Heiko (9/5): - Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Check-In und der Check-Out ist, auch Dank einer stets freundliche und hilfreiche Kommunikation, total unkompliziert. Wir hatten ein schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einer gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Ein modernes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche trug zum guten Gesamteindruck und Komfort bei. Alles war sehr, sehr sauber! Ein großer Pluspunkt sind auch die ausreichend vorhandenen, großen und kostenlosen Parkplätze auf dem Hof. Insgesamt punktet die Unterkunft mit einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Eine schallisolierte bzw. eine etwas massivere Zugangstür zum Appartement würde den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen.

Peter (8/5): - Flexible check-in, price Although the room was technically clean, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room textiles (curtains, beds, fabrics), as if cooking odors from other rooms had been absorbed over time. If rooms include kitchen facilities, a proper air extraction system would really help improve the comfort of the stay. We only stayed for a short visit because of the convenient location close to Dresden, but for a longer stay than one nigh we would likely have not picked it. But we may have been unlucky to get the room.after the smelly cook.

Sebastian (10/5): Fantastisch, jederzeit wieder - Einfach eine rundum schöne Unterkunft, war sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Küchenzeile ist auch praktisch, um sich was zum Essen zu kochen. Es gibt 4 Stühle (davon 2 Klappstühle) und einen Tisch, sodass man zu viert gut ein paar Tage hier verbringen kann. Sie liegt zwar am Ortsrand Dresdens, ist aber nah an der Autobahn und mit Bus (Haltestelle vor der Tür) und Tram ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Zu Fuß ist es auch nicht weit nach Radebeul, sodass man sich dort sogar morgens Brötchen vom Bäcker holen kann.

Tanja (6/5): Im Winter vielleicht gar nicht mal so schlecht. Im Sommer würde ich nur ungern in so einem Haus ein checken. - Sehr schöne neu renovierte, schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Perfekt mit dem Schlüssel im Briefkasten. Sehr schnell unkompliziert. Sehr hellhörig. In der Umgebung ist gar nicht los und das schlimmste, nicht weit weg ist wohl ein Kompost oder Müllanlage. Was der Grund für die vielen Fliegen ist. Trotz der Netze vor dem Fenster sind trotzdem immer wieder neue Fliegen von irgendwo dazu gekommen. Obwohl Fenster nicht ein Mal aufgemacht wurden. Wir waren eine Nacht in April da. Es ging noch aber länger würde ich da nicht aushalten. Vor allem im Sommer absolut nicht empfehlenswert, da keine Klimaanlage bzw. Fenster demnach nicht zum öffnen sind. Was ich gut find: es wurde in anderen Kommentaren bemängelt, dass die Bettdecke zu kurz bzw. zu dünn wäre. Wir hatten eine Wolldecke im Schrank liegen und die Bettdecke hat mir gepasst, bei 176cm Größe. Also gehe ich davon aus, die Mängel wurden behoben.

Simone (5/5): - Sono stato tre notti l'appartamento era pulito e di ristrutturazione recente però per tutte e tre le sere ho dovuto combattere con le mosche che entravano cinque sei alla volta e non sapevo da dove, il pavimento in PVC era sollevato non è una bella sensazione.

Maciek Piotrowski (9/5): - Parking, blisko przystanek autobusowy, wygodny pokój. Pokoj wymaga odświeżenia. Nie ma tragedii, ale potrzeba przeglądnąć wszystko. Na przykład opadający dozownik mydła. Zapach rano na zewnątrz nie należał do przyjemnych.

Oleksandra (9/5): Perfect place for an overnight stay during a long-distance road-trip. - Comfortable location for a road trip. Large and free guest parking. Clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. Smooth self check-in and check-out. No coffee - neither in the room (though, there's a filter appliance in the kitchen), nor in the hall. Also, had a tricky situation with the cleaning stuff - about an hour before check-out time (I just went out from the shower, undressed) and heard the door opening. I was a bit shocked, but managed to ask, who was that - a male voice answered, it's room cleaning. When we figured out that he is not welcomed yet, he apologized and left.
