of beverages in the fridge for us and made sure we had transportation (called us a taxi) when it was time to check out. The apartment had everything we needed, including great coffee and an easy coffee maker! The air conditioning worked well, fantastic shower with great water pressure, towels and soaps. There was even a washing machine!

The day we arrived was warm, Luca prepared the welcome drinks in the fridge. Luca is super friendly, we enoyed our stay in Bologna. Nothing, everything is good. The only thing you might need to concern is the warm water. We are a family with 4 people, you might not able to take a shower one by one. The boiler needs 30-40 minutes to warm up the water.

Arrived a little late and Luca had come early and reserved us a car park before helping us with luggage. Gave us a great introduction to the apartment and Bologna. Excellent apartment in the university area close to the centre of Bologna. Lots of amenities and extras, and even some welcome drinks provided by Luca. Lively area with lots of eateries and interesting things to see. Highly recommended. Nothing. If washing hair etc just be a little conservative with hot water if there is a group of you.
