Marco est hyper réactif et la communication est très fluide appartement qui aurait besoin d'être rafraîchit. il est parfaitement fonctionnel mais il a plein de petits disfonctionnements: rideaux non occultant, chasse d'eau capricieuse...
- Philippe (9/5): Superb - The flat was clean, comfortable for 4 people. Access was easy, 1 floor only to climb and there is a lift (which we did not use). The building is quiet, the area was not noisy. From Stansted airport we used the express train, the flat is 300 meters or so from the station in Liverpool street. Connections to touristic attractions are easy

- Raj (7/5): A no frills place in a good location. - Great location and quiet. Blinds didn’t really block any light, water stopped flowing at one point and basic free view tv channels didn’t work.
- Kateřina (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect, close to Liverpoolstreet station, close to many shops, restaurants. Although the apartment is on the first floor, the noise from the street was not disturbing. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, self-service check-in is also very convenient. The fridge smelled of aromatic cheese throughout our stay, even though we didn't put any cheese in there. I know it's hard to ventilate the fridge, but it would be nice to put some kind of scented product in there. The toilet didn't flush well, it took a very long time to flush - it was more difficult when there were 4 women staying. We only had 2 toilet papers for 4 women, which wasn't enough for us.
- Jakub (5/5): No closets, no wardrobes - The apartment has a great location, close to Liverpool str station. Also it has easy access - getting keys, entrance code etc. There were no wardrobes, shelves , racks etc. We couldn't unpack our clothes and hang them. The closet ( built in wardrobe) in the bedroom was closed or blocked and the closet in the hall was occupied with some landlord cleaning stuff. Literally, there was no place to hang our coats and jackets. Also IMHO the apartment was not so clean, for example the refrigerator was empty but dirty inside. And some minor things like there was no battery in one or two remote controllers, etc.
- Alice (7/5): Good position - Good position No curtains, no ways to obscure the room at morning both in bedroom and living room. No kitchen utilities (oil, salt, paper etc). Very dirty carpets , we had to fold and remove them. Very dirty moquette in the bedroom. Too soft beds both in bedroom and living room, too soft pillows and no spare ones. Back pain was guaranteed to all the group.

- Mark (6/5): Pleasant - Size and space. Small TV. Key in wrong key box so had to calm to get in to apartment. Bedroom smelt a bit stale.
- Faisal (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good. Staff was helpful. The hand wash basin was blocked. The shower was broken. The sofa bed was not meant for a 12 years old. It was for maximum 7 years old kid. The centre breakfast table was shaky.

- Carla (7/5): Beautiful flat in a great location. Hosts were quick to respond, and check in and out was seamless. - Excellent location, really nice flat. Easy access and check in. Unfortunately, the flat is right above a Vietnamese restaurant, that once it opened, made being in the flat unbearably hot until at least 10pm. Also, there was limited cutlery and cooking utensils. Only 4 forks, no cutting board. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper left.

- Bartlomiej (9/5): Great place to enjoy London! - Clean and comfortable apartment, located in a nice area near Liverpool Street station, making it perfect for someone coming from Stansted airport by train and willing to spend a few days exploring London. Super good contact with the owner. And nearby Nagare Coffee is a lovely little place to get you energized in the morning :-) Just a few small fixes to equipment would make it perfect.

Close to loads of amenities but still quiet. Thanks for a great stay! All it needs is a paint touch up here and there.

- Janine (7/5): Easy access warm and cosy spacious apartment in a great area of London. - The location was easy to get to and in an area we were keen to explore. Accessing the keys was relatively easy and getting into the property was convenient with the provision of a lift for our initial arrival and departure as we had a number of extra bags. Predominantly we used the stairs which were also easy. The property was clean and tidy ,light and bright and warm and cosy. Bath mat, tea towels and face washers were not provided/had been missed. Some instructions/property manual would have been useful about use of the coffee machine, washing machine etc.
