• Andrés Seleme (7/5): Buena opción cercana a Paddington - Ubicación perfecta, con 3 estaciones de metro a pocos minutos. Barrio tranquilo, con bastantes locales, pubs, supermercados y restaurantes. Lugar espacioso, bien calefaccionado y cocina con los implementos necesarios. Baño en buenas condiciones y ducha de buen tamaño. Agua caliente sin problemas. Cuenta con televisión e internet con señal estable. Claves de acceso fueron informadas con suficiente anticipación Al llegar no habían realizado aseo de los usuarios anteriores ni cambiado sábanas. Pese a que informamos a las 18hrs no tuvimos solución sino hasta el día siguiente por la mañana. Pese a esto no hubo ofrecimiento de compensación, disculpas o un late check out como oferta por el mal rato. El penúltimo día, la comunicación era insistente para asegurar que nos retiraríamos en el horario indicado. El lugar queda en un piso bajo la calle y la escalera es estrecha y el lugar no cuenta con iluminación exterior. Puede ser complicado para bajar maletas grandes o personas con problemas de movilidad. Además, solicitan un abono anticipado de dinero en caso de daños, esto, por fuera de la app de booking. Se oye el ruido de la calle y la reja exterior no cuenta con seguro. El colchón de la cama en bastante mal estado. Incomodaba el descanso
• George (6/5): - Until the last moment, we hadn't received any updates concerning the check-in details. No replies in messages, no answers in calls until the time we almost arrived in the area. This unfortunately showed no respect to their guests and this made us anxious. The property had various issues with the humidity (marks on the walls prove same). The door was a little bit worn from the rains. These comments cannot be reflected to a "refurbished" studio.
• Adebanke (8/5): I had an amazing stay. Kitchen was well equipped with quality utensils. There was enough heater to move around ( I plugg - It had everything we needed. I can’t think of one at the moment. Oh the washer did not have a dryer. Although there was an hanger but that made the apartment unpresentable. We could not access the property quickly due to the key lock - once you put the combination the lock did not pop open - you will have to pull it with your other finger. That was quite frustrating, although the customer service was quite helpful. Everything you need is in the house manual. Lastly, the house is located in the basement with a steep step so if you have kids or luggage you might wanna brace up for that.
• Heba (8/5): Very satisfying - The location is perfect The space is big comparing to other places in London The kitchen is fully equipped The stairs are very scary and not safe The noise from outside is very loud and you can hear every movement

• Gavin (5/5): Could be so much better!! - The property is in a an excellent location. The standard of the property was disappointing. It is advertised as recently refurbished studio however there are areas of dampness, the shower tray was cracked, there are broken tiles and botched repairs. Having paid a premium price I would expect much better standard than this.
• Samantha (8/5): Great stay - Super big spot and nice area with plenty of walkable restaurants/pubs and metro super close by. I would def stay here again - issues with wifi - water leaking through front door - living room lights didn’t ever work - good area but people kept coming into the storage room early in the am right by the front door while loudly talking on the phone.
