• Nadine (9/5): Top Lage, tolles Haus, Reinlichkeit und Ausstattung ausbaufähig - Die Lage vom Haus ist ein riesen Pluspunkt. Zu unserer Reisezeit war ab 9 Uhr morgens die Sonne über dem Haus und ging dann auch am Pool unter, somit ist die Poolarea die gesamte Zeit in der Sonne. Die Umgebung ist so ruhig, wenig Verkehr - man kann absolute Ruhe genießen. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten. Auch zu mehreren Leuten hat man hier ausreichend Platz. Der Verwalter/ Besitzer war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei Problemen direkt zur Seite gestanden. Wir haben uns 10 Tage lang trotz der Sachen, die wir hier negativ erwähnen, wohlgefühlt und eine schöne Zeit in Cape Coral gehabt. Die Sauberkeit blieb auf den zweiten Blick leider etwas aus. Teilweise waren dreckige Duschhandtücher im Schrank, der Außenbereich war nicht gefegt, die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche nicht abgeputzt, in der Kaffeekanne waren noch Reste, der Kühlschrank roch nach Fisch, einige Gläser waren dreckig und an z.B. den Lamellen im Schlafzimmer hing eine Staubschicht. Manche Küchenschränke sollten mal ausgewischt werden. Wir haben mit Check In mitgeteilt, dass es sauberer sein sollte, es aber soweit für uns okay ist. Wir haben auf eine Nachbesserung verzichtet, auch weil wir nicht ganz so pingelig sind und dann selber eben gewaschen und abgeputzt haben. Aufgefallen ist es uns dennoch. Wer hier empfindlich ist, sollte das wissen. Die Kücheaussstattung könnte besser sein. So gab nur ein einziges scharfes Küchenmesser. Die Pfannen sind alle sehr abgenutzt und müssen ausgetauscht werden. Es fehlte an einer Schere und einem Dosenöffner. Soweit war eine gewisse Grundausstattung (Salz, Pfeffer, Alufolie, Toilettenpapier usw.) vorhanden. Mit einmaliger Benutzung zeigte die Kaffeemaschine an, dass sie gereinigt werden müsste. Wir hatten Entkalker aus Deutschland dabei, danach zeigte die Maschine allerdings weiter die Meldung an. Auch war direkt vor Gebrauch die Gasflasche vom BBQ leer. Zwar kam der Verwalter und tauschte diese aus, dennoch wäre es natürlich irgendwie schöner, dass man sich um so etwas nicht kümmern müsste. Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle sind vorhanden. Allerdings sind die Stühle auch schon älter und das sieht man ihnen an. Offenbar haben Gäste sie bei Nutzung mit Getränken verunreinigt und sie dann auch nicht gereinigt. Das ist für die nächsten dann unschön und trug zum Gesamtbild, das es hätte sauberer sein können, leider bei. Die beschriebenen Dinge mögen fürchterlich negativ klingen, haben für uns persönlich den Aufenthalt aber nicht schlechter gemacht.

• Ron (10/5): Had a great time - The house is located in a very nice neighborhood with sidewalks to go for a walk. The back pool area is private and overlooks a very wide canal which makes it feel even more private. The house was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I have no idea why anyone would stay in a hotel when you can have an entire house to yourself. I would definitely stay here again Having to leave🤣

• Rose (8/5): Relaxing, spacious and luxurious - Beautiful home with lots of amenities. We were very comfortable in our stay and slept well with the cozy beds. Only complaint was the pool was too chilly, so we really did nothing more than try to acclimate to the cooler water, but thoroughly enjoyed just enjoying the peace and quiet of the lanai.

• Anthony (8/5): Overall we had a good stay and comfortable accomodations and would recommend this property - location of house was conveinient to where we wanted to go and ameneties provided were nice make the stay easier and comfortable to enjoy the property and surrounding locations unfortunately water access to and out of property was nat available by boat as we planned for due to the waterway locks were under construction changing the whole dynamic of our trip. Some ameneties not working proper ( garbage disposal , pool jets and waterfall ) and house needed some maintainence ( hole in drywall , broken furniture to replace , toilet running) , but these are easy things to remedy for future guests.
