• Love 2 Travel 2 (9/5): Fantastic Location, Spacious and Comfortable - Great location steps from Via Fillungo, the main throughfare in Lucca. Apartment was on the top floor, however there was a lift which is relatively rare in Lucca. The apartment is spacious with great views from the bedroom and living area windows. Large kitchen/dining area and upstairs mezzanine sitting room. Separate bedroom with comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Airconditioning in all rooms ensured a comfortable stay in the hot summer. A coffee machine would be a great addition. Only the mezzanine area can get very hot and is difficult to cool down even with the air conditioning unit. The bathroom is a bit outdated. The length of time for the deposit to be reimbursed seems excessive. However, we would highly recommend the apartment as the strong positives far outweigh any negatives.
• Alex (9/5): We absolutely loved staying here. A perfect spot right in the centre of Lucca. Only a short walk to all of the bars and - The spaciousness, the decor, the layout, the location. Absolutely loved this property. Only thing missing is a balcony but these are relatively hard to come by in Lucca.

• Moran (8/5): Beautiful apartment, Excellent location. Highly recommended. - Excellent location in a beautiful building. Huge amount of space, made us feel as though we were home. Kitchen very well equipped for self catering. Plenty of utensils and pots/pans. The shower head holder was broken as was the shower door. We arrived on a Friday and reported it immediately, unfortunately there was no technician sent to rectify the issue at any point. We left on the Tuesday morning. The lack of basic sanitary items such as toilet paper surprised us also (only 1 roll).
• John (8/5): - We thought the whole apartment was a great spacious apartment, and we loved it. On the Monday when we arrived, we dropped our bags off as our flight was delayed. When we arrived back to the apartment, my wife walked towards the bathroom, and there was quite a large puddle off water by the rug and armchairs. My wife had slipped and hurt her back due to the room being dark and not noticing it at first. I took her away due to her having multiple procedures on her spine for the last 18 months, and she is still in recovery. So this was not ideal, and her back is still hurting and set her recovery back. Also, the bathroom pull cord in the bath is black with mould... not nice to look at as when you have a shower, the black bits came off the cord. Also, the step to the toilet has a metal plate that's not secure and kept falling off, which is dangerous, and you could easily slip on as we dud when it first fell off. Otherwise, everything else was great. I'm not one to complain, but these issues need to be told and resolved.
