- Lingy (8/5): -
- Ian (9/5): - Fantastic views and lots to do
- Guest (9/5): - Outlook fantastic, slept very well l The distance from the car park was more than we anticipated.

- Michael (9/5): Great location, easy access to bars & restaurants. - Great location, very quiet & peaceful within very easy reach of supermarket, pubs & restaurants. Very comfy bed & pillows. Unfortunately the electric shower is poor, and would have liked a microwave but otherwise everything perfectly adequate.
- Marouane (10/5): -
- Russell (8/5): Nice weekend break, lovely walk along the beach walk way to the centre pier, bars & restuarants - Very peaceful, lovely view, nice and secure I'm 6ft 3, so the bedroom was a bit tight as it had a low sloping roof also the stairs are a bit narrow but bar that nothing major
- Heidi (10/5): A wonderful place to stay and explore everything Brighton has to offer. - We loved the location. It was right in the marina overlooking all the boats. The accommodation layout was great - a quirky loft design, as well as a sunny balcony.
- Sven (9/5): Spannende Unterkunft im Hafenviertel - Spannende Lage im Hafen, sauber, kein Hafen-Gestank Auto muss im Parkhaus 700m abgestellt werden. Aber dafür kostenlos.
- Nina (8/5): -
- Michael (8/5): - The balcony Stairs a little bit awkward
- D O H (8/5): - The location with a nice view of the marina.Close enough to a supermarket and bars and restaurants It was very hot in the apartment due to the very warm weather and its construction obviously not the owners fault
Stairs to loft sleeping area would not suit anybody who has mobility issues.
Long way back to car parking would not be ideal for some people.
- Adam (10/5): Beautiful - Breakfast? The apartment was absolutely amazing, such beautiful sunsets, we had a fantastic few days thank you so much. Info about the corner shop just down the road which sold everything you need on the first night, and they are lovely.
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (9/5): Great stay, nice and quiet - It was directly on the Marina, out the way, quiet, was able to sit out on the balcony looking at the boats. Good facilities. Had everything we needed. Host was in contact and also gave number if any problems (didn’t need him). Near a bus stop, parking, restaurants and supermarket. The bed was not good for us. Had a lip around the base so kept hitting our ankles and shins on it getting off and on, hubby is 6.1 and so was too small for him, esp with a double quilt cover too.
We personally didn’t like wall decor and no coverage on door and window of bathroom - just frosted glass so house boats could see you if on their veranda.
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good - The facilities were good and it was nice having a balcony. A microwave would have been helpful. Also pans that were nonstick would have been preferred.
We were surprised that the parking was a 12 min walk away and in a multistorey car park.
However. we are both fit and able; so it wasn't a major problem.
It might be for others.
- Gemma (8/5): Lovely break at brilliant location that was good value for money. - Fantastic location.
Quiet, comfortable, free wi-Fi, everything needed available. Owner polite and very accommodating. Needed a bit more cleaning for me, but was able to do this myself and it wasn’t dirty. Decor feels like it could do with a fresh update, but this wasn’t a major issue.
- Nicola (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (9/5): A delightful place to stay for a couple. Definitely on our list of places we might come back to. - Very friendly and helpful host with clear access instructions.
We were a little concerned that we might get seasick (we are both very susceptible) as it is on a pontoon but the host was very quick to reply with specific responses to our questions when we were booking. There is movement due to the pontoon floating but not the movement of waves which would trigger seasickness.
The unit is almost the last one at the end of the pontoon, so a bit of a walk from the access ramp - if the wind is strong and/or the rain is heavy I'd suggest walking the lower level deck and up the stairs at the end.
It's a marina so everything is focused on access for people in boats and not cars. We enjoyed having to walk along the waterside to get to anything (restaurant, car park, supermarket etc).
The easily accessible ( the cut through the tunnel beside the cinema is not the only way) supermarket meant we could comfortably get supplies to cook for breakfast and dinner.
Be aware - no microwave so don't get anything that you can't cook with a grill, oven or hob.
- Omardien (9/5): Superb - Perfect location. Save. Check in and out perfect. I think it's a bit overpriced. Decor needs to change. .
- Sanderson (8/5): Enjoyed it and would stay again. The moans above did not spoil our stay! - Location fantastic with a beautiful view from the balcony. Weather was sunny all the time so the balcony was well used. Area was quiet at night yet only 5 minutes walk from bars and restaurants. Regular buses from near the Marina into Brighton and only £2 each. Taxis to Brighton centre about £15. We were there in September not sure I'd fancy it in Winter. Cupboard in the bathroom was dirty and crumbs on the sofa. Couldn't get the telly to work apart from YouTube but maybe that says more about my technical ability. Had to fiddle about to get the towel rail to work. The balcony area could do with a coat of paint.
- Kristin (7/5): Enjoyable visit to Brighton Marina area - Lovely and unique location directly in the marina. Interesting views and great places to walk from the apartment. Noise from neighboring units can be very intrusive, especially if you get unlucky and have inconsiderate people around you. We unfortunately had disrupted sleep at 3am from loud, rude people staying next to us. The metal construction of the units does not allow good barrier insulation for footsteps etc.
- Lindsey (7/5): Good -
- Rebecca378 (10/5): 5 stars! - Everything. The location. The beautiful view. The Shack was so nice, cosy, and welcoming. Very clean and tidy. We will definitely be back to visit.
- Robert (8/5): Good accommodation in the marina - In a great location withn the Marina. It had a querky, surf shack appeal with a great balcony to view the boats and yachts. Everything you needed was there. Parking was reasonably close (in a parking complex 2 minutes driving). Facilities in the marina were excellent (restaurants, shops and pubs) and there was a good bus service to Brighton with its many things to do and see. Would certainly come back. In general some areas needed a spring clean but the querky facilities and look of the accommodation made up for that. The staircase was a bit tight, but all you have to do is to be careful, especially coming down (speaking as a 68 Yr old!).
- Noel (10/5): This is a great getaway so peaceful yet everything in the marina just a stroll away and surely the best view in the mari - Totally unique right on the water without being in a boat No complaints
- Eunice (10/5): Exceptional - The facilties and location were perfect
- Jolanta (7/5): Good -
