• Frank (4/5): Schöne Wohnung in sehr gute Lage - leider schlechter Service, keine warme Decken! - Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage mitten im Univiertel mit vielen Bars auf der belebten Straße. Die Zimmer sind groß, das Bett ist bequem, die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, einen großen Kühlschrank und einen Gasherd. Ich bin echt von dem Service dieser CleanBnB-Firma enttäuscht. Es handelt sich gar nicht um einen echten Vermieter, sondern um eine Firma, die sich in Italien auf Kurzzeitmiete spezialisiert hat. Leider gab es für uns keine warme Bettdecken. Wir waren im Oktober da. Es war in der Nacht sehr kalt. (12 Grad Außentemperatur) Nach schriftlicher Rückfrage bei CleanBnB gab es keine Antwort. An die Telefonnummer ist auch niemand rangegangen. Am nächsten Tag schrieben sie, ich solle im Bettkasten nachschauen. Da lag lediglich eine weitere hauchdünne Decke. Als ich das anmerkte, schrieben sie, ich solle ein Foto schicken. Das hab ich gemacht. Danach ist nichts passiert. Wir mussten insgesamt 4 Tage ohne warme Decke frieren. Erst am letzten Abend kam ein Mann - ohne Vorankündigung - vorbei und brachte die Decken frisch aus der Reinigung. Da waren wir beide bereits krank und hatten daher keinen schönen Urlaub. Um einen Schlüsselcode zu bekommen, muss sich jeder Gast im Vorfeld auf einem extra Portal von CleanBnB registrieren, den Ausweis hochladen und den Betrag für die Beherbergungssteuer bezahlen, obwohl hier bei Booking.com geschrieben stand, dass man die Beherbergungssteuer vor Ort bar bezahlt! Leider hat am Ende die Firma auf meine Kritik nicht reagiert. Ich kann nur empfehlen, einen großen Bogen um CleanB&B zu machen!

• Monika (9/5): Bardzo dobre lokalizacja, kontakt z gospodarzami, atrakcyjna cena, adekwatne wyposażenie, polecamy - Blisko do zabytków, dworca kolejowego, muzeów, sklepów. Właściwe wyposażenie w kuchni, łazience, czysta pościel, ręczniki, wszystko posprzątane. Atrakcyjna cena, własciwa obsługa, troska o klienta. Drugi (z dwóch wiaraków) czyściutki- nowy (upały, więc niezwykle przydatny, wręcz konieczny). Trzeba wyczyścić starszy wiatrak (jeden z dwóch, miał bardzo dużą warstwę kurzu na blachach wiatraka i obudowie)
• Hervé (7/5): Beau potentiel à finaliser - L'appartement est dans une rue animée du centre et la chambre côté cour est calme. L'appartement traversant permet de faire des courants d'air. L'accueil et l'enregistrement totalement en ligne et uniquement en anglais ou italien ! Aucun contact humain même par WhatsApp. L'equipement moins bien qu'il n'y parait sur les photos. Il est grand temps de faire venir un plombier pour reparer tous les robinets ! Il n'y a plus d'ampoule dans le couloir, on reçoit de la siure ou du sable des enduits du plafond de la chambre sur le lit...

• Reinhold (7/5): It was good, confortable, conveniently close to the University and with good restaurants nearby. - Someone put the key on a key box locked with a passcode. I arrive, used the number and got the keys. Everything worked out just fine. I have no complains. The only criticism I would make is that there was some bad small on the bathroom. Probably the pipes in the sink of the bathroom have to be better cleaned or the S tube was damaged.

The bed was broken when I arrived, and I reported that... I have to wait in the apartment until 20h for somebody to come fix it with TAPE...

• Nyra (9/5): Perfect location spacy well equipped clean and comfertable place to stay in - Perfect location. Center with many resturants downstairs. Nice apartment. Spacy. Large bed and comfy enough. clean. Nice Italian street view. Many windows to enjoy light and air. Location perfect to all by foot or transport. The street is young and alive. Our stay was short but liked it a lot. We stayed over the weekend so as a central place it was loud. I liked it though. The aparment was soaked with smoking smell from close apartments and from resturants downstairs. Also a beat moldy. Tiny bathroom. Second floor no lift for us it was ok. No tv. for us was also ok
