• fisioevoluzione (10/5): Bellissimo appartamento vicino alla stazione treni ed autobus - Un piccolo appartamento con una camera al piano terra composta da un letto matrimoniale e un piccolo armadio. Sempre al piano terra il bagno, con doccia calda e un buon getto d'acqua. Un ripostiglio con ferro da stiro e asse per stirare e prodotti per la pulizia generale. Una scala in legno conduce al primo piano, con un bellissimo soggiorno attrezzato per 4 persone. Sempre nel living room un divano letto per due persone. Un'altra rampa di scale in legno porta al roof, dove si trova la zona giardino, con tavolo e panche in plastica, con un barbecue super per le grigliate estive. Tutto bellissimo e pulitissimo. Cucina ben attrezzata con forno e ampio frigo. Il quartiere di notte non è bellissimo. Però dagli appartamenti non si percepiscono rumori quindi tutto ok. Noi siamo arrivate verso mezzanotte dalla stazione dei treni ed il percorso, sebbene veloce, non ci ha fatto stare tranquille. Però lo stesso percorso in giornata non ha dato le stesse sensazioni di insicurezza.

• Carlos (8/5): - Everything was very neat and proper manage, very comfy and quiet, you wish to get there from a tourism day tired to rest. the neighbourhood, a lot of nasty things happening around ( not very safe )
• Jordancho (9/5): Nice accommodation, the sofa on the upper floor creaks a bit, very clean, the grill works well, full - The grill, warm, clean, safe, has all the necessary things to make you feel comfortable. The pull-out bed on the upper floor is a bit uncomfortable to sleep on (creaks), but that wasn't a problem for us to feel nice, calm, and safe in the apartment. The exit to the roof top terrace is a bit tricky, you have to be careful not to get hurt. but that's not a problem if you're a little careful

• Simas (5/5): Fin air bnb, veldig koselig, ryddig og fint. Supert for to par (4 personer). Koselig veranda å sitte på. Men også dårlig - Det var en fin airbnb, ryddig og koselig. Fint for to par (4 personer). Beliggenheten var ikke bra. Det var høye lyder alle nettene vi var der og den ene natta sluttet ikke lydene før ca kl 02:00. Vi ble også anklaget for å ha med flere folk inn i leiligheten og ha fest, når det var bare vi som skulle være der som hadde bare bestilt pizza for å kose oss.

• Tania (9/5): Very convenient location and fully equipped place - The apartment is in an excellent location, walking distance from the train and bus stations, and 10 minutes away from major attractions. Everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom is provided, and the rooftop terrace is a nice plus. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable, but it was OK for 2 nights.

• darren (9/5): - This is a really nice apartment with everything required for a short stay in Oslo. The apartment was very clean on arrival. Very easy to understand instructions on how to get into the building on arrival. There are supermarkets, bars and wine shop within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Oslo. The roof top terrace is a great place to enjoy a beer or glass of wine on a nice evening.

Tiene todo lo necesario y más para una estancia agradable. Está ubicado a unas 10 cuadras de la estación central y hay muchos comercios por los alrededores. Es muy silencioso y estaba super pulcro. Very good communication and explanation from the owners. The appartment is rather small for a family of 4, but still OK.
• Matteo (4/5): We do not recommend it - Helpful host, clean It is in an area that was noisy (people screaming in Mandalls Gate, noisy motorbikes from the main road) both at the weekend and on weekdays, and that affected our sleep. We also had to keep the windows closed in spite of the heat because of the strong smell of food coming from one of the restaurants from the early morning.

As a group of three women we didn’t feel very comfortable walking on our street at certain points. There were a lot of men hanging out by the door and the street across from the entrance that made us feel uncomfortable and watched. We also had men watching us from the stairwell one night while we sat on the roof terrace.

The little extras, welcome goodies (coffee, chocolate, Coke) are a great pleasure. Nice landlady is always approachable and helpful. Pictures reflect reality so you can understand what to expect. Pleasant gifts were waiting for us on arrival: chocolates and Coca-Cola drinks. In the apartment you can find everything for everyday living: washing machine, dishwasher, dolce gusto capsule coffee machine, kettle. All essential kitchen utensils are at place. In the area there are a couple of shops and cafes, restaurants are in a walking distance. Although the apartment is located on the 4th and 5th floors, you can still catch slight odors from the eatery on the ground floor, though it's not too strong. There's also a ventilation system with a rotor that seems to exit onto the roof, and if you're a light sleeper, you might hear a faint buzzing at night (around 28dB) in the livingroom, if you will sleep on the sofa bed. In the bedroom, it was totally fine, no buzzing. The noise bothered me on the first night, but after a long day of walking, I was so tired on the second night that I hardly noticed it. However, that same night, there was a party in the neighboring building with music playing until 3 a.m. Even though we had the windows closed, we could still faintly hear the bass, which was unfortunate since we had to get up at 5 a.m. for a flight. I really hope this was just an unlucky coincidence, as the apartment itself is fantastic!

• Camellia (10/5): Convenient, Clean, Close to public transport, Highly recommended - The location was super convenient being near to public transport and all. You could technically walk to Oslo Sentralstation if you wanted to but if you are lazy, you can take the metro or bus. The place was clean, peaceful, quiet and well equipped. Host was super communicative and offered to put the microwave back in for me to use as my stay was for longer than a week. I also love the fact that it is a shoe-free home meaning cleanliness is top notch. I am from Asia where we do not wear shoes at home and this was much appreciated. I brough my own hotel slippers to ensure the floors are kept clean too. The main building door uses a conventional key that can be a bit difficult to twist and turn but the Apartment unit itself is perfect with high security digital lock and such. People are quite nice in the apartment complex as long as you respect local rules.
