• Iryna (8/5): Все ок - Все чудово. В 10хв від Firenza Refridi. Біля будинку Lidl, 1хв. В квартирі все працює. Кімнати чисті і охайні. Heithem був ввічливим і надав всю необхідну інформацію Все сподобалось

• Sana (4/5): Exceptionally bad - Location only It was mentioned on the property that there is air-conditioning in the flat but it was only inside the kitchen. There was no fan or anything else inside the bedroom or anywhere else in the apartment when when I try to contact the Booking.com or the apartment manager or the agency that is managing the apartment, they didn’t help at all. I had to spend all all the time sweating in a warm apartment. If anybody is going to go there, I would recommend you go to stay at this place when it’s very cold outside so that you don’t feel that kind of a heat . I would never recommend anybody to go to this place even if they fix the air-conditioning and put the fans in the rooms still the communication with the property management and the booking.com was really really bad the worst experience of my whole life

• Biagio (5/5): - Le foto ingannano...... non corrispondono alla realtà nella loro integrità....... gli arredi sono molto usurati..... il lavabo nel bagno è assolutamente poco pratico durante l'uso l'acqua allaga tutto...... la doccia non ha una mensola, ripiano insomma qualcosa per reggere lo shampoo, bagnoschiuma etc....

• Rocio (8/5): - El apartamento está bastante bien. Hay un Lidl a lado por si quieres comprar para desayunar. El barrio es tranquilo Está un poco lejos del centro pero la parada del bus está cerca.

• Oscar (2/5): Muy mal - La situacion del apartamento Esperar a la puerta a la persona que nos iba a entregar las llaves mas de 45 minutos. La cisterna del wáter estaba rota y el agua estaba marron y oliente. Tuve que llamar a booking para que lo solucionaran con la empresa que lleva el alojamiento ya que la persona que nos dieron como contacto no contestaba ni resolvió nada. Es mas despues de mas de 6 dias estoy esperando a que me responda a mi whatsapp de como gestionar las basuras en florencia porque los contenedores estan cerrados y solo abren con una tarjeta o dispositivo. Booking me dijo que llamaria a la empresa y solicitaria compensacion economica por todo lo pasado, aun espero respuesta. Lo unico que logre es tener el baño al dia siguiente, que mandaron a alguien a arreglarlo. Muy vergonzoso todo, el apartamebto amueblado con muebles de los mas baratos y camas poco cómodas. Apartamento poco cuidado y con mosquiteras rotas. Las fotos que pongo es de como encontramos el baño y que no pudimos utilizar durante 1 dia.

• Andy_cer (3/5): The biggest problem was the sofa bed . After 5 min it completely fell apart. It was impossible to sl - Handing over the keys was very problematic. The contact person did not want to accept the date. We had to wait a long time for the keys. Finally after a lot of pressure from our side it was better
• Ana (7/5): Good - The house was pretty good! It was clean and warm ([in march 2023] automatic eating system), there was plenty of space in every room and had all the conditions to prepare meals! It was very close to a Lidl supermarket witch turned out to be very helpful since to get to the house takes some time from the city center! The house itself was pretty good! The location is the only thing that thrown us away because of the transports to get to and come back from the city center that can get tricky... we were constantly waiting in a bus stop close to the house for buses that hardly never came and when it came we couldn't buy a ticket in the bus (tip: buy extra tickets in stores that have a "T" sign outside the store) so we had to walk about 15 minutes to get to the train!

• Ihar (9/5): Superb - The flat is perfect, you can find all facilities you need for great accomodation. It is very handy to get the city center using the bus (bus station is in 3 min). Lidl supermarket is very close to the house. Great place to spend several days.
