- Ursula (6/5): Not worth the price !! - Location, front beach Elevator, we have to wait long time . No beach chairs one day even they charge resort fee! Apart 1903 bad maintenance! Stove dirty, carpeting to old, broken pieces in the carpeting even my son almost cut his foot bcs little nails, very dirty and when we open the door has a funny smell, master bathroom tile ( 1 long piece was loose). Conclusion, this apart needs urgent maintenance . This is my 3rd time in this building and was really good the first 2 times and beautiful and update apartments. This time no way. I don’t think we are going back to this property. Staff not friendly at all( not everyone of course).
