- Emmanuelle (8/5): - L'emplacement est très bien. On peut visiter Berlin facilement par le U-bahn ou à pied. Impossible de fermer complètement les rideaux pour bien dormir. Les matelas des lits sont très mous. Nous n'avons pas bien dormi ce qui a un peu gâché notre voyage.

- Merel (7/5): Fijne accommodatie op een perfecte locatie. - De locatie is geweldig! Goed te bereiken met het OV en dichtbij diverse bezienswaardigheden. Verder liggen de bedden heerlijk en is het een fijn ruim en licht appartement. Rustige locatie, goed kunnen slapen. Twee koffiebarretjes om de hoek. Er lag nog brood van een vorige gast in de keukenkast. En was geen keukendoek, deze werd overigens na melden wel gebracht na twee dagen. De schoonmaak kan beter, maar ik denk dat de schoonmakers er niet voldoende tijd voor hebben. Een kleine beschrijving waar je het huisvuil moet laten was fijn geweest.
- Tim Vissers (8/5): - De locatie is super, centraal Berlijn. De oven is een magnetron, dus geen afbakbroodjes meenemen ;-). Let wel op 3 slaapkamers zijn in totaal 3 kamers, 2x slaapkamer en 1x slaap/woonkamer.

- Eric (8/5): Bel appartement bien situé - Lumineux, chambres spacieuses, cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée, 2 grandes salles de bain avec toilettes, literie et oreillers confortables. Appartement très propre, très bien situé pour visiter à pied Pas de coin salon ni de salle à manger, cuisine trop petite pour 8 personnes et avec seulement 7 chaises. Communication pas très fluide avec le propriétaire

- 2ba Dmrl (10/5): - Die Lage ist top. Alle guten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr nahe gelegen. Selbst mit dem Auto hat man immer park Möglichkeiten welches aber mit parkschein ist. Es ist ein typisches Berliner Altbau aber sehr komfortabel und sauber. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir definitiv wieder kommen.
- JJ Merelo (9/5): Un buen sitio céntrico para un grupo grande - Una localización increíble, a un paso de Alexanderplatz, la Opera, los museos... Un piso muy amplio, con buena cocina y espaciosa, también bien dotada. Muy bueno para un grupo grande Había una máquina extractora o algo así que hacía ruido toda la noche. El WiFi no funcionaba y tuvieron que darnos uno alternativo. La organización de las habitaciones, 2+2+3+1 podría ser mejor para cuatro parejas. Y finalmente un solo baño para 8 personas requiere disciplina y organización

- Магдич (9/5): Дуже комфортне помешкання - Найбільше сподобалось місце розташування апартаментів . Це так званий "Музейний острів" неподалік Телевезійної вежі та Берлінського собору . Це супер 👍 Сподобалось все! Цілком комфортно, хоч без додаткових опцій дизайну чи оздоблення. Є все необхідне! Для нашої великої групи (8 дорослих + 1 немовля) всім вистачило комфортних спальних місць. Один нюанс - на кухні не вистачало одного крісла за столом ( стільців 7)

- SAMİ (7/5): Merkezi konumda rahat daire - Ev gayet geniş ve dört kişi konaklamaya uygundu. Evde ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her türlü olanak mevcuttu. Konum olarak da oldukça merkezi idi. Metro ve otobüse çok kısa yürüme ile rahatça ulaşılabiliyor. Check-in bilgilerini binanın önüne geldiğimizde mesaj atıp istedim. Önceden gönderilmesi gerekiyordu. Ayrıca çöplerin nasıl atılacağını da sorup öğrendim. Tesis bu gibi bilgileri önceden paylaşmalıydı.

- Shanna (8/5): - Het was schoon en bedden waren fijn. Ruime slaapkamers en een keuken met alles erin. De badkamer heeft alleen een badkuip en die is gevaarlijk. We zijn allemaal uitgegleden waarvan 1 persoon naar het ziekenhuis moest. Het bad is aflopend en smal om in te staan. Je glijdt snel uit.

- Guest (7/5): Praktisch appartement midden in de stad, vlakbij OV, maar zonder sociale ruimte - De locatie is erg goed, op loopafstand van de meeste musea. En bus- en metrohaltes zijn vlakbij. Er is ook een supermarkt op 5 minuten lopen. En we hadden een grote badkamer met bad. Er is geen woonkamer, alleen een keuken die voor 5 personen nogal smal is om in te verblijven (en een beetje ongezellig ook, met fel licht). Het servies is behoorlijk mager, met slechts 5 eetmessen, 1 yoghurt-/soepbakje en een handjevol glazen. En je moet behoorlijk wat trappen oplopen, we zaten op de derde verdieping. Als je slecht ter been bent is dat wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Tip voor de eigenaar: leg wat info over Berlijn neer, wat folders en stadsplattegronden bijvoorbeeld. Dat komt meer welkom over. En leg een duidelijke instructie neer waar het vuilnis heen moet. Want het was ons eerst niet duidelijk dat je daarvoor beneden op straat moet zijn, bij een houten poort.

Muito confortável, bem organizado e com tudo o que eu precisava para uma semana tranquila no centro da cidade. A localização é imbatível, perto de tudo e muito prática para quem está a trabalho ou turismo. Recomendo demais e certamente voltarei! Tudo perfeito…

- Erdal (5/5): - Kunumu mükemmel Dairede geldiğimizde kaloriferler çalışmıyordu. Elektrikli 4 kalorifer konulmuş onlardan da biri çalışmıyordu. Giriş yaptığımızda çok soğuktu ve saatlerce ısınmadı. Sonradan 2 elektrikli kalorifer getirdiler, bu defa da defalarca sigorta attı. Daire 4. Kattaydı, asansör yoktu ve bunu geldikten sonra öğrendik. Yanımızda bir kişi yaşlıydı, giriş çıkış çok zor oldu.

- delor (9/5): - L'appartement, caractérisé par une luminosité naturelle abondante, a offert un hébergement confortable pour cinq personnes. Il se distingue par un niveau de confort élevé, une température ambiante adéquate et des équipements complets. Sa localisation stratégique a facilité tous nos déplacements à pied. Les nuisances sonores liées aux travaux de l'immeuble voisin débutent à 7h. L'appartement est situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, ce qui pourrait représenter un inconvénient pour une personne âgée ou lors du transport de bagages.
