• Nilly (7/5): Fine for two nights, not longer - First, the location is fantastic. Maria, the host, was very welcoming and friendly, and responded quickly to questions. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great. The apartment is actually a studio, so way smaller than what you see in the photos. I can't imagine how more than two people could fit there (a sofa bed). The design is lacking in basic things: a night lamp, chairs on the terrace, curtains on the windows, *two* face/hand towels for *two* people (rather than one that we received). Though it wasn't a complete disaster, I'm glad we didn't have to stay for more than two nights (plus, crazy construction work noise throughout the day). All in all, Madrid is super expensive and this apartment isn't worth the money paid.

• MARGA SOLAIRE (7/5): Central Location Studio - The studio is very centrally located, which was the main reason we booked it, you can easily reach all the important points in Madrid on foot. It is situated in the Sol district, a very lively area with plenty of bars, restaurants, and markets, and even a Lidl just on the other side of the building. The host who met us with the keys, Stephanie, was polite and friendly. The mattresses were also comfortable, generally clean studio. First of all, the property is advertised on Booking as an apartment, but it is actually a studio - a single room with a kitchen and bathroom all in one space. Secondly, there was no information stating that arrivals after 22:00 incur an additional €20 “late check-in” fee, which the host Maria informed us on Whats UP after stating our arrival time. Our flight was scheduled to arrive around 21:00, so we were unsure whether we would make it to the property before 22:00. Fortunately, the plane landed 25 minutes early, and we managed to arrive just before 22:00, where someone was waiting with the keys. We avoided paying the extra fee, but this should not depend on flight timing. Since this information was not stated in the booking description, we would not have booked the property had we known. Upon departure, we were not given any instructions regarding the key return. We wrote to the host and waited for someone to collect them for a while, and only after calling why they are not coming, were we told to leave the keys inside the room and leave, which felt unprofessional. The neighborhood is very loud. The walls are thin, and you can clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms. The building and surrounding area seem to consist mostly of short-term rental apartments. The balcony doors also lack proper soundproofing, so if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, this is not suitable. Finally, the photos make the studio look much nicer than it actually is in reality.
• Majed Abdallah (7/5): Good for a few days stay in Madrid. - Great location close to the city center, with plenty of nice bars nearby and within walking distance of Puerta del Sol and major attractions. The place was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great for a short stay in Madrid. The room felt a bit small for the price point. There was also occasional noise coming from the bathroom, possibly related to the flushing system.

La descripción de Booking no corresponde con lo reservado ya que pone que se trata de un pequeño apartamento con dormitorio (con cama y sofá cama) y salón con soma cama. Luego resulta ser un estudio con cama, sofá cama, cocina y baño. Además, la calle en la que se ubica es muy ruidosa sobre todo los viernes y los sabados.

We zijn een nieuwe gaan kopen anders kregen we onze fles wijn niet open, hebben hem achter gelaten zodat de volgende personen de fles open krijgen.

• Nikola (8/5): Super lokalita, čisté, ak si nepotrpíte si na veľký komfort a nechcete v izbe traviť veľa času. - Vynikajúca poloha ubytovania priamo v centre mesta a zároveň kľudná lokalita. Takmer všetko sme mali na pešo, blízko množstvo taverničiek, kaviarní aj malý supermarket. Ubytovanie bolo čisté a hostiteľky veľmi milé a ústretové. Izba bola pomerne tmavá, okná orientované len do servisného átria. Ohrievač na vodu vydával divný pisklavý zvku, keď zohrieval teplú vodu. Našťastie to vždy po nejakom čase prestalo. Steny sú tu ozaj tenké a dosť počuť susedov.

Zum größten Teil war es sauber, aber die Haare in den Betten und der Dusche waren nicht so toll. Die Betten waren extrem unbequem und es war sehr laut in den Appartments, nicht nur von den Nachbarn, sondern vor allem auch von der Straße

La descripcion era habitacion independiente y no fue asi. Cocina y habitacion junto, sin armario. Simplemente una barra y dos patas con ruedas. Sí tenia balcon pero casi no se podia salir por dos tendederos, aparato de aire y unas maderas. Hay sofa cama pero sin ropa de cama para el sofa.

• Eric (8/5): - The apartments are very well located, just a 5-minute walk from Plaza Mayor, which made everything super convenient during our stay. The place has more of a hostel-style vibe rather than a luxury apartment, but it is clean, comfortable, and functional. You do need to coordinate with the host to receive the keys in person, but we had no issues at all with the process—it was smooth and easy. What I liked the most was how accessible everything was and how comfortable the bed was. If you are looking for a luxury stay, this may not be the place for you. However, if you want something clean, well-located, and equipped with everything a person, couple, or family might need, this is a great option.

• Leo (9/5): Overall very comfortable and felt secure there and a great launching pad for the city of Madrid - Amazingly convenient to many parts of the city. Maria and Jose Miguel were very accommodating and always responded quickly. Temperature control in the room was excellent. A couple of more utensils for cooking would have been helpful but Maria and Jose Miguel helped us out there.

• Dolores (9/5): Estancia perfecta, en apartamento céntrico y excepcional. - Me gustó mucho la ubicación, y la comodidad de las camas, lo práctico que es, con cocina, lavadora, y menaje, además de cápsulas de café, descafeinado, y té de cortesía. Es exterior con terraza, y Está a un paso de la plaza Mayor, y a 5 minutos andando de Sol. Además, añadir la importancia de su accesibilidad, con ascensor a cota cero, y la calefacción y temperatura adecuadas. Nuestra estancia en el apartamento ha sido muy agradable, con un montón de servicios en el mismo portal. También añadir la simpatía y generosidad de la anfitriona que nos permitió el check-out más tardío sin coste adicional. Sin duda repetiremos. Añadiría algún armario más.
• Raul (4/5): Pésimo y decepcionante - La ubicación nada más Faltaba muchos utensilios básicos de cocina, por ejemplo tijeras. No hay ni un trapo para poder limpiar y tampoco había servilletas, solo había papel higiénico para todo y solamente 2 royos para 4 días que estuvimos mi pareja y yo. El armario es una barra puesta debajo de una estantería. Las paredes son de papel se escucha todo ya que eso no es un apartamento, es un piso divido en 4 habitaciones, no hay prácticamente intimidad. El termo no es muy potente el primer día ya tuvimos problemas, aunque se pudo solucionar. Solamente una bolsa de basura para todos los días, tuvimos que utilizar bolsas de hacer la compra para tirar la basura. No hay ninguna lamparita de noche o alguna luz por el estilo es directamente una luz blanca fuerte que da para todo el estudio, el cual está todo en uno cocina, cama, sofá y por suerte el baño está separado con una ducha que le falta una puerta y han puesto una cortina de plástico mala .

• Maria Cecilia (10/5): La mejor ubicación en Madrid - Un departamento con una ubicación excepcional. A 150 mts. de estación Tirso y 350 de Sol. Todo nuevo, completo y muy prolijo. Ropa de blanco impecable. María y Miguel Ángel fueron muy atentos y nos recibieron incluso antes del horario del check in. Té, café, azúcar, edulcorante, jabón para el lavarropas, entre otras cosas que dejaron e hicieron aún más cómoda nuestra estadía.

• Erik (8/5): - La ubicacion excelente. La mayoria de los puntos de interes quedan cerca para ir caminando. El departamento es lindo pero muy pequeño. Estuve varios dias ahi, te acostumbras. Le doy 7 u 8 puntos. El precio caro comparado con el resto de España pero barato comparado con los otros de Madrid. La atención ha sido excelente. La limpieza muy bien. La puerta del baño costaba mucho abrirla. Poco lugar para la mesa.
