• Natalya (7/5): Is ok als uitvalsbasis voor de uitstapjes. Basic comfort. - Mooi ingericht, comfortabel Geen koffie of thee voorzien. Locatie is niet top, ziet er niet veilig uit.
• nikipolizoi (4/5): - Το κατάλυμα είχε σπασμένο καναπέ και κίτρινο έντονο λεκέ στο στρώμα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν στον πρώτο όροφο και τα πατζούρια δεν έκλειναν τελείως. Επίσης, στο μπάνιο το χειριστήριο της ντουζιέρας είχε ξεκολλήσει και τη δεύτερη μέρα βούλωσε ο νιπτήρας και δεν ξεβούλωσε ακόμα και όταν προσπάθησαν να το φτιάξουν. Επιπλέον, το βράδυ είχε θόρυβο. Παρόλ' αυτά όταν εκφράσαμε τα παράπονα μας, μας έφτιαξαν τον καναπέ άλλα δεν άλλαξαν το στρώμα και έφτιαξαν το χειριστήριο της ντουζιέρας.

• Ibraeva (7/5): Good - Host was nice, she let us check in earlier, thanks for that! We liked AC on the both levels, we had washing and dishwashing machine, all the stuff for kitchen, an iron, cloth dryer and all the other things! Studio was spacious, bed sheets were clean, soft and white. I received the whole instruction of how to use everything in the apartment. Entrance to the building was spacious and there is an elevator. There are several markets nearby. 1. The toilet is on the 2 level, which is not comfortable to go always up. 2. Out of all space is the studio, bathroom was the least clean with the bed smell, the ventilation didn't work or wasn't there at all, so it was stuffy. 3. The shower wasn’t comfortable, regulator of the shower was on one side and the shower head was on the other side. 4. No hangers for the towels and clothes at all 5. The lighting was not enough, it was too dark inside the studio, especially in the evening. 6. Ergonomically the studio was not very well thought out 7. Although there was a nice view of the building opposite, but we didn’t like the neighborhood, it was noisy, dirty with a large crowd of people. But the building itself is good, there is a quiet courtyard inside and overall it was safe.
• Helena (7/5): Good - The entire building where the apartment is located is newly decorated. The apartment is decorated in an industrial style. Everything is new. Unfortunately, it is quite unmaintained. The cleanliness is questionable, especially in the bathroom - there is mold on the tiles. The entire apartment was not cleaned well. Dirty windows, lots of dust everywhere. We were a little shocked by the neighborhood. The balcony overlooks a square where mostly men (immigrants, Indians) gather during the day and especially in the evening. It is quite noisy and loud long into the night. Further down the street you will also encounter such groups of people, which is not a pleasant feeling at all, especially when you are women alone. We took Uber for the rest of our stay because we felt uncomfortable walking around the neighborhood the whole time. Take note of that.
• Marina (8/5): We really wish the next time we come we’ll find all these details repaired and service improved. - The location is very well connected with public transportation and it is 15min. walk from Praça Figueira and Praça Dom Perdo IV (Rossio) where a lot buses and a green metro line pass by. The flat is very well equipped and organized, and looks like on the pictures, it’s spacious and we liked it. There are a couple of restaurants very near, one of which is famous Ramiro. The neighborhood is very lively especially in the evening. The building was renovated and it has inner garden with birds you can hear in the morning and evening. The dishes weren’t clean enough (there were traces on the cups, glasses, cutlery) and some of cups were damaged. The overall cleanness could/should be better, there was no shampoo holder in the very spacious shower. Apart from 4 poor hangers in the wardrobe there were literally no hooks to leave the coats and jackets (so we used chairs, we had 5/7 rainy days) neither the towels hangers in the bathroom (so we used the gallery fence, there was no other option). We had our own small ikea hooks that we couldn’t use as the door was extremely high. When we came, it looked like there was no duvet cover on the double bed so we asked for it, and it turned out that it existed but it was so invisibly thin and when I asked for additional one I got the answer that was standard and if needed that we can use the AC. Our stay would be much more pleasant if we could get an extra duvet cover because at night it was chilly, for extra pillows we didn’t ask. All of these are details and cost very little, but would significantly improve the overall impression.
• Xenia (6/5): Pleasant - The location - close to the city center and lots of interesting places, which was convenient The evening noise was constant, so I had to keep the window closed, which was frustrating because we couldn’t get fresh air. There were also cockroaches in the bathroom

• Tracey (8/5): Loved Lisbon, great apartment - Very well equipped & good location with bars, cafes, supermarkets v close by Collection of keys is from remote office not especially close to the apartment. Would be so much better to have lock box or code entry so guests don't have to visit Feels Like Home office to collect the keys
• Morfoula (7/5): Good - We really enjoyed the modern design of the place, it was very clean and user friendly. The bed wasn't comfortable at all and it was making sounds when you moved on it.
